Abstract

This study was based on initial observation on the Makam Keramat Solear indicated to have problems, namely, the lack of promotion of tourism and the underdevelopment of tourism destination. This causes the number of tourist visits has not increased. The purpose of this study was to analyze Makam Keramat Solear by using SWOT analysis, in order to determine the appropriate development strategy. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the tourism destination of the Makam Keramat Solear was in quadrant IV. SWOT Analysis of Quadrant IV was a survival strategy, namely W-T (Weakness-Threat) Strategy, which aimed to survive by minimizing weaknesses and avoiding threats. Therefore, the strategy can be applied in developing the destination of the Sacred Tomb of Solear was a. creating promotion on various social media to compete with competitors' destinations; b. improving tourism infrastructures; c. eliminating the extortion activities so that tourists feel comfortable when visiting.

Abstract

Purpose : This study aims to determine the influence of storytelling methods on the appreciation of overseas communities from the east on papeda food with an evaluative descriptive design. The design used is one group design pre-test-post-test.Methods : The total sample was 57 respondents. online through Google Form, the author distributed a questionnaire link starting from June 26 to July 10 2022.Implications : The results of this study obtained pre-test appreciation of respondents reaching a total score of 1-5, namely the category of less appreciation for papeda amounting to 35 people (61.4%), and those who reached a total score of 6-9, namely the category of good appreciation of papeda totaling 22 people (38.6%), while the post-test appreciation was found that all respondents reached a total score of 8-14, namely the category of good appreciation for papeda amounting to 57 people (100.0%).     Keywords: Storytelling, Appreciation, Papeda

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan arahan perencanaan pariwisata melalui Analisa SWOT yang di konstruksikan dari pendekatan 5A potensi wisata pada Perkampungan Budaya Betawi Setu Babakan. Data primer didapat melalui pengamatan langsung serta wawancara mendalam dengan pengunjung, pelaku usaha wisata serta pengelola tempat wisata terkait tanggapan atas elemen 5A potensi wisata. Hasil yang didapat 5A potensi yang terdiri dari Akomodasi, Atraksi, Aktivitas, Akses, dan Amenitas telah terpenuhi dan uraian perencanaan pariwisata yang di analisa menggunakan matrix SWOT diataranya strategi SO: fokus dan optimalisasi kawasan sebagai cagar budaya. Strategi WO mengarahkan agar fokus pada penataan kawasan. Sementara itu strategi ST berfokus pada mempertahankan kawasan sebagai sumber resapan air serta pencegahan eksploitasi sumber daya air secara berlebihan. Adapun strategi WT di fokuskan pada pengawasan serta edukasi kepada penduduk setempat untuk senantiasa menjaga kebersihan dan pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga.

Abstract

account @vickysuuu among female tourists toward the intention to visit destination Wana Wisata Ranca Upas, Bandung. TikTok content is reviewed from three aspects, namely quality, quantity, and sender's expertise, using quantitative methods and collecting data using questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that in terms of content, the most dominant aspects that influence respondents are the sender's expertise, followed by quality, and quantity. The three aspects simultaneously also affect the intention to visit, while partially only the sender's expertise aspect that affects to visit intention. The result can be concluded that female tourists use the sender's expertise aspect of TikTok content as the main reference in determining their intention to visit Wana Wisata Ranca Upas.

Abstract

The MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition) industry and events have undergone significant changes with the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. This research aims to explore the application and impact of Artificial Intelligence in the context of the MICE industry and events, particularly in Indonesia. Through an in-depth review of literature and case studies, this study discusses how AI technology has influenced the planning, execution, and participant experience in events. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with an approach to literature study from various reliable sources, analysis of case studies of events that have adopted AI technology, as well as in-depth interviews with event organizers and industry experts. This information is collected and analyzed using a triangulation of data sources approach as a method to examine and validate data from various perspectives and gain deep insights into the application of AI in the MICE industry and events. The results of this study explain various ways in which AI can be integrated into MICE activities and special events. AI is used for data analysis, personalization of participant experiences, interaction through chatbots, and optimization of schedules and logistics. Furthermore, AI plays a role in event security and surveillance management. Facial recognition and video analysis solutions have been used to monitor visitors, identify suspicious behavior, and mitigate risks. AI platforms also monitor cybersecurity to ensure events proceed without disruptions. However, not all job roles can be replaced by AI; some roles related to hospitality and planning still require human intervention. The use of AI in the MICE and events industry also presents challenges, such as data security and privacy, as well as the proper utilization of technology. Nevertheless, the potential of AI in optimizing participant experiences, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving innovation continues to inspire event organizers to integrate this technology into their strategies. By understanding trends and the potential application of AI in the MICE and events industry, organizers and practitioners can design more engaging, efficient, and secure events in the evolving digital era, enriching the participant experience in future events.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much effect of product quality and price oninterest in buying ginger milk in DeeSuHe. This research background with the negative review on comments on Instagram ginger milk DeeSuHe where buyers who buy ginger milk declare quality ginger products are quite good, but there are constraints on the packaging the product is a cup lid that is not tight so it often spills and also complain about the price paid is not comparable with what buyers expect as usual. Methods research used is quantitative methods with techniques data collection using questionnaires and QobsQervations. The population in this study are the buyers who buy Ginger milk in DeeSuHe. Number of samples successfully processed using the slovin formula is as much as 101 people bought ginger milk in DeeSuHe. Data analysis techniques in this study uses validity test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with t test and F test. Then the data is processed using IBM SPSS software program 21. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) this study shows partially independent variables affect the decision stay (dependent variable) is the product quality positif amounted to 97.2% with a value of t count 6.239 > t table 1.988 with significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the price of a positive effect amounted to 97.3% with a value of t count 12.666 > t table 1.988 with significance value 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously product quality and price has a positive effect on buying interest with the value of F count 1694.668 > F table 49.5 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the coefficient of determination (R2 a) product quality and price amounted to 97.1%, while the remaining 2.9% influenced by variablesothers were not included in the study.

