Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen organisasi Hamka dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pokir bidang Qira'atul Kutub di Pondok Pesantren Musthafawiyah Purba Baru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi terhadap pengurus, anggota, dan pihak terkait. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, didukung oleh triangulasi sumber dan metode untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen organisasi Hamka meliputi: (1) perencanaan program pembinaan yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif setiap awal kepengurusan; (2) pengorganisasian struktur dan tugas yang jelas melalui pembagian bidang; (3) pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui program muzakarah rutin tiga kali sehari dan pengajian terjadwal bersama guru senior; serta (4) evaluasi berkala terhadap capaian santri. Secara khusus, penerapan metode talaqqi — yakni pembacaan teks secara langsung di hadapan guru senior dan diulang bersama — terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan pokir dalam aspek lafdziyah (kemampuan membaca teks tanpa harakat secara akurat). Sementara itu, sesi muzakarah yang terstruktur, dikombinasikan dengan diskusi kitab dan bimbingan intensif, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan aspek fahmiyah (kemampuan memahami makna dan konteks teks) serta tahliliyah (kemampuan menganalisis isi dan mengaitkannya dengan kehidupan sehari-hari). Penerapan manajemen yang terstruktur dan berkesinambungan oleh Hamka berkontribusi signifikan dalam penguatan kompetensi Qira'atul Kutub santri sekaligus mempertahankan tradisi keilmuan pesantren. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation from administrators, members, and related parties. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by source and method triangulation to ensure data validity. The findings indicate that Hamka's organizational management encompasses: (1) collaborative program planning conducted at the beginning of each new administration; (2) clear organizational structure and task distribution through specialized divisions; (3) regular training activities through daily muzakarah sessions and scheduled study with senior teachers; and (4) periodic evaluation of students' achievements. Specifically, the application of the talaqqi method — in which students read classical texts directly before senior teachers and repeat collectively — has been proven to significantly enhance pokir competence (student organization academic competence) in the aspect of lafdziyah (accurate reading ability of unvoweled texts). Meanwhile, structured muzakarah sessions, combined with book discussion and intensive mentoring, contribute significantly to improving fahmiyah (text comprehension and contextual understanding) and tahliliyah (analytical ability to connect textual content with real-life situations). The structured and sustainable management applied by Hamka contributes significantly to strengthening students' Qira'atul Kutub competencies while preserving the pesantren's scholarly tradition. Abstract

Abstrak Limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun (B3) yang dihasilkan oleh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan hanya berkisar 10–20% dari total limbah, namun memiliki potensi risiko tinggi terhadap kesehatan manusia dan lingkungan apabila tidak dikelola sesuai standar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan limbah B3 di Rumah Sakit Umum Royal Prima Medan tahun 2024 berdasarkan aspek input, proses, dan output. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan enam informan yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis konten kualitatif dengan dukungan triangulasi sumber, metode, dan waktu untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek input secara umum telah memadai, meliputi ketersediaan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, sarana prasarana yang cukup, serta dukungan anggaran. Pada aspek proses, pengelolaan limbah telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur dengan tingkat kesesuaian mencapai 97,6%. Meskipun demikian, masih ditemukan beberapa permasalahan, antara lain ketidakkonsistenan dalam pemilahan limbah, keterbatasan kapasitas penyimpanan sementara pada unit dengan volume limbah tinggi, pelabelan kendaraan pengangkut yang belum lengkap, serta ketersediaan alat pelindung diri (APD) di area penyimpanan yang belum optimal. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan pengawasan, optimalisasi sarana prasarana, serta penguatan kepatuhan terhadap standar operasional guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan keberlanjutan pengelolaan limbah B3 di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Abstract Hazardous and toxic waste generated by healthcare facilities constitutes only about 10–20% of total waste but poses significant risks to human health and the environment if not properly managed. This study aimed to evaluate the management of hazardous and toxic waste at Royal Prima General Hospital, Medan, in 2024 based on input, process, and output aspects. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving six informants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document review, and were analyzed using qualitative content analysis supported by source, method, and time triangulation to ensure data validity. The findings indicate that the input aspect is generally adequate, including the availability of competent human resources, sufficient infrastructure, and financial support. The process aspect shows a high level of compliance with standard operating procedures, with an overall conformity rate of 97.6%. However, several critical issues were identified, including inconsistent waste segregation practices, limited temporary storage capacity in high-volume units, incomplete labeling of waste transport vehicles, and suboptimal availability of personal protective equipment in storage areas. These findings highlight the need for strengthened supervision, improved facility capacity, and stricter adherence to operational standards to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of hazardous waste management in healthcare settings. Abstract

