Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build a Decision Support System that can assist the acceptance of employees based on the criteria and parameters that have been determined by the CV. Tri Tunggal Sejati. The method used in the process of data collection is the interview of the CV. Tri Tunggal Sejati. The SPK method used is Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). In this study the criteria used are experience, education, age, microsoft office test, responsible, analyze the problem, make decisions, achievement tests, personality tests and intelligence tests and each criteria has parameters according to the criteria and parameters the company desires. From the results of this study produced a SPK design that can help the CV. Tri Tunggal Sejati in employee acceptance. Final decision making remains in the hands of the CV. Tri Tunggal Sejati, and the system only provides an alternative choice that makes it easy in decision making.

Abstract

Halo Print Digital merupakan aplikasi percetakan online berbasis website yang mempermudah pengguna dalam memakai jasa percetakan yaitu spanduk, banner, kartu nama, stiker, brosur, sablon kaos serta layanan desain grafis dan desain logo, dan dalam bisnis kami ,berkolaborasi dengan Smart Print Makassar yang hendak menerima pesanan untuk web halo print digital. dalam proses pengembangan web halo print digital terdapat beberapa hambatan dimana sedikitnya pengguna web untuk itu peneliti melakukan penelitian secara detail buat mengukur kemudahan penggunaan website bagi user dari segi kemudahan, dipelajari, pemakaian ,kepuasan dan tingkat efisiensi perihal ini membantu keberlangsungan serta perkembangan situs web halo print digital di masa mendatang, sembari mendorong jumlah pengguna lebih banyak lagi. riset ini memakai tata cara usability testing dengan menggunakan kuesioner. kuesioner disebarkan dengan 16 pertanyaan yang dikelompokkan menjadi 5 aspek usability. penilaian yang diperoleh kemudian diganti menjadi data kualitatif skala 5 skor rata - rata uji hasil pengolahan data pada web halo print digital, untuk aspek learnability 3,94 aspek efficiency 3,06 aspek memorability 3,32 aspek error 4 dan aspek satisfaction 3,10. hasil dari penelitian ini adalah website halo print digital sudah memperhatikan usability. perlunya perbaikan terutama pada aspek efficiency, memorability dan satisfaction untuk pengembangan aplikasi website halo print digital di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Abstract: This Extraordinary application is designed for people with ADHD or AttentionDeficit Hyperactivity Disorder, which is a disorder when a person has difficulty maintaining orcontrolling physical movements. This disease is mostly suffered by children, for that thetarget users of this application are parents of children with ADHD where this applicationprovides tutor services according to the needs of children with ADHD. This study aims toconduct a series of functional tests of the application both in terms of appearance and inputaction. This test uses the Black Box testing method of Equivalence Partitioning, andBoundary Value Analysis. The test results are good using valid data, random data, andincorrect data, all functional applications work as expected. Keywords: Implementation, Website, and Black Box.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi Progressive Web Apps (PWA) pada website GetHelp menggunakan framework Next.js sehingga website dapat diakses dengan mudah melalui PC maupun perangkat mobile. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur dan observasi performansi sistem melalui pengujian menggunakan PWA tools. Teknologi web yang digunakan dalam PWA terdiri dari web app manifest, app shell dan service worker. Implementasi yang dilakukan meliputi tahapan instalasi PWA Next.js, membuat web app manifest, membuat file registrasi service worker, mengimplementasikan service worker, menambahkan script untuk memanggil manifest.json dan mengevaluasi PWA. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan layanan-layanan website GetHelp dapat diakses dengan baik melalui beragam tipe perangkat mobile pada platform Android. Pengujian kualitas hasil implementasi PWA berdasarkan baseline PWA checklist dengan tool Lighthouse memperlihatkan semua kriteria terpenuhi, sedangkan pada tool PWABuilder memberikan skor total 110/110. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi PWA pada website GetHelp telah memenuhi kriteria. Selain itu, hasil evaluasi performa sistem menggunakan tools Lighthouse didapat peningkatan sebesar 23% (sebelum implementasi 66%, setelah implementasi PWA, performa menjadi 89%). Sementara jika evaluasi menggunakan tool GTMetrix, performa website GetHelp naik 14% (sebelum implementasi sebesar 68% , setelah implementasi PWA menjadi 82%).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and redesign the user interface of the educational game The Smartest Brain using the design thinking method in order to produce a user interface that increases children's interest in learning. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 20 respondents and processing data using the System Usability Scale method. Design thinking and System Usability Scale methods are used to produce a user interface design that is in accordance with the needs and desires of users, and to determine the usability level of a system. Based on the results of testing the first prototype using the System Usability Scale method, the score obtained is 72 with a Good rating. Meanwhile, based on the results of the second prototype test, the score obtained is 85 with an Excellent rating. Therefore, it can be concluded that designing the user interface using the design thinking method has solved the problems experienced by users, resulting in a user interface that is more attractive and easier to use, thereby increasing children's interest in learning.

