Identifying the factors that affect the successful implementation of new software technology among users is very important for the success and failure of any system to operate in the new environment is highly dependent on user acceptance of the system. Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia (BPK) implement a new software supporting e-government to audit the financial statements of local governments , called Sistem Aplikasi Pemeriksaan Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (SiAP LKPD) . This study aims to analyze the factorsmthat may affect the auditor in using SiAP LKPD and its implications on the performance of the auditor . Case studies conducted on BPK Representative West Java Province . The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of individuals with gender as a moderating variable , technological characteristics , and characteristics of the organizational context has an influence on behavioral intention to use SiAP LKPD. On the other hand , this study proves that age does not significantly moderate the impact of human factors on intention to use LKPD ready . Other results showed that the intention to use SiAP LKPD significantly affect user satisfaction and net benefits . User satisfaction also affects the net benefits . In addition, there is a relationship between human factors suitability, organization, and technology for the success of information systems.

Adaptability in terms of the application of IT organizations is the ability to adapt to the application of IT by an organization, are relevant in the context of IT governance, business governance and strategic alignment . BPK adaptability in the use of SMP implementation will run well when done harmonization of key business processes related to unify the management and integration of all phases of inspection activities . This study aims to determine the effect of IT governance, business governance , and managerial capabilities of IT to BPK adaptability in the application of SMP . This study used a research model developed by Heart et al in 2010 . Analyst method used is Lisrel 8.80 . The results show that IT governance does not affect the managerial capabilities of IT , as well as business governance has no effect on the adaptability of the organization in implementing IT . In addition, the BPK also has a pretty good level of adaptability in the application of SMP.

This paper focuses on ARca, an interactive book as a learning medium diintegerasikan with augmented reality to improve student interest in learning the Prambanan temple. In this study using the book as a medium that elicits information of 3D models that represent real objects Prambanan temple, audio, animation, and additional text as complementary information. ARca is designed with engineering-based markerless thus become more attractive user interface. ARca developed using virtual buttons which the user can interact with the physical book through touch on the book. This paper emphasizes the concepts and previous research, and evaluation of its prototype.

This study aims to quantify the level of readiness the local government in accepting the transfer tax on land and buildings (PBB) from the center to the regions by using a framework approach stope (strategy, technology, organization, people, environment) to analyze five major domains, 15 sub - domain (issues), and 59 sub-sub-domains (factor). The final results of this study, using a 4 point scale issued by the Centre for International Development / CID (Harvard Cyber Law). The results of the data analysis showed that the government Gunungkidul is ranked 3 (ready) on a scale of 4 to accept the transfer of the PBB. Of the five domains, the domain strategy and organization was ranked 4 (very prepared) for the transfer of the United Nations. While the technology domains, people, and environment is ranked 3 (ready) on a scale of 4 to the divert of PBB.

The network infrastructure is the foundation for the application of information technology ( IT ) as well as an asset complex due to the rapid technological developments and changing needs of the organization that need to be managed to maximize performance ¬ right in supporting the achievement of organizational goals . Network infra ¬ structure that was built by the Local Government (LG ) Gorontalo province until 2013 have linked 51 points consisting of 32 agencies , 10 Regional Technical Services Unit dots , 3 dots in the district / city and a 6 point hotspots in public places. This study measured the levels of governance capability of Gorontalo Province Government network infrastructure using the framework kerja Control Objective for Information and Related Technology 5 ( COBIT 5 ) . IT - Related Goals are used , namely the optimization of IT assets , resources and capabilities sertakeamanan information, processing infrastructure and aplikasi.Pengukuran using 16 processes in COBIT 5 and 8 respondents who are managing the network infrastructure that is obtained by mapping 16 process used with responsibility employees.

When people make a discussion about license registration process, they usually give focus only on the integrated service that put all the included services together in one place. While in fact, on the other hand, there are vital aspects that are not yet handled properly regarding the information presentation served to people in need. The people served in this discussion are those who need the information about land availability and its appropriate use related to the regulation established. The objective of this research is to create the prototype for the service of land using permit (Izin Pemanfaatan Ruang), especially for tourist accommodation business, which the registration service is carried out in The License Registration Office of Karangasem Regency. This prototype consists of two main services that are the service presented in front office and the service presented in back office. The front office service prototype is presenting the service on the information about spatial and attribute data related to the land ownership and land use blocking regulation. The information about the land ownership is given by conducting an integrated service with The National Land Office of Karangasem Regency, while the information about the land use blocking regulation is given by conducting an integrated service with The Development Planning Office of Karangasem Regency. The research is carried out by using the approach of Service Oriented Enterprise Architecture Framework (SOEAF), which integrates Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) into the framework of Enterprise Architecture. The integration is conducted by using the extension of Zachman framework which adding a new column named service column consisting contextual level, conceptual level, logical level and physical level. The result of this research is a prototype for the service of land using permit for tourist accommodation that has interoperability data so as to provide land availability for users.

