This research tries to evaluate the service quality of Pusdiklat BPK RI website from the user’s perception as measured by webqual variables modification approach. This evaluation also focuses on the extent to which perceptions of website service quality perceived by the level of expectation from the perspective of service users Pusdiklat BPK RI website.This research takes an object on a Pusdiklat BPK RI website that addresses in www.pusdiklat.bpk.go.id with 155 respondents were used as sample in measurement the quality of website services. The method used to perform the evaluation through the integration of calculation webqual variables modifications approach within the framework of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).This research, shows there is a positive and significant relationship among the variables of website service quality, satisfaction levels, and the intensity of system use.This relation forms the research conceptual model. To improve user satisfaction and user loyalty for services rendered to maintain the consistency of performance some attributes of perceptual interaction and information that has the greatest contribution to the quality of website services. The attributes that are necessary to get attention is the problem of updating information content and response time access to view website. The results are expected can provide feedback to management (team manager) Pusdiklat BPK RI website service in the improvement and development of the website appropriate user expectations.

Aspects of user acceptance become one the main factors for success of the application of information technology. Use of Electronic School Book (BSE) led to a transformation of the how getting a book and learning from the manual into an electronic system, which lead to the attitude and behavior of the user to accepting and use it for real. This study analyzes user acceptance BSE in the Regency of Kulon Progo, measured from the level of user acceptance.Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is used as a framework for modeling acceptance BSE. Model generated identifies three exogenous variables are: ease of use, usefulness, and behavioral intention to use and 4 endogenous variables are: subjective norm, system relevance, accessibility quality and computer self-efficacy. The model was analyzed using the Structured Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 21 program.The results showed that the TAM model to explain the factors that influence user acceptance BSE. Based on a sample of 167 respondents that are teachers as BSE users, of the total 10 hypotheses suggests that the accessibility variable quality not significantly affect the perception of usefulness and perceived ease of use of BSE. BSE Actual use is low, need to encourage the willingness to use BSE with respect to user acceptance variables.

SIMPEG is an integrated totality comprisingm rocessing device includes collection, procedures, processing power, and software; storage devices include data center and data bank and communication devices interconnected, dependent, and mutually determine the framework of the provision of information in the field of personnel.This research was to evaluate the implementation of Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian (SIMPEG). This research implements information systems model developed [1]. This research was used to test whether the system quality, information quality, and quality service have influence toward the system use and user satisfaction, and also to test whether the system use, user satisfaction dan structure organization have positive influence on net benefits.This research used 60 respondents from SIMPEG users. Data was taken by respondens filled the questionnaires and measured with a Likert scale. Data is analysized by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and using software SMARTPLS. Test indicates that system quality and service quality has influence on system usage and user satisfaction, while users satisfaction and organizational has influence on the net benefit (level of significant α = 0.05).

Substation Monitoring Information System and Distribution Substation PLN is a form of information system which is used to monitor the state of the substation and distribution substation PLN with utilizing the Internet. Monitoring information displayed on a website. Information system monitoring substation is needed because the existing SCADA system has not reached the distribution substation.Needs monitoring system is used to increase the reliability of electrical equipment. Information system displays measurement results in the form of voltage, temperature, flow and cosphi obtained from sensors mounted on the transformer contained in substations and distribution sub stations. Data generated in theform of serial data which is then transmitted to the web using lan network server which is then processed so that it can be displayedon website.Online processisd one well enough that the system can display data per second even though the data obtained still contained fewer errors (phase Voltage R=0.58%, S=0.64% phase, phaseT=0,42%, current=4.7% , temperature and Cosphi=0.56% =1.63%. documentation system that can be presented inform of graphs which can be determined at the time of presentation and can be printed or downloaded in multiple file formats to facilitate the analysis of the system.

