One spiritual aspect in the marketing of Islamic education is the level of maslahah (utility) applied to all marketing activities. The purpose of this study is to examine educational marketing from a maslahah perspective. This writing is library research with a qualitative descriptive approach—data sources in the form of references related to the study topic. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively, including data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the maslahah of Islamic education customers was the main objective of all Islamic education marketing activities.

Abstract

The essence of Islamic law is to attract the good (maslahat) of humans and reject the danger from it. Therefore, in addition to carrying out the shari'ah, humans are required to understand the aims and objectives of the shari'ah set. Departing from the above statement, this study will examine the efforts of Thahir ibnu ‘Asyur in developing concepts related to the science of maqasid al-shari'ah.The data of this research is library. The data collection method uses the documentation method, which is: collecting, then analyzing the data collected. After the data has been collected, data analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, presentation of data in narrative form, and drawing conclusions. This study concludes that the maqasid al-shari'ah, as stated by Thahir ibnu ‘Asyur, is the spirit of all human actions relating to the laws established by Islamic shari’ah, especially in dealing with a number of problems in this millennial era. In addition, said Thahir ibnu ‘Asyur, the main reason for the decline of fiqh is the neglect of scholars towards the study of maqasid which results in the distortion of shari'ah values themselves. The opinion of Thahir ibnu ‘Asyur above is supported by ‘Allal al-Fasi, one of the experts in contemporary maqasid al-shari’ah, who asserted that the main condition for success in dialoguing fiqh with contemporary reality is the rise or failure of scholars' responses to the study of maqasid. This is where the role of maqasid al-shari'ah as the spirit of each fiqh law finds its momentum. Its elastic characteristics, across space and time, are expected to be able to dialogue with problems that continue to emerge. These characteristics are able to adapt to every civilization that runs and play a role in arousing Islamic civilization that is lagging behind other civilizations.

Abstract

Quality and equitable education for Indonesian children is a major capital to get out of the multidimensional crisis. Our nation today has been bored with the phenomenon of poverty that is mainly due to ignorance. The phenomenon should be taken seriously by the government by making policies aimed at creating a good and equitable quality of education for the community. If we look at the current reality that teachers having not met the national standard qualification are about 65%. There have been many teachers not in accordance with their field of expertise, and the main factor is the distribution of teachers mainly centered in urban areas. This is due to the limited ability of the government in improving the welfare of teachers. The government also seeks to put the teachers' status in their ideal position. Teachers' Profession in Law No. 14 of 2005 on Teacher and Lecturer is a profession that is the same as that of doctors, accountants, and Psychologists. To that end, teachers must have a certificate, so they must participate in any certification tests. The law stipulates that the professions of teacher and lecturer are highly respected and their presence is guaranteed. That means teachers and lecturers have been protected by a single legal umbrella that is not easy to change. It also guarantees the authority, self-development, prosperity, recruitment and transfer of teachers and lecturers.

Abstract

In life, everyone will always be faced with the situation to understand everything that exists and is found in his life, whether it is text or context. Therefore a variety of theories and methods were born to understand them. Hermenutics is one of the many theories and methods to uncover meaning, so it can be said that hermeneutics has the main responsibility in uncovering and displaying the meaning behind the symbols that become the object. Wilhelm Dilthey is a philosopher who is famous for his philosophy of life, which states that life is a series of human experiences that became the history of his life which is widely and comprehensively understood. In his hermeneutic project, Dilthey provides a new definition of experience (erlebnis), meaning (ausdruck) and understanding (verstehen). He himself relies on art as a hermeneutic object. With the historical method, Dilthey tries to provide a new understanding in interpreting a series of human experiences whether it be in the form of text, biography and so on. Dilthey is a philosopher who was very inspired by the previous philosopher, Schleirmacher. But Dilthey added history in his epistemology. Dilthey considers that text is a symbol, not a word meaning. So to understand a symbol, the interpreter must go to history, in other words must be part of history itself. Wilhem Dilthey's thought in his hermeneutics was to formulate a unique methodology in Geisteswissenschaften (human science) considering he believed that the Naturensensaftan (nature science) method was not appropriate for human science. Sometimes Geistenwissenscaften also uses Naturwissenschaften objects, but the context of the relationship is different. Dilthey sees that verstehen (understanding) is a method for human science where it is clearly a method for nature science. With human expression using a purely intellectual process. Whereas with verstehen, humans use cooperation in all their mind abilities in the activity of understanding and understanding.

Abstract

Abstract, Gender equality is the subject of a controversial discussion. From it came various kinds of thinkers with their distinctive opinions. At first this problem arose due to the dissatisfaction of women as the second sex. Biologically good causes natural differences between men and women (nature), as well as cultures that contribute to the concept of gender, positioning women below men. Then feminists try to make theories that try to find similarities and equality between these two types of sex and gender. Therefore, the whole universe changes every moment, like a flowing river. From here it is important to review the concept of gender relations offered by Prof. Sochiko Murata as outlined in his work The Tao of Islam. Departing from the above problems, the problems that will be raised in this study are, 1) how is the concept of gender in general ?, 2) what is the biography of Sochiko Murata and what is the background of the book entitled The Tao of Islam? in The Tao Of Islam ?, and 4) what is the concept of gender relations offered by Sochiko Murata ?. Sochiko Murata in describing his thoughts on gender relations oriented to the Chinese cosmological concept with the famous philosophy yin and yang. This concept also applies to gender relations where each gender has yin and its own. Yin which is synonymous with feminine and which is synonymous with masculine must collaborate in a balanced manner according to its functions and roles to produce harmony. The gender relations he tried to express were not only limited to the human sphere, but also the entire cosmos, namely the macrocosm (nature), microcosm (human), and metacosmos (God).