Abstract

Software testing needs to be done to avoid defects or fatal errors in the software. This study discusses how to do white box testing on the website Room, which is a service to assist in making guest books and events. The software testing method used is white box testing with the basis path technique as a test case design method. The basis path technique consists of making flow graphs, calculating cyclomatic complexity, graph matrix, determining independent paths, and making test cases. Then added with the calculation of the level of risk based on the amount of cyclomatic complexity. The test results show that white box testing with the basis path technique can be used to find defects or errors in the software. There are 68 test scenarios with a low risk level of 94% for defects and a medium risk level of 6%. Then from 352 test paths, there are 192 pass paths, 5 fail paths, 114 error catch paths, and 41 paths with incorrect conditions.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the usability of the Medisol website using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method so that it can be further developed according to user needs in the future. This analysis was carried out using four variables from the User Experience Questionnaire method: Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learn, and User Satisfaction. Usability measurement is obtained from the percentage of feasibility based on a questionnaire distributed to users who access the Medisol website with 30 respondents. In addition, the Likert scale was used to facilitate filling out the questionnaire and processing of the results by researchers. Based on calculations on the aspects covered by the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method, the results obtained are 86% on the Usefulness aspect, 86% on the Ease of Use aspect, 89.67% on the Ease of Learn aspect, and 84.48% on the User Satisfaction aspect. It is said that the Medisol website perfectly fulfills these aspects. And from the usability calculation results obtained, namely 86.13%, it can be concluded that the percentage level of the Medisol website eligibility can be categorized as very feasible.

Abstract

Abstract: The system quality can be affected by user involvement. It is necessary to implement User Centered Design (UCD) in the UI/UX Design of the Worker's Website. This study aims to evaluate and redesign the UI/UX of Worker's Websites with the UCD and SUS (System Usability Scale) methods in order to make it easier for prospective workers or the public to use website profiling. Data was collected via interview with 30 responds where the results of the interviews are used as a reference for making new designs and then evaluating the new designs with a closed questionnaire to the same respondents. The result of SUS method questionnaire revealed that new design by using UCD was in the excellent category with score 84. It can be concluded that UI/UX design with a UCD allows easy to use worker's website.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan buat mengenali apakah tata cara user centered design bisa memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap user interface pada aplikasi haloprint- digital. Penulis memakai pendekatan tata cara user centered design, yang dimana dalam proses pembuatan aplikasi ini diawali dengan perancangan design user interface diharapkan bisa mengoptimalisasi perancangan aplikasi serta memudahkan user dalam memakai aplikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat rancangan baru serta sudah diuji memakai tata cara Cognitive Walkthrough dengan mengaitkan 5 partisipan yang sudah bergabung sejak dini dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

AntiMacet is a mobile-based application in the form of an online map that provides information about the route without traffic jams to the user's destination. However, because this application has just been developed and has never been further tested, it is necessary to test the usability level. To test the usability level, we’ll use the USE Questionnaire method which has 4 aspects, namely Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, and Satisfaction. The study began by using questionnaires as a data collection tool. Then continued by testing the validity of the data resulting in 27 items of questions which were declared valid. After that, it continued by testing the data rehabilitation of 27 question items by generating a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.961 and can be categorized as very reliable/ consistent. The results of this study include 4 aspects of use questionnaire, in the form of usefulness aspect with a percentage of 84.54%, ease of use aspect with a percentage of 87.76%, ease of learning aspect with a percentage of 90.90%, and satisfaction aspect with percentage of 87.18%. Thus, the overall results of this study has a percentage of 87.19%, and can be categorized as very feasible.