Abstract

The food and beverage service industry has undergone significant development in major urban centers such as DKI Jakarta, leading to heightened competition among competitors. As one of the new cafes, Harlan + Holden must possess the capability to thrive amidst this intense competition. However, the lack of research specifically addressing Harlan + Holden poses challenges in assessing its competitive ability against its counterparts. The objective of this study was to evaluate Harlan + Holden's capacity to cultivate brand image and stimulate repurchase intention among consumers, leveraging perceived product quality, perceived service quality, store atmosphere, perceived price, store location, and promotion. This study encompassed 120 respondents selected through non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The data collection instrument employed was a questionnaire, and data analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM. The findings revealed a significant and positive impact of perceived product quality, store atmosphere, and store location on brand image. Additionally, there was a significant and positive correlation between brand image and repurchase intention. However, perceived service quality, perceived price, and promotion exhibited no significant impact on brand image.

Abstract

In the hospitality industry, customer satisfaction is very important because it is the goal of hotel companies. Therefore, the food and beverage services provided by the food and beverage department must meet customer expectations, because customer satisfaction is the customer's emotional response in evaluating the customer experience using the services of the food and beverage department. The objects studied in this study were guests who used the services of the food and beverage department at Oena Restaurant Grand Orchardz Hotel Jakarta. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques of questionnaires, observation and literature study. The sample for this study was 100 guests who used the food and beverage department at Oena Restaurant Grand Orchardz Hotel, and used the accidental sampling method. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity tests, classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and simple linear regression analysis. Then the data is processed using IBM SPSS 26 software. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) have an influence on customer satisfaction, which is equal to 80%. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis calculations with the t-test, a tcount value of 2.929 > 1.987 (ttable) was obtained with a p- value of 0.004. If the p-value is <alpha (5%), it can be interpreted that H1 is accepted while H0 is rejected or it can be interpreted that food quality (X) has an influence and is significant on customer satisfaction (Y) at Oena Restaurant grand Orchardz Hotel Jakarta

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of service to customer satisfaction repatriation room at EL Royale Hotel Jakarta. Data collection is done by questionnaire technique. The research method used is quantitative analysis method. The population in this study is a repatriation room visitors, with a sample of 100 respondents. The results showed that from the simple linear regression test results obtained result that the value of the regression coefficient (X) is equal to 0.303 or 30% which gives the meaning that the quality of Service (X) effect on customer satisfaction repatriation room at EL Royale Hotel Kelapa Gading. And the results of the R2 test with a value of 0.086 or 8.6% in this case indicate that the percentage of the effect of the independent variable (quality of service) to the dependent variable (customer satisfaction)is equal to 8.6%. While the remaining 91.4% is influenced or explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out how much influence of price and physical evidence toward the decision to stay at the Gambir Rail Transit Suite. This research was motivated by some negative ulasans on the online travel agent Rail Transait Suite Gambir where guests who stayed there stated that the price of the stay was not commensurate with what they received and also complained about the physical evidence available. The method of this research was a quantitative method with data collection technique using questionnaires and observation. The population in this research was guests staying at the Rail Transit Suite Gambir. The number of samples successfully processed using the Slovin formula was 100 people who stayed at the Gambir Rail Transit Suite. The data analysis technique in this research used the validity test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with the t test and F test. Then the data was processed using the IBM SPSS 26 software program. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of this research showed the independent variable influenced the decision to stay partially (attached variable), namely price had a positive influence of 73.1% with t hitung value of 6.522 > t table 1.988 with significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and physical evidence had a positive influence of 73.2% with t hitung value 6.553 > t table 1.988 with significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, price and physical evidence had a positive influence on the decision to stay with F t hitung value of 211.382 > F table 3.09 with significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the coefficient of determination (R2) for price and physical evidence was 81%, while the remaining 19% was influenced by other variables not included in this research.
