Abstract

Population growth after the crisis of 1998, was accompanied by a very encouraging economic growthreaching 6.3% during 2012. Accordingly, the development of the aviation industry continues to increase rapidly, this is evidenced by the emerging new airlines such as AW Air, Jatayu Air, Lion Air, Star Air which was followed by Batavia Air, Sriwijaya Air, Adam Air, Water Aerfata Papua, which makes the competition between one another takes place very tighty. Through the methods of qualitative and quantitative research design and analysis of rate of expansion which is explorative description, then it is clearly visible that only airlines with appropriate strategies that can survive in the midst of the world economic shocks, especially aviation fuel price increases that occurred every two weeks and the weakening of the rupiah against the dollar . The strategy implemented is related with fuel conservation policy; such as applying Cost Index, Tankering Fuel, Optimum Level Flight elections, focusing on flight technic and maintenance in order to improve efficiency in the use of fuel or aviation fuel, or even change the type of aircrafts. Keywords: fuel increase, currency exchange depreciation

Abstract

RSAB Harapan Kita has a logistic installation as the facility of goods storage and supply, especially medical stuff (medicines) as well as non-medical ones. The focus in this research is the cause of stock out of that hospital’s non-medical stuff. Meanwhile, to analyze the data the author uses fishbone analysis which is also known as cause-effect analysis. The result shows five factors causing the stock out in the installation (warehouse): the first in the process of procurement contributing 33%, the second in the implementation of SOP contributing 27%, the third in training contributing 20%, the fourth in the coordination contributing 13%, and the last in the budget contributing 7%. Key Words: stock out of non-medical stuff, goods procurement

Data collection using questionnaires distributed to 100 Lion Air passengers who departed from Soekarno Hatta Airport with the aim of Medan, Padang, Palembang, Surabaya, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Bali, Ujung Pandang, Manado, Ambon, and Jaya Pura. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. All data collected is declared valid and reliable and fits the requirements of the goodness of multiple linear regression. As a result, service delay, firm reputation, and availability of flight schedules have a partial and simulated effect on the intention to repurchase Lion Air tickets. Service delay, firm reputation, and availability of flight schedules contributed to the formation of 78.9% Lion Air ticket repurchase intentions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ticket price and service quality on customer loyalty through passenger satisfaction as an intervening variable on the Low Cost Carrier (LCC ) of Lion Air airlines. Low Cost Carrier airlines which have relatively cheap ticket price, but due to the economic crisis in Indonesia, these air transportation services are relatively expensive compared to the previous year, which according to the Indonesian National Air Carrier Association, the increase reached almost 40-120% for each airline, because the increase that occurred made LCC airlines, especially Lion Air, experience a very drastic decrease in passengers by 35% in 2019, apart from ticket price increases, the quality of service provided by lion air airlines is also still not good so that passengers are not satisfied with Lion Air airlines. This research was conducted at Soekarno Hatta International Airport. The study was conducted using quantitative methods, with a sample of 100 respondents and data were taken using a questionnaire and processed using smart-PLS 3. The results of this study are from 7 proposed hypotheses, 6 of which are accepted and 1 of the hypothesis is rejected, for the rejected hypothesis is the effect of ticket price on the loyalty of Lion Air airline passengers.
