Acts of violence against children is a behavior that is wrong whatever the reason. Because acts of violence against children have a bad impact on children's emotional, psychological growth and development, to the formation of children's personalities that are not good. During the process of implementing online learning which is completely done at home. The family is the main key in carrying out the role of education as a right that must be given to children. The condition of learning loss in elementary school students that occurs results in reduced children's potential and abilities. This study was conducted to determine the interactions that are built in the family during the application of online learning. To find out acts of violence that can be carried out in the family and the direct impact on children. Through descriptive qualitative research in explaining phenomena and triangulation of sources as a method in obtaining data that actually occurs in the field. The results of this study indicate that parents have difficulty in dealing with the implementation of online learning, which often encourages them to be emotional and take acts of violence verbally or even physically. This results in children not getting the maximum learning process at home.

This research is based on the existing phenomena where tax revenues have not been optimal, through the Restaurant Tax Online System policy as one of the efforts in optimizing Local Tax Revenues. Restaurant Tax is one of the local tax revenues that have a large contribution. This research aims to analyze the Restaurant Tax Online System Policy for optimization of Regional Tax Revenues in the Regional Revenue Agency of DKI Jakarta Province. This study uses single cash (single case study), using qualitative methods, data is collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation with the aim of producing the best conclusions and can strengthen the researcher's arguments. The results showed that the policy of the online system of restaurant tax for optimization of local tax revenue has not been implemented optimally, less optimally due to human resources that do not handle Information and Technology (IT), the number of restaurants that still use manual transaction systems, there are still taxpayer concerns about the online system of restaurant taxes, and there are still taxpayers who do not want their business transactions online. The results of the study can be concluded that the Analysis of Restaurant Tax Online System Policy for optimization of Overall Local Tax Revenue is less continuous socialization and the online system method has not been done effectively so that tax revenues have not been optimal.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the magnitude of the influence of the style of leadership and motivation against the ship Certification on Shipping Directorate and Directorate General of Sea Transportation Kepelautan the Ministry of transportation. The theory used in this study refers to the opinion of Tamami (2015), that there are influences between leadership style and motivation towards the Ministry. The research method used is the quantitative methods through the dissemination of a questionnaire, with a total population of 119 people and the sample were 54 people respondents, based on the Slovin formula. Based on the results of the research with the use of linear regression analysis for partial double and with the help of SPSS 23 shows that: partially showed that leadership style has a positive and significant influence of 44.2% against Ministry.In the second partial results showed that motivation has a significant and positive influence of 14.9% against.Free variable style of leadership and motivation are jointly tested with test F prove positive and significant influence towards services and the magnitude of the influence Coefficient Determination value as seen from (R2) was 49.1%.

Apparatus Resource Planning in Fire department for several years has been stalled since 2014 due to moratorium policies of government toward acceptance of the state civil Apparatus. State of HR exicting at West Jakarta Fire Rescue Department still not good in term of quantity and quality. Starting from that point the author is encouraged to conduct research for finding solutions for lack of personnel in quality and quantity. Research objectives: first to analyze and evaluation of Apparatus Resource Planning at West Jakarta Fire Rescue Department. Second to know factors with inhibit in human resource planning at West Jakarta Fire Rescue Department. Third to find solution for resolving barriers in Human Resource Planning at West Jakarta Fire Rescue Department Methods used by the author in making thesis is a qualitative descriptive method. key person interviews, and literature review method of rules and regulation about fire fighter standards. In this research author reviewing problems that be found at West Jakarta Fire Rescue Department. In this research the author finds some research results among others: apparatus civil state resource palnning at West Jakarta Fire Rescue Department is not so good both in term of quality and quantity. Influences of Supervisory and Facilities work Towards Increasing the effectiveness of the work of employees on a Section fire control and rescue service of the Gulkarmat tribe of West Jakarta. Research was conducted to find out the magnitude of the supervision and Facilities work towards Increasing the effectiveness of the work of employees on a Section fire control and rescue service of the Gulkarmat tribe of West Jakarta. The research methods used in this research are quantitative methods through survey, with a total population of 44 people and the sample is 44 people or saturated sample or census. Based on the analysis with the help of SPSS indicates that: partially t test results show that Oversight has a positive influence and significantly to the effectiveness of the work of the employees, because t count is greater than the t table. Partially the second test result shows that the employment facilities of t have a positive and significant influence to the effectiveness of the work of the employees, because t count is greater than the t table. Free variable monitoring and On-site work jointly tested through trials of F has a positive influence and significantly to the effectiveness of the work of the employees, because F count greater than F table.

