Abstract

Perum DAMRI is a company engaged in the service of people and goods transportation on the road, with the main task of carrying out land transportation by bus, truck, and other motorized vehicles. The problem in this thesis is how the image of Perum DAMRI employee performance, how productivity generated Perum DAMRI and how the influence of employee performance to productivity Perum DAMRI during period of year 2016. The writer used questionnaires data collection technique to 40 respondents and unstructured interview by using quantitative research method with simple linear regression test. The result of the research shows that the employee's performance is considered good by the respondent, the productivity is good by the respondent, and the result of T statistic test is 2.370 with significance value 0,023 <0,05 which means there is significant influence between employee performance with productivity and R2 test results show the magnitude of the effect of performance variables on productivity is 55.9% (close to 1) and can be said to have a strong relationship between the two variables. The conclusion is that the performance of DAMRI employees is said to be well proven with 41.5% of respondents giving answers Often, DAMRI productivity is said to be good with 44.5% of respondents giving answers Contributing, and there is influence between employee performance on productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of forklift treatment on the warehouse continuity operation of PT  Frisian Flag Indonesia at Ciracas Plant. The methods of data collection are in the form of field research, library research and data analysis techniques with Likert-scale weighting, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determinant coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The conclusion shows that simple linear regression calculation obtained a constant of 17.341 and b regression coefecient was equal to 0.607. Referring to the regression equation, it is seen that every single increase unit of forklift treatment escalation will be followed by an increase in operational activities of 0.607 at the constant 17.341. The result of calculation of correlation coeficient can be assessed that r (correlation) was equal to 0.725. This proved that the increase of forklift treatment had an effect on the opeerational activities since the r values was 0.725. This means there were a positive correlation between forklift maintenance variables and operational activities. The calculated result of coefficient determined in which Kp = r² aqual to 0.725² indicated that the contribution amount of forklift treatment was 52.5% on operational activities, while the remaining 47.5% was the influence of factors outside this research. Hypothesis testing shows taccount  > ttable. That means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, there is a significant positive influence between forklift treatment for warehouse operation.

Abstract

Facing  the challenges of Globalization Era and Readiness to enter the era of Asean Economic Community (AEC) Economic Market, Indonesia seems to be in doubt. Due to the availability of experts in the field of Transport and Logistics is still very inadequate, one of the toughest challenges facing the Asean open market is the use of experts in the field of Transport and Logistics. The reason, foreign logistics companies that will open operations in Indonesia will participate scramble to find reliable personnel in the field of Transport and Logistics services nationwide. The need for logistics experts is around 17,000 people per year, to meet a minimum of two logistics experts in every large and medium-sized company engaged in manufacturing, trading, retail and distribution, various industries in need. Therefore, Trisakti responds to the challenges in the business world of Transportation and Logistics in the provision of education to create a curriculum of education of logistics experts who are reliable and globally reputable. That is by realizing Trisakti Institute of Transport and Logistics (ITL).

Abstract

Pulo Gebang integrated terminal is the biggest terminal in South-East Asia which was opened and launched in December 2016.  As it was planned, all the inter city bus companies, operating in Pulo Gadung and Rawa Mangun terminals, would be moved to Pulo Gebang integrated terminal. The objective of this research is to find out the development of electronic ticket system at Pulo Gebang integrated terminal, Jakarta; the constraining factors in improving the electronic ticket system; and the basic problem of electronic ticket booking system. The method used in this research was Fishbone method.  Research data were gathered by taking random sampling from 20 respondents.  The result of the research shows the median of percentage limit is 65%, therefore, 4 problems are arisen from 10 questions which reveals that there are only a small number of activities in the electronic ticket booking system and its promotions.

Abstract

This research is done to find out the direct and indirect influences of corporate image, user image, and aviation product image towards consumers’ loyalty.  The samples used were gathered from 100 respondents coming from Facebook accounts that are linked to official aviations services accounts.  The result shows that the corporate image, user image and aviation product image influences towards consumers’ loyalty scale is 61.3% and has a significant effect. The scale is the result of the Trimming mode path analysis by eliminating one exogenous variable which has no significant effect; that is the corporate image. From the two variables which have significant effect to consumers’ loyalty, the product’s image has the biggest effect with 39.1% percentage.
