Abstract

Abstract: At least there are two trends that can be identified with regard to the age ofglobalization. First, the stronger dominance of science and technology in science inhuman life. Second, the strong dominance of science and technology slowly shifts thenoble values that are universally upheld by humans. Educational institutions inIndonesia, on average, mostly teach general lessons and are less able to form Islamicpersonalities for students or Muslim personalities, therefore an Islamic personalitythat is oriented towards the welfare and happiness of life in the world and thehereafter is needed. The integrated Islamic education model implemented at theMuhammad Yaqub Foundation is an integration model, using an interdisciplinaryapproach, combining the fields of study of skills, overlapping concepts and attitudes.Like learning about physics, but students have skills about faith. this curriculumincludes integrating several disciplines. The development of integrated IslamicEducation at the Muhammad Yaqub Foundation is to structure the curriculum, syllabus, textbooks, teaching staff, develop a teacher team that will provide anexplanation of faith and piety, conduct teacher coaching, lecture students who will beexpected to graduate as teachers in Muhammad Yaqub Foundation to be fostered. Abstract

Abstract, In the Islamic Criminal Law system in mass media or books by infidelorientalists and their followers - namely the liberals - they are always cruel andinhumane. The cynical view of the Islamic criminal system was born not because of avanity Islamic criminal system, but there were two main reasons. First, conceptually, the criminal system of Islam is considered contrary to the mindset of the secular orliberal. For example, the death penalty for apostates is considered cruel and wrongnot because of the wrong Islam, but because it is contrary to the principle of religiousfreedom that is held fanatically by the secularists. Second, practically, the criminalsystem that is being applied is indeed not a criminal system of Islam. The law ofcutting hands for thieves is seen as wrong and sadistic not because of the wrongIslam, but because it is contrary to the criminal system of colonial occupation, namelyArticle 362 of the Criminal Code (KUHP). The level of h}ad al-shariqah in Islamiccriminal law (tashri’ al-jina’i) is ¼ dinar or 3 dirhams and 10 dirhams. Regarding theact of cutting hands, Abd al-Qadir 'Awdah confirmed in his book Islamic CriminalLaw or al-Tashri' al-Jina'i al-Islami: Muqaranan bi al-Qanun al- Wad'i that in had alshariqah not all thieves must cut off their hands. There are certain levels andindividual guidelines that govern them. Keyword: Islamic Criminal Law, Had al-Sariqah

Abstract

Abstract, the dynamics of the state of human resources working within the madrasafrom time to time continue to change. Madrasah educator resources can work for along time and some only last a few years. Many reasons behind it are those who getnew assignments in other places, move areas because of family factors, and can alsobecause they have to resign for the recovery of their health. Of course, suchconditions in the madrasa occur when there is a vacant position that must find areplacement. Employment in the madrasa becomes a necessity for recruitment byconsidering the need for additional human resources in the madrasa. Throughrecruitment activities, a search process can be carried out, getting prospectiveapplicants, selecting and placing new selected educators who have the ability andexpertise as required to fill the vacancy in the madrasa. The recruitment process inmany madrasas is not carried out by the steps according to the management functionbut there are many practices using roads that are not in accordance with the conceptof implementing recruitment. From an ineffective way of making madrassas get neweducators who do not meet the criteria needed by madrasas. New educators who donot have expertise result in low work motivation and madrasa performance is alsodifficult to increase. Recruitment practices through nepotism, appointment of youngworkers who do not have experience, appointment due to pity factors often occur byprivate madrasas. The practice is in the view of the community that madrasas have noattempt to seriously improve the performance of madrasas to assist students inlearning science and the formation of noble character. Abstract

Abstract, contract marriage or in fiqh called nikah mutcah is a common thing for Shiahfollowers in Iran. In Indonesia alone, contract marriages also occur in variousregions. The implementation of contract marriages always invited controversy, notonly from the legal side which according to Sunni clerics had been removed, butcontract marriages also invited problems and brought madlarat to the rights of womenand children born after the marriage. For example, in this modern era, the realizationof contract marriages has led to human trafficking. One of the most prominent is in thevillage of Arab Puncak, Bogor, West Java, and the modus of sending female workersabroad which is then traded. This has become a polemic and become a criticism of thefiqh of the Shiah, who still legalize mut'ah marriage. In the practice of marriage whichis limited by a certain time it is actually false (bathil) because it is contrary to Islamicsharia. The principle of marriage is for the sacred purpose of building a family that issakinah, mawaddah wa rahmah and that only happens for permanent marriage (nikahdaim).