MIT-BIH database provides authentic ECG signal data that can be used as a source to test the system with varied type of disorders and duration of observation. MIT-BIH ECG signals are converted to analog signals using 11-bit DAC with 360 Hz frequency conversion. Microcontroller converts the analog signals from the output of the generator using an internal 10-bit ADC with a sampling frequency of 200 Hz. Cardiac abnormalities are then analysed based on data sampling. Abnormal heart rhythms are identified using R peak parameter. By measuring the interval between R peaks, the number of beats per minute (bpm) and the interval variation between R peaks can measured to determine abnormal heart rhythms. Results show that DAC output obtains error range from 6.72 milivolt to 14.58 milivolt, whereas ADC output obtains error range from 1 bit to 2 bit. Statistically, test results show significance values from ideal values are greater than α = 0,05 meaning that there is no significant difference between measured R-R intervals with the original R-R intervals by 95% confidence level. The test method successfully detects multiple type of heart rhythms with category: normal, bradycardia, tachycardia, and irregular.

Inverter as one equipment relates closely to the renewable energy sector gain more and more important role in utilizing renewable energy widely. The inverter converts dc to ac form by a specific switching strategy. In this research, the switching strategy employed unipolar sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM). The switching schemes were obtained by synthesis from sine lookup table that the width of pulses were obtained from simulation of PSIM. The aim of this research is to create a switching scheme in a software and then implemented in16-bit digital signal controller (DSC). Experiment in lab scale has been done to verify the proposed unipolar SPWM. The results showed that SPWM signals were easier generated in 16-bit digital signal controller (DSC). Other that, feature of PWM in this DSC has been supporting in inserting dead-time to avoid shoot through current at IGBT.

Nowadays sudden change in load could lead to instability in power system. Power system needs to be protected to prevent loss synchronization. Power system stability could be increased by installing power system stabilizer (PSS) and thyristor controlled series capacitor (TCSC). A TCSC increases power system stability with helps from power oscillation damping (POD). The performances of PSS and POD are depended on its controller structure. In this research, lead-lag two stages was proposed as controller structure of PSS, and proposed controller structure for POD is linear quadratic regulator (LQR). The controller parameters of PSS and POD were designed by using particle swarm optimization (PSO). The dynamic and stability of power system with proposed controllers was investigated in single machine infinite bus (SMIB) with 0.2 pu increment in electrical power as disturbance. The main objective of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of damping function of proposed method in three different loads. The simulation results show that proposed controller could increase power system stability and reliable in different loads.

This paper presents an effective design and coordination of controllers in power system equipped with UPFC. Each controller produce different supplementary signals, the power system stabilizer PSS signal for machine and the power oscillation damping POD signal for UPFC. A single stage lead-lag compensator scheme was considered in the PSS and POD structure. A new computational approach was proposed using PSO algorithm to determine simultaneously the parameter controllers for both PSS and POD. Pole assignment technique was proposed in controller parameter design, the dominant pole should be assigned to locate close to threshold – 0.1. The controller performances were investigated by using 0.2 pu additional load to power system. The simulation results show that both PSS and UPFC POD controller simultaneously present a positive interaction. PSS and POD could enhance dynamic responses performance. The dominant eigenvalues shift and approach their real part threshold. The controllers could give a better rotor angle response, only 4.5 s settling time and the first swing overshoot reduced to 23.38%.

To meet customer satisfaction, organizations must figure out what customers want. Customer satisfaction is one of the factors or of the measure of success for any development and implementation of information systems in an organization. Dr. Murdjani Hospital of Sampit, Kota Waringin Timur Regency of Central Kalimantan Province develops and implements a Billing Information System service which integrates all service activities into a system that records all financial transactions. By performing this measurement, the hospital can figure out every single aspect of the service needing special attention for the purpose of improvement, and all parties are satisfied with the services provided. Evaluation of quality of Billing Information System service of Dr. Murjani Hospital using ServQual method has 5 (five) dimensions of customer satisfaction that includes tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The results are the 5 (five) dimensions each of which affects significantly customer satisfaction, and they are reliability tangible, assurance, empathy and responsiveness.