Abstrak Keselamatan pasien merupakan indikator utama dalam mutu pelayanan rumah sakit, khususnya di ruang rawat inap yang memiliki risiko tinggi terjadinya kejadian tidak diinginkan. Pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk komunikasi interpersonal, motivasi, sikap, pengetahuan, dan budaya keselamatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien serta mengidentifikasi variabel yang paling dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perawat ruang rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Royal Prima Medan, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 246 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square, serta multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal, motivasi, sikap, pengetahuan, dan budaya keselamatan pasien berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien (p < 0,05). Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa sikap merupakan faktor yang paling dominan, dengan pengaruh yang lebih kuat dibandingkan variabel lainnya dalam menjelaskan pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan, dengan sikap sebagai faktor utama yang perlu mendapat perhatian dalam upaya peningkatan keselamatan pasien. Kata Kunci: Keselamatan Pasien; Penerapan Keselamatan Pasien; Komunikasi Antarpersonal; Motivasi; Budaya keselamatan Abstract Patient safety is a key indicator of healthcare quality, particularly in inpatient units where the risk of adverse events is relatively high. The implementation of patient safety is influenced by several factors, including interpersonal communication, motivation, attitude, knowledge, and safety culture. This study aimed to analyze the influence of these factors on patient safety implementation and to identify the most dominant variable. A quantitative method with a cross-sectional design was employed. The study population consisted of all inpatient nurses at Royal Prima General Hospital Medan, with a total sample of 246 respondents selected using total sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square test, and multivariate analysis. The results showed that interpersonal communication, motivation, attitude, knowledge, and safety culture had a significant effect on patient safety implementation (p < 0.05). Multivariate analysis revealed that attitude was the most dominant factor, demonstrating a stronger influence compared to other variables in explaining patient safety implementation. In conclusion, all independent variables significantly affect patient safety implementation, with attitude as the key factor that should be prioritized to improve patient safety. keywords: Patient Safety; Patient Safety Implementation; Interpersonal Communication; Motivation; Safety Culture

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji pola pembentukan santri berbasis pesantren dalam membentuk santri sebagai ṭālib al-‘ilmi dengan orientasi ta‘abbud mutawahhidiyyah di Pesantren Sabilul Mukminin Deli Serdang, Indonesia. Meskipun berbagai studi telah membahas pendidikan karakter pesantren, pembiasaan religius, dan internalisasi tauhid, perhatian terhadap integrasi identitas pencari ilmu, kesadaran ibadah, dan orientasi tauhid dalam kehidupan harian pesantren masih terbatas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen yang melibatkan ustaz, pengelola pesantren, dan santri. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pola pembentukan santri terdiri atas lima strategi yang saling berkaitan, yaitu pembelajaran aqidah dan ibadah, pembiasaan ibadah terstruktur, keteladanan ustaz, bimbingan mau‘izhah, dan supervisi berkelanjutan. Strategi tersebut membentuk pemahaman kognitif santri tentang tauhid, kesadaran afektif dalam beribadah kepada Allah, serta kedisiplinan perilaku dalam ibadah dan kehidupan sosial. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model pembentukan santri berbasis pesantren yang mengintegrasikan ilmu, ibadah, dan karakter berorientasi tauhid. Model ini menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi penguatan pendidikan karakter religius di lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional. Kata Kunci: Pembentukan Santri; Ṭālib Al-‘Ilmi; Ta‘Abbud; Mutawahhidiyyah; Pendidikan Tauhid; Pendidikan Karakter Islam Abstract This study examines the pesantren-based formation pattern used to shape santri as ṭālib al-‘ilmi with a ta‘abbud mutawahhidiyyah orientation at Pesantren Sabilul Mukminin Deli Serdang, Indonesia. Although previous studies have discussed pesantren character education, religious habituation, and tawhid internalization, limited attention has been given to the integrated formation of knowledge-seeking identity, devotional awareness, and monotheistic orientation in daily pesantren life. This study employed a qualitative case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis involving ustaz, pesantren administrators, and santri. The findings show that the formation pattern consists of five interrelated strategies: aqidah and worship instruction, structured worship habituation, exemplary conduct of ustaz, advisory guidance, and continuous supervision. These strategies shape santri’s cognitive understanding of tawhid, affective devotion to Allah, and behavioral discipline in worship and social life. The study contributes to Islamic education by proposing a pesantren-based formation model that integrates knowledge, devotion, and tawhid-oriented character formation. This model offers practical implications for strengthening religious character education in traditional Islamic educational institutions. