Abstract

Research that has observed children, there are children who are addicted to gadgets resulting in children being private and happy to be alone. The role of parents who build his enthusiasm to see the outside world again. Whatever the case, children can be happy, and for traditional play equipment it might be more fun. From here interviewing parents can be done to get to know the child better. Long-term or short-term complex, children will get bored with their gadgets more and more. With the existence of gadgets, everyone is always very quick to retrieve information, but there is a lot that can affect all children. One step for today's children who are not directly related to flat objects/handphone. Parents have given gadgets to their children, with the excuse that they are not fussy. And the observations that have been purely carried out by researchers make awareness, the need for children not to understand gadgets from childhood. There are many cases of children who are already familiar with gadgets, and have a negative impact on them. Thurs children must be monitored continuously using gadgets

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi mata kuliah kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan jiwa enterpreneur mahasiswa. Metode yang pelneliti gulnakan yakni delngan kulalitatif. Meltodel kulalitatif yang mengarahkan kelpada wawancara kelpada belbelrapa objelk (narasulmbelr) dan melnggali informasi dari referensi-referensi, sepelrti buku, artikell, welb dan lainnya. Meltodel wawancara yang penulis lakukan dengan mahasiswa Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Ulpaya ulntulk melngembangkan Kewiraulsahaan di kalangan mahasiswa adalah: (1) Melmasulkkan kelwiraulsahaan dalam kurikulum seltiap program ulnivelrsitas selmula siswa haruls melngikulti kulrikullulm telrselbult (2) pengembangan program Pelmbellajaran Kelrja Telrpadul melrulpakan program pellatihan yang melnggabungkan pelmbellajaran dan belkelrja selpelrti karyawan, telrultama ulntulk mahasiswa tingkat akhir (3) Kelrja sama delngan UMKM (4) Pelndirian kopelrasi mahasiswa (5) Mellaksanakan tulgas mahasiswa baik pelr julrulsan maulpuln selsulai delngan bakat dan hobinya, melskipuln tidak selsulai delngan kelahliannya.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the less than optimal employee performance in company X. This study aims to determine the influence of selection, placement and development on employee performance. The method used is SEM PLS with a sample of 88 employees using saturated sampling techniques. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 88 respondents. The results showed that selection had no effect on employee performance. While for the influence of placement and development, there was a positive and significant influence on employee performance in company x.

Abstract

This study aims to explore in depth the experiences of parents in implementing parenting strategies for children with special needs through a literature review. Children with special needs (CWSN) are those who require special attention, approaches, and parenting strategies that differ from those applied to typically developing children due to differences or limitations in physical, mental, social, or emotional aspects. This study was conducted by reviewing various scholarly sources, including journals, books, and relevant articles. The findings indicate that parents’ experiences in raising CWSN are highly varied, depending on the type of the child’s needs, the parents’ level of understanding, socioeconomic background, and the availability of social support. Challenges commonly faced include emotional stress, social stigma, and limited access to services. However, the study also revealed various forms of parental resilience, such as adaptability, proactive learning, and the formation of support communities. This research is expected to provide broader insights for educators, counselors, and policymakers in designing interventions that holistically support families of children with special needs.