The establishment of a special sector of security around the Masjidil Haram Grand Mosque and the addition of security personnel in every sector of the lodging of pilgrims is clear evidence that the Indonesian government undertake serious efforts to improve the organization of the Hajj, however, the officers still overwhelmed in dealing with pilgrims lost / missing which can reach hundreds of people every next. This study aim to solve the problem of handling the assembly lost / missing by eveloping an information system that involves sms gateway application as an inexpensive technology procurement, distribution process information fast, and easy to use. Two kinds of tests performed on the system, ie functional test and broadcast test. Functional test is useful to determine the suitability of the design process with the results of the implementation. While the broadcast test was conducted to determine weaknesses sms gateway server system.

Quadrotor is an unmanned aerial vehicle which has ability to accomplish difficult missions like surveilance from the sky, search for natural disaster victims, and saving mission. To accomplish that missions, a quadrotor must be able to fly stable and can be directed to desired direction. For that purpose a control system absolutely needed to a quadrotor system. In this research a control system was designed to stabilized a quadrotor and could be directed to did way point tracking. LQIT-PID gain scheduling was proposed to make quadrotor be able to track the way point. Linear Quadratic Integral Tracking method was used to stabilized atittude of a quadrotor, PID was used to control the position of a quadrotor, and gain scheduling mechanism was used to scheduled PID parameter that change depends on the change of range between way point when the first tracking begin. Simulation results shown that this method could make quadrotor do the way point tracking task, but for several condition, it could make quadrotor unstable to fly.

The control system and algorithm of robot keeps developing vigorously nowadays, including that of balancing robot which is an unstable system. And one of those robots is ball-balancing robot which has two degree of freedoms and is the advanced development of the universal two-wheel robots. However, these robots have not taken navigation control into account. These research aims to implement ball-balancing robot with wireless navigation control.The ball-balancing robot is a module which its equilibrium is controlled such that it tends to 0° for both θ as well as ψ angles, using two PID controllers. In addition, PID based speed control of the DC motors are also required. The inclination angle data are acquired by accelerometer and gyroscope simultaneously. The data processing and robot control are processed by ATMega2560 microcontroller. The system testing includes the accuracy of sensors data processing, PID control system, and the motion control of the robot. This control system has been realized but in general still has drawbacks. This robot is still sluggish to respond the changes of set points. This system only moves freely with disturbances up to 7o. This arises from the mechanical design limitation.

Flashover is a disorder condition that occurs in the form of sparks appearing between insulators or electrical component of high voltage. This can occur due to insulation failure of the high voltage system. Failure of insulation in high voltage insulators in Tanjung Jati B substation Jepara is one of the causes of acid rain due to the condensation of smoke from the Tanjung Jati B power plant chimney. Acid rain arises due to failure Flue Gas Desulphur ( FGD ) devices were installed in the plant to reduce gas emissions as a condition of eco-friendly power plant that is planned by the government through the department of Environment . The real action is taken to dismiss the notion that power plant fuel coal is one of the industries that emit SOx and NOx emissions are high on operational processes . The effects of gas emissions is one of the causes of acid rain on the environment . The amount of acidity of acid rain that occurred in the industrial area will always affect the high voltage power lines that distribute power in operation . Sometimes the equipment functions as an insulator in high voltage substations that distribute power at 500 kV network SUTET JAMALI network on the island of Java in a system of operation is interrupted because of pollutants attached to the insulator . Rain with a pH between 4-5 categorized as acid rain and the test affects the time of the flashover voltage drop of 145.5 kV – 142.5 kV of the working voltage , this causes an insulator as insulation materials can be minimized distance insulator surface so that termites can affect the resistance of an insulator in its function as a tool to restrain the occurrence of flashover voltage from voltage parts.