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan anggaran yang dihadapi lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam mengembangkan kompetensi guru secara optimal di era digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia berbasis digital dapat mendukung pengembangan kompetensi guru secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap delapan informan — termasuk kepala sekolah, wakil kepala bidang kurikulum, dan enam guru — serta observasi kelas dan analisis dokumentasi di SMP Terpadu Bustanul Arifin. Informan dipilih secara purposif berdasarkan keterlibatan langsung mereka dalam program pengembangan guru berbasis digital. Data dianalisis secara tematik melalui tahapan pengkodean, kategorisasi, dan interpretasi, didukung oleh triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa strategi MSDM berbasis digital — meliputi pembelajaran mandiri, pelatihan daring, dan pemanfaatan platform digital — dipersepsi membantu peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, sosial, dan kepribadian guru secara bertahap. Strategi ini juga berkontribusi dalam mengatasi keterbatasan pelatihan konvensional yang membutuhkan biaya besar. Namun, implementasinya masih dihadapkan pada kendala signifikan, termasuk keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, variasi literasi teknologi guru, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan model MSDM berbasis digital yang hemat biaya dan berkelanjutan dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam. Kata Kunci: MSDM Digital; Kompetensi Guru; Pendidikan Islam; Keterbatasan Anggaran; Pengembangan Profesional Guru; Transformasi Digital Abstract This study examines how digital-based human resource management (HRM) strategies support teacher competence development in an Islamic educational institution facing budget constraints. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with eight informants — including the school principal, vice principal for curriculum, and six teachers — classroom observations, and document analysis at SMP Terpadu Bustanul Arifin. Participants were selected through purposive sampling based on their direct involvement in digital-based teacher development programs. The data were analyzed thematically through coding, categorization, and interpretation, supported by triangulation of sources and techniques. The findings indicate that digital-based HRM — implemented through self-directed learning, online professional development platforms, and selective use of digital tools — was perceived to facilitate improvements in teachers' pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. These strategies helped the institution address budget limitations by reducing dependency on costly conventional training. However, the implementation remains constrained by limited digital infrastructure, uneven levels of digital literacy among teachers, and resistance to technological change. Abstract

Abstrak Transformasi digital pendidikan menuntut sekolah mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi secara adaptif, namun sekolah di wilayah rural masih menghadapi keterbatasan infrastruktur, kompetensi, dan dukungan kebijakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi guru terhadap kesiapan SMPN 6 Satu Atap Bahorok dalam menghadapi transformasi digital, khususnya pada dimensi infrastruktur, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, dan dukungan kebijakan sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan terhadap kondisi jaringan dan perangkat, serta studi dokumentasi inventaris teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sekolah. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan pengodean tematik, sedangkan keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, member checking, dan diskusi sejawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya fenomena “kesiapan mental yang terhambat fasilitas”: guru memiliki sikap positif terhadap urgensi teknologi, tetapi kesiapan operasional sekolah masih rendah karena jaringan internet tidak stabil, pasokan listrik sering terganggu, perangkat terbatas, dan pelatihan belum berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital di sekolah rural memerlukan intervensi afirmatif berupa penguatan infrastruktur energi dan internet, pelatihan kontekstual, fitur pembelajaran luring, serta kolaborasi sekolah dengan pemerintah daerah dan mitra eksternal untuk memastikan kesetaraan digital. Kata Kunci: Transformasi Digital; Kesiapan Sekolah; Persepsi Guru; Pendidikan Rural; Kesetaraan Digital Abstract Digital transformation in education requires schools to integrate technology adaptively, yet rural schools continue to face limitations in infrastructure, competency, and policy support. This study analyzes teachers' perceptions of SMPN 6 Satu Atap Bahorok's readiness for digital transformation, focusing on infrastructure, human resource competency, and school policy support. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations of network and device conditions, and documentation of the school's information and communication technology inventory. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, verification, and thematic coding, while trustworthiness was ensured through source triangulation, technique triangulation, member checking, and peer debriefing. The findings reveal the phenomenon of “mentally ready but facility constrained”: teachers demonstrate positive attitudes toward the urgency of technology, but the school's operational readiness remains low because of unstable internet connectivity, frequent electricity disruptions, limited devices, and unsustained training. These findings indicate that digital transformation in rural schools requires affirmative interventions, including strengthened electricity and internet infrastructure, contextual teacher training, offline learning features, and collaboration among schools, local governments, and external partners to ensure digital equity.