Abstract

This article aims to comparatively analyze the profitability between Islamic banks and conventional banks in the context of global financial transformation, which is increasingly driven by digitalization and technological innovation. This study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by reviewing 30 scientific articles indexed in SINTA and published between 2015 and 2024. The main focus of this literature review is on financial indicators such as ROA (Return on Assets), ROE (Return on Equity), BOPO (Operating Expenses to Operating Income Ratio), FDR (Financing to Deposit Ratio), and operational efficiency, as well as a comparison of the structure and working principles of the two banking systems. The results of the study show that there are significant differences in profitability between Islamic and conventional banks. The profitability of Islamic banks tends to be influenced by operational efficiency and compliance with Sharia principles, while conventional banks are more responsive to capital structure and leverage. Digital transformation has a positive impact on the profitability of both types of banks; however, its implementation is more complex in Islamic banks due to their adherence to Sharia principles. This article provides recommendations for banking industry players to accelerate inclusive technology adoption and suggests that regulators support a legal framework that facilitates digital transformation in line with Sharia principles. Practically, these findings serve as a reference for banks in developing strategies to improve financial performance. Theoretically, this article enriches the literature on comparative banking systems in the era of financial transformation. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komparatif profitabilitas antara bank syariah dan bank konvensional dalam konteks transformasi keuangan global yang semakin didorong oleh digitalisasi dan inovasi teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengkaji 30 artikel ilmiah yang terindeks SINTA dan diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2024. Fokus utama telaah literatur ini adalah pada indikator keuangan seperti ROA, ROE, BOPO, FDR, dan efisiensi operasional, serta perbandingan struktur dan prinsip kerja kedua sistem perbankan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam profitabilitas antara bank syariah dan konvensional, di mana profitabilitas bank syariah cenderung dipengaruhi oleh efisiensi operasional dan prinsip syariah, sementara bank konvensional lebih responsif terhadap struktur modal dan leverage. Transformasi digital memberikan dampak positif terhadap profitabilitas kedua jenis bank, namun implementasinya lebih kompleks pada bank syariah karena keterikatan terhadap prinsip syariah. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pelaku industri perbankan untuk mempercepat adopsi teknologi secara inklusif serta menyarankan agar regulator mendukung kerangka hukum yang memfasilitasi transformasi digital sesuai prinsip syariah. Secara praktis, temuan ini berguna sebagai acuan bagi bank dalam mengembangkan strategi peningkatan kinerja keuangan. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of service to customer satisfaction repatriation room at EL Royale Hotel Jakarta. Data collection is done by questionnaire technique. The research method used is quantitative analysis method. The population in this study is a repatriation room visitors, with a sample of 100 respondents. The results showed that from the simple linear regression test results obtained result that the value of the regression coefficient (X) is equal to 0.303 or 30% which gives the meaning that the quality of Service (X) effect on customer satisfaction repatriation room at EL Royale Hotel Kelapa Gading. And the results of the R2 test with a value of 0.086 or 8.6% in this case indicate that the percentage of the effect of the independent variable (quality of service) to the dependent variable (customer satisfaction)is equal to 8.6%. While the remaining 91.4% is influenced or explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

In the learning preparation process, the school or foundation needs to prepare learning activities at school. Things that must be prepared are such as adequate school facilities, then the teacher's method of teaching. The importance of having school facilities for the convenience of students in the learning process, in this case it is necessary to develop existing facilities at the school. For the learning process, there is also a need for teacher supervision of children in learning and outside the classroom, because teacher supervision of children is needed by students in their activities while at school. Supervision can be interpreted as a process of monitoring activities to ensure that all organizational operations are carried out as intended and the process of correcting deviations that will hinder the achievement of objectives. For teachers, absence from teaching according to schedule is sometimes unavoidable, considering that one time they had a sudden need at the same time so they did not teach. However, this becomes unnatural if the absence or delay of teaching in class always and frequently occurs. This has a negative impact on the learning process. First, students become disillusioned, and this can reduce their learning motivation. Students get a bad example of discipline. Second, teachers who teach earnestly feel that their efforts are futile and at the same time disappointed. What they built was broken by their professional colleagues. Not to mention, if a teacher who is disciplined in teaching earns the same income as a teacher who rarely teaches in class. A teacher can be called a professional if he has 4 (four) competencies, namely pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence. The researcher uses qualitative data analysis techniques, because this study uses many words instead of numbers. Therefore, we use qualitative data analysis techniques.

Abstract

This research discusses the effectiveness of learning Arabic through body parts songs for early childhood. The location of this research is RA Ibnu Halim. This type of research uses qualitative methods, the data collection procedures used in this research are questionnaires, observation, interviews, documentation. The aim of this research is to introduce body parts in Arabic to children through body parts songs.
