IAIN Metro Community Service Lecture from Home (KPM-DR) is a community service activity in their own area which is carried out from home considering the situation and conditions of Covid-19 as the implementation of Tri Darma College. KPM-DR was implemented as a form of strengthening awareness and concern for the COVID-19 outbreak, proper religious and health relations, religious moderation, and education and Islamic religious preaching by utilizing various social media. The implementation of KPM-DR starts from 1 July to 29 August 2020 in Karang Sari village, Belitang. Programs carried out in the village of Karang Sari, Belitang include socializing Covid-19, teaching the Koran, group exercises, and various other activities. Whereas in the daily activities of individuals, namely making educational videos, posters and blogs containing discussions about wise strategies in managing finances in the midst of the Covid19 pandemic, making plant verticulture, etc. The entire content is uploaded to the social media YouTube, Facebook, blog and Instagram aimed at the social media user community

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Law No. 22 of 2001 on the practice of retail gasoline selling by the people of Kota Timur Gorontalo, and uses a type of field research that focuses on the results of data collection from predetermined informants. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely research that is intended to gather information from people and observed behavior. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, then the data that has been collected will be analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The results showed that the implementation of Law No. 22 of 2001 in the practice of selling retail gasoline by the community in Kota Timur Gorontalo has not been effective. It is proven that during 2020, the number of petrol depots in the area has increased to 98 petrol depots which also have not obtained a commercial business license. The factors that cause the ineffectiveness of the application of the law are the legal instruments, law enforcement officers, the factors of the community members who are affected by the scope of legal regulations and cultural factors. Therefore, the government's socialization efforts are needed in the form of counseling about the consequences, sanctions of criminal acts and providing information to administer the licensing of retail gasoline sales

This paper analyzes stakeholder participation in gender responsive Madrasah Based Management (MBM) with various supporting and inhibiting factors in MAN Insan Cendekia Gorontalo. The participation of stakeholders in gender responsive MBM is manifested in planning, implementing and evaluating activities that involve teachers, parents, communities, scientists, to contribute, abilities, roles, and aspirations to the achievement of educational programs related to community service for students, native speakers, and Economic Subject Teacher Deliberation (MGMP) activities independently by not differentiating between men and women in MAN IC Gorontalo. As for the supporting factors, first, the state will bear the financing through DIPA. Second, the density of student activities with the boarding school system. The first inhibiting factor is the dependence of funds on the government so that it does not provide room for participation. Second, the management of education personnel in a centralized manner.

This study aims to determine student interest in learning and parents' responses to learning assistance at home during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pahandut Palangka Raya District, Central Kalimantan. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a survey method, in which the survey data is measured quantitatively and then the statistical correlation is sought. The research sample of students and parents of students respectively as many as 348 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, in the Pahandut District, Palangka Raya. The results of the study reported that students' interest in learning was in the "good enough" category, where the response of parents to children's learning assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic also showed a response in the "positive" category. Analysis of the results of variance shows very significant data (0.000 <0.05), which is interpreted as a positive correlation between student interest in learning and parental responses, which is 58% influencing children's interest simultaneously.

This study aims to determine how the analysis of the development of the soundness level of Islamic Rural Banks (BPRS) based on the Bank Indonesia Regulation Number: 9/17/PBI/2007, this study uses a qualitative approach. The population in this study is to use the BPRS financial reports from 2010-2014. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique and used secondary data. The data analysis technique uses trend analysis. This trend analysis aims to determine the tendencies or trends in the financial condition of a company in the future, either up, down or fixed. This analysis technique is usually used to analyze financial statements. This analysis is intended to determine the development of the company through the past time travel and projecting the situation from that period to the next. Research Results From the assessment of banking health and its relation to the CAMEL ratio, the Sharia Rural Bank (BPRS) has experienced an increase and decrease in the percentage due to the lack of ability of the BPRS to face the competition that occurs in the banking system which is the cause of the fluctuation in Islamic Rural Banks.

IB Muamalat Multipurpose Financing is a consumptive financing which is very much needed by the community. This study aims to determine a procedure in having multipurpose iB Muamalat financing and to know the steps taken to minimize the risk of financing iB Muamalat Muiltiguna. Multipurpose iB Muamalat Financing can be obtained by purchasing halal goods. For that we need a research method in the form of interview and observation methods. Direct methods can be obtained by prospective customers by interviewing and observing at the time of filing for financing. From several procedures the bank has the right to provide financing or refuse financing proposed by a prospective customer. Whether or not a prospective customer is eligible for this financing depends on the bank's assessment and whether in the future the prospective customer can return the financing to avoid financing risks.

This paper aims to analyze the performance of Islamic equity funds in Indonesia, which is indicated by the ability of the Mutual Fund to choose stocks that can provide greater returns than market returns. This study uses Jensen's Measure (α). The Jensen measurement aims to calculate the rate of return above the CAPM by looking at beta and the rate of return above the market (the measure of differential return) by adding elements of macroeconomic variables such as the Rupiah exchange rate and inflation in the analysis of the performance of Islamic mutual funds. The results of regression testing prove that investment managers in Islamic mutual funds have the ability to sell (buy) shares at the right time, but because the relationship between mutual fund portfolios and market shares is very sensitive and has a negative beta, the investment manager's ability to use transaction time is not able to create a portfolio of mutual funds have.

The purpose of this study is to determine how the level of the level of customer satisfaction nights using Automatic Teller Machine (Atm) at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Gorontalo Branch . This study has a problem limitation for Bank Muamalat ATM users. This study uses a qualitative approach to data collection techniques, observation, interviews, documentation. Based on the research results of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Gorontalo BranchRegarding customer satisfaction with the facilities provided by employees, it is quite good, seen in the suitability of customer expectations at ATM facilities, interested in returning to the facilities provided and the willingness of customers to visit again, this is done by Bank Muamalat to maintain the loyalty of its customers by providing good service facilities to customers, but there are some ATM facilities poorly visible lack of facilities and infrastructures that are not functioning properly and the location where y ang less strategy.

The macroeconomic indicators used as the basis for planning and evaluation for the development process in Pohuwato Regency are economic growth, inflation, TPAK, open unemployment, poverty levels, HDI, Gini ratio, ICOR, consumption growth, investment growth, and growth in government spending. Output multiplier and sectoral inequality. One indicator of the level of prosperity of the population in an area / region can be seen from the per capita GRDP value, which is the quotient between the added value generated by all economic activities and the population. Therefore, the size of the population will affect the value of PDRB per capita, while the size of the value of GRDP is highly dependent on the potential of natural resources and production factors in the area. PDRB per capita based on current prices shows the value of PDRB per head or per one population. Pohuwato's PDRB per capita value at the prevailing price from 2015 to 2019 has always increased. In 2015 the per capita GRDP was recorded at 31.11 million rupiah. In nominal terms, it continues to increase until 2019 reaching 41.04 million rupiah.