In married life or household life, children are a gift and gift given by God to complete the happiness of parents. Until now, we still meet couples who get married at a young age. Many of them are actually not ready to have children, thus allowing them to provide inappropriate parenting. The purpose of this study was to determine and understand the social construction of young married couples in South Jakarta in deciding to marry and raise children. This research is a research with qualitative methods using interactive analysis techniques including data reduction, data presentation to draw conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the social construction of young married couples in raising children in South Jakarta is not quite good and well-constructed. There is no readiness of couples to raise children and young married couples in South Jakarta are trying to improve their parenting methods by studying parenting or parenting.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the influence of work motivation leadership, and career development on employee performance. This research method used a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all employees at the Human Resource Development Center of Air Transportation in CurugTangerang and they were 70 people in total. The research sample was 69 people (saturation sampling). Based on the research results, it shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 12,4%, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 51.5%,career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 27.4% and work motivation, leadership and on career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Human Resource Development Center of Air Transportation in Curug Tangerang by 90.9% and the remaining 9.1% is the contribution of other variables outside this study.

Print media has advantages that do not exist in online media in the form of ease of reading anywhere without having to access the internet. The depth of print media in writing news in more detail, not with online media which prioritizes the speed of news presentation. The presence of technology for generation X is actually an extraordinary thing, but it also demands to have to master technology that is experiencing accelerated technological progress. The most significant characteristic difference in generation X with other generations is the mastery of information and technology. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the transformation of journalism: print media into the digitalization era for generation X. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, all facts and social phenomena, and field observations were carried out and then analyzed based on what was observed. Data analysis in qualitative research is carried out simultaneously with the data collection process. Qualitative data analysis begins with analysis as data that researchers have collected in the field. The data is good through literature study. The results of the study describe the transformation of journalism: print media towards the era of digitization in generation X provides faster things, but for the generation they still have doubts about their abilities. It requires a deeper form of trust in print media, so that with the advent of digital media, it is hoped that the content of news and information will be the same. That what is written in print media can be read in the world of digital media with just the touch of a finger.

This study aims to determine the soundness of Islamic Commercial Banks using the measurement method regulated in Bank Indonesia Regulation PBI No.13/1/PBI/2011, concerning Assessment of Bank Soundness Levels using the RGEC method. The assessment factors in the RGEC method are the risk profile factor (bank risk), the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) factor, the earnings factor (profitability) and the capital factor (capital). The object of this research isFinancial Statements of Bank Muamalat Indonesia and Bank BJB Syariah from 2015 to 2018. The analysis technique in this study is quantitative descriptive by calculating financial ratios using the RGEC method. The results of this study indicate that Bank Muamalat and Bank BJB Syariah, show the period from 2015 to 2018 in the fairly healthy category.

The purpose of this study is todetermine whether the variables of occupational health safety (K3) and work environment affect the performance of PT employees. Arteria Daya Mulia Cirebon. The population in this study was 75 karyclouds. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples. The sampel collected for this study was 75 respondents consisting of permanent employees. This type of research uses quantitative techniques with an associative approach. In this research, data was obtained from research instruments using questionnaires and processed using IBM SPSS 25 software. A value of 1 indicates strongly disagreeing and a value of 5 indicates strongly agreeing. Based on the multiple regression analysis values obtained results of 216,385 > 3.12, it was concluded that occupational health safety (K3) and the work environment had an influence together (simultaneously) positively and significantly on the performance of net B production employees at PT. Arteria Daya Mulia Cirebon by 85.3%. The remaining 14.7% was influenced by other factors outside the study.
