Abstract

Long-term Contraceptive Method is a contraceptive that can be used for more than two years, effective and efficient for the purpose of ending pregnancy or no longer wanting to have more children. The limited information received by prospective KB acceptors affects pregnant women in making decisions about choosing postpartum contraceptive methods. This study is an analytical study, namely to analyze the Effect of KB Education on Knowledge, Interest and Decision Making for the Use of MKJP KB in Pregnant Women Resti with a sample of pregnant women at the Obsgyn Polyclinic at Ngudi Waluyo Hospital in Wlingi, Blitar Regency. The research design with a classic experiment, is to group research subjects (commonly called respondents) into experimental groups and control groups. The results showed that KB education significantly increased the knowledge of pregnant women about the use of long-term contraceptive methods (MKJP), with an increase in knowledge scores from 55.75 to 61.88 (p = 0.000), while the group without education did not experience significant changes. In addition, interest in using MKJP KB also increased significantly after education, from an average of 25.05 to 29.18 (p = 0.000), while the group without education did not show significant changes. However, although knowledge and interest increased, decision-making to use MKJP actually decreased significantly from 16.40 to 14.78 (p = 0.005) in the group given education, while the group without education did not experience significant changes. This indicates that other factors such as social pressure and family support also influence pregnant women's decisions to use MKJP, so that education is effective in increasing knowledge and interest, but not always directly proportional to decision-making to use MKJP KB.

Abstract

Abstract

The Fast Track Special Lane at Pertamina gas stations is a form of service innovation that aims to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The implementation of this service still has several obstacles, especially related to the lack of clarity of the difference between the Fast Track lane and the regular lane, as well as the mismatch between customer expectations and the real experience they feel. This reduces the effectiveness of the service, so a strategic approach is needed to improve the performance of the service. This study aims to identify the most effective strategy in managing the Fast Track Special Lane in order to increase the level of user satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative Mix method. In the quantitative method, the analysis is carried out by calculating the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) based on data from 150 respondents who have used this service. While the qualitative approach is carried out through in-depth interviews with consumers and gas station managers, as well as direct observation in the field. Qualitative data is analyzed using NVivo software to find patterns and main themes related to the effectiveness of the Fast Track service. This study aims to find out (1) How does Pertamina create a clear distinction between the Fast Track Lane and the regular lane so that the quality of service and value received by customers increases? (2) What are customers' expectations of this service, and how can this feedback be used to improve their experience and increase their satisfaction levels?By integrating quantitative and qualitative analysis, this research is expected to provide strategic recommendations for Pertamina in optimizing the management of Special Fast Track Lines, ultimately leading to enhanced customer satisfaction and a more competitive positioning in the premium fuel segment.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of herding behavior on investment decision-making in the Indonesian cryptocurrency market. Behavioral finance posits that investor decision-making is frequently driven by psychological biases and prevailing market sentiment, leading to herding behavior—where individuals tend to imitate the investment choices of the majority rather than conducting their own independent evaluations. Using a qualitative-method approach, this study is conducted among individual investors who are engaged in cryptocurrency investment in Indonesia. Purposive sampling technique was used for data collection and the sample consisted of 50 questionnaires. Contrary to prior empirical evidence suggesting that herding behavior negatively affects investment decision-making within speculative markets such as cryptocurrency, the results of this study indicate that herding behavior does not exert a statistically significant influence on the investment decisions of Indonesian cryptocurrency investors. The findings suggest that, in the context of the Indonesian market, investors may rely more on personal judgment or alternative decision-making mechanisms rather than being influenced by crowd behavior. This study contributes to the existing body of literature by providing region-specific insights into behavioral finance and herding phenomena, highlighting the importance of contextual and cultural factors in shaping investor behavior within emerging markets.

Abstract

This study examines the legal consequences in the Binding Purchase and Sale Agreement of superblock housing by development companies. PPJB made by Buntario Tigris Notary in Central Jakarta does not clearly detail the time period for the issuance of the Deed of Sale and Purchase as per Article 5 (Development Completion) and Article 6 (Physical Delivery). PPJB has been ratified by PT Elite Prima Hutama as a standard agreement for investors who are interested in investing in superblock housing developed by the company. The Deed of Sale and Purchase (AJB) can change the rights and obligations of law No. 7 of 2021 concerning the Harmonization of Tax Regulations. What are the legal consequences for PPJB that does not explain the time period for the issuance of the Sale and Purchase Deed. This research is a normative legal research with secondary data in the form of PPJB documents on the Superblock residential project. This study analyzes what legal consequences can be experienced by investors from the legal events of the Sale and Purchase Agreement due to the absence of a clause that regulates the time period for the issuance of the sale and purchase deed. On the other hand, this study also reviews how the legal relationship of PPJB to legislation. By using the Civil Code as a legal framework and PPJB as a legal product, the results of this study confirm what legal consequences can be experienced by investors and what legal remedies can be taken to protect the rights to the obligations of the provisions of PPJB Article 3 (1) (Repayment) because there is no clause that explains in detail related to the issuance of a Sale and Purchase Deed.

Abstract

This study compares the Payback Framework and the Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) framework as evaluation tools for research funding programs. The Payback Framework, developed in 1994 by Buxton and Hanney, focuses on assessing the impact of health research, encompassing knowledge creation, policy influence, and economic benefits. On the other hand, the GRC framework emphasizes risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that programs are managed effectively within regulatory boundaries. This comparative analysis highlights the strengths and weaknesses of both frameworks, examining their applicability to different types of programs. The Payback Framework is well-suited for research programs that require long-term impact assessment, particularly in healthcare and social sciences. Meanwhile, the GRC framework is more appropriate for sectors with stringent compliance requirements, such as finance and healthcare. This study provides insights into the choice of evaluation frameworks based on program objectives, organizational needs, and available resources..
