Abstract

This study aims to analyze the User Experience of Shopee Application Users at STMIK KHARISMA Makassar using the Heuristic Evaluation Method. This research uses the Heuristic Evaluation method which is a method used to find problems in the interface design of an application and look for the positive side of the application. The data source of this research uses primary data, namely a questionnaire where the data collected is 40 respondents at STMIK KHARISMA Makassar and secondary data, namely literature studies or references from other journals. The results showed that Shopee users at STMIK KHARISMA Makassar were predominantly male compared to female Shopee users. This is because at STMIK KHARISMA Makassar the male population is greater than women. Of the 10 aspects of the Heuristic Evaluation method, only 1 aspect has a Minor Usability Problem or there are problems that interfere with user comfort with a severity rating of 2, or improvements are needed with a low priority level. And 8 other aspects are worth 1 or Cosmetic Problem meaning only problems that do not affect users, and 1 aspect with a value of 0 or Don't Agree which means there is no problem at all.

Abstract

Beli.in is an application that provides services for daily needs and provides other services recommendations. This study aims to improve interface of the Beli.in application so that it will be more comfortable for application users. Design Sprint method used in this redesigning study and drawing conclusions with System Usability Scale (SUS). The design sprint method is done in five stages: understand, diverge, decide, prototype, and validate in five days. The results were tested back to the user with a questionnaire to show that the results of the new design have been well received by the user.

Abstract

Image recognition is a sub-category of computer vision technology used to classify images into specific categories. The purpose of this research is to create a CNN model with the MobileNet architecture to classify motorcycle component images and measure the accuracy level produced by the model. The creation of the deep learning CNN model uses the TensorFlow library. The initial data for the training process consists of 50 images divided into 5 categories: spark plugs, brake pads, bearings, regulators, and roller housings. These data undergo augmentation techniques such as rotation, shifting, and image flipping. This research successfully developed a CNN model using the MobileNet architecture that can classify motorcycle component images. The MobileNet model was tested using 20 test data, with 10 of them subjected to a motion blur filter. The test results showed that the accuracy performance of the CNN model with the MobileNet architecture in classifying motorcycle component images is 85%, and the accuracy of image classification did not significantly decrease when the motion blur filter was applied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengubah user interface (UI) aplikasi chatting Navyfriend menjadi lebih baik dengan menggunakan metode design thinking. Proses pengubahan user interface berdasarkan opini dari sebaran data kuesioner terhadap 21 responden menggunakan Google Form. Pada tahap Emphatize, Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode SUS. Pada tahap Define, Hasil pengujian awal diperoleh nilai 31.4 dengan penilaian ‘poor’ sehingga tampilan UI tersebut perlu dirancang ulang. Pada tahap Ideate, aplikasi chatting Navyfriend dirancang ulang dengan mengubah komposisi warna dan tampilan UI. Prototype dari hasil pengubahan user interface aplikasi Navyfriend kemudian diuji kembali dengan metode SUS. Hasil pengujian prototype tersebut menunjukkan nilai 72 dengan penilaian ‘good’. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode design thinking dalam merancang ulang UI, dapat memberikan hasil yang lebih sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the usability of the user experience of the Kharisma Classroom website based on user experience using the USE Questionnaire method. This method has 4 aspects, namely Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, and Satisfaction. The study began by using questionnaires via google form as a data collection tool, then distributed to 33 respondents, then continued by testing the validity of the data to analyze the data resulting in 23 items of questions worth processing. After that, it continued by testing the data rehabilitation of 23 question items by generating a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.876. The results of this study include 4 aspects of use questionnaire, in the form of usefulness aspect with a percentage of 92.12%, ease of use aspect with a percentage of 91.11%, ease of learning aspect with a percentage of 91.21%, and satisfaction aspect with a percentage of 90.53%. Thus, for the overall results of this study has a percentage of 91.15% (very worth), so it can be concluded that the Kharisma Classroom website has met the standards or criteria in the USE Questionnaire method.

Abstract

RememberMe! application is a mobile password manager application designed to solve problems regarding passwords where users must remember the passwords used for each site and application. This research aims to measure the security level of RememberMe! application to find out whether RememberMe! application is safe to use for users. The results of this research are then expected to be a reference for developers in making improvements and further development so that the RememberMe! application is more secure and useful for users. By using the Vulnerability Assessment method, testers can scan the RememberMe! application against all possible test cases and look for existing gaps and weak points of the RememberMe! application. This process involves a Static Analysis of the application for potential vulnerabilities, including poor or improper application configuration, software flaws, and other operational weaknesses in processes or technical countermeasures. Vulnerability Assessment can test overall, integrated, operational, and reliable.

Abstract

Dana Application is a technology-based financial application that enables users to perform various financial transactions. The purpose of this research is to analyze the acceptance of the Dana application by users using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. This research is conducted based on existing issues, and the objective is to analyze the user acceptance of the Dana application using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. This allows for the identification of service aspects that need improvement and maintaining the performance of the Dana application based on user satisfaction levels. Subsequently, the research findings indicate that all hypotheses are valid, thus concluding that the Dana application is well-received by the public.

Abstract

Search Buddy is a website-based application developed to help people find services online which can be found at url address www.searchbuddy.my.id. Research was conducted to analyze the usability level of the Search Buddy website. The approach that will be used to test the usability is the WEBUSE method because the WEBUSE method is specifically designed for web-based systems. The WEBUSE method produces an average value of 0.648 which indicates that the Search Buddy website is at the Good usability level. Therefore, it can be concluded that the website is well received and meets the needs of its users while using it.

Abstract

Beli.in is an android-based deposit service provider application that focuses on Makassar City, but the quality of service in the Beli.in application has never been analyzed. To find out the quality of service on the Beli.in application, therefore this study aims to analyze the quality of service of the Beli.in application using the PIECES method. This research uses the PIECES method because this method can focus on solutions to problems that have been identified in terms of matters related to Performance, Information, Economy, Control and security, Efficiency, and Service. Analysis of the Beli.in application using the PIECES method in this study is carried out by collecting answers from respondents who have answered the questionnaire, then the results of the answers from these respondents will be calculated so that the quality of service in the Beli.in application can be analyzed. Respondents will answer several questions that will be provided via Google Form.

Abstract

Gofood is one of the applications in Gojek, the application is used by customers to find and order culinary. When the author conducted research on the gofood application, it turned out that some reviewed it well, and some reviewed it badly. This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of gofood application users with the Mobile Service Quality method and the Customer satisfaction index (CSI) which is a method that uses an index to calculate the level of consumer satisfaction in a user satisfaction survey. Respondent data from questionnaires that have been distributed via google form and have been filled in by Gofood application users as many as 70 respondents. Based on the results of research that has been conducted on the Gofood application using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, it can be concluded that the research results from the CSI value obtained of 85.42% is very satisfied, because the results of the CSI value are obtained after calculating the CSI method through four stages, the first stage determines the mean importance score (MIS) and mean satisfaction score (MSS), the second stage weight factor (WF), the third stage weight score (WS), and the last stage determines the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). So it can be concluded that most users of the Gofood application at STMIK Kharisma Makassar are very satisfied with the services in the Gofood application.
