Abstract

Dalam sistem ekonomi islam bahwa apa yang dimiliki manusia hanya titipan Allah. Karena setiap muslim percaya ia mahkluk Allah, bekerja dengan izin Allah, jadi manusia hanya sebaggai penjaga amanah, dan hal ini tidak ada pada sistem yang lain. Sistem ekonomi islam tentu saja berbeda dengan sistem ekonomi kapitalis yang didasarkan pada ajaran kapitalisme, dan juga berbeda dengan sistem ekonomi sosialis yang di dasarkan pada ajaran sosialisme. Hanya saja, ia pernah tenggelam dalam pertarungan sejarah ekonomi dunia sehingga yang kita kenal saat ini hanyalah sistem ekonomi konvensional yang diajarkan di banyak perguruan tinggi. Sistem ekonomi islam merupakan perwujudan dari paradigma islam. Pengembangan sistem ekonomi islam bukan untuk menyaingi sistem ekonomi kapitalis atau sistem ekonomi sosialis, tetapi lebih ditujukan untuk mewujudkan suatu sistem ekonomi yang mempunyai kelebihankelebihan.

Abstract

Bai'inah is a sale and purchase transaction carried out by a trader with a buyer at a price that has been determined firmly and then the goods are re-sold to sales at a price lower than the first price in cash. Bai'inah is still not fully allowed in the process of buying and selling transactions. There are still many scholars who do not allow the buying and selling of Inah, one of them is Imam Malik. As for those who allow Bai'inah, namely Imam Shafi'i because selling Inah has fulfilled the pillars and conditions in the transaction. This study works to determine the understanding of the Imam Shafi'i school of Bai'Inah and its relevance to Islamic banking contracts. The type of research used is library research that uses data analysis, searches for theoretical books and journals as author's reference material in accordance with the guidelines for writing scientific papers published by IAIN Parepare and don't forget to study other research methods so that relevant research can be found. . The results of this study indicate that Imam Syafi'i allowed Bai'inah because it had fulfilled the terms and conditions in the sale and purchase transaction. The relevance of the Bai'inah contract used in this transaction is the service of Islamic banking products with the use of murabahah contract products and gold-based financing in financial institutions. which affects people using Bai'inah contracts, namely by making it easier for people to get funds from property financing for the desired goods with an agreement that in the future the customer can resell it with payment in cash, which has been agreed between the bank and the customer..

Abstract

Bank Muamalat KCP Parepare is one of the Islamic banks whose operational activities implement a murabahah financing system. Regarding murabahah itself, it is clearly regulated in the DSN MUI fatwa No: 04/DSN-MUI/2000, concerning murabahah which states that "banks buy goods needed by customers on behalf of the bank itself and this purchase must be legal and free from usury". Meanwhile, in practice, the bank as the seller gives freedom to the customer to find the desired goods or vehicle for himself. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study note that the application of property rights in the murabahah contract at Bank Muamalat KCP Parepare where the murabahah object legally belongs to the muamalat bank then a murabahah contract is held with the customer. So that there is a transfer of ownership of the murabahah object that previously belonged to the bank and then became the property of the customer. This is of course in accordance with the fatwa No.04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning murabahah. The application of ownership rights at Bank Muamalat KCP Parepare can be said to be Al-Milk at-tam (perfect ownership) because after the implementation of the contract and signing of the contract, the murabahah financing object has become the legal property of the customer, meaning there is a transfer of ownership so that all rights and uses related to the object of the contract is fully the power of the customer.

Abstract

The dinar currency is a medium of exchange that has been enforced or used since the time of the Prophet Muhammad. and is a currency that has been recognized and has never experienced inflation as happened to paper currency. The value of the rupiah currency is currently experiencing a decline in value even now the dollar value is very high, amounting to Rp. 14,000 per one dollar when converted into rupiah. Due to the unstable currency value, the level of the country's economy also feels the impact. The objectives to be achieved in this research are : first, knowing the genealogical background of Muhaimin Iqbal's thoughts. second, knowing the dinar currency according to Islam, and third, knowing the concept of Muhaimin Iqbal's thoughts about the dinar currency. The type of research used by the author is this type of research, including library research. The data collection technique was carried out starting from reading some guides or references and then sorting it out so that conclusions were obtained as answers to the questions listed in the problem formulation. The results of this study indicate that, Muhaimin Iqbal is a practitioner, economist and thinker in Indonesia. He has also written and published several books of his own writing. He is also an entrepreneur who founded several companies including dinar outlets which we can access through the website outletdinar.com. Honey House, and Daarul Muttaqin Entrepreneurial Islamic Boarding School (Jonggol Farm). Second, the dinar currency according to Islam. According to Muhaimin Iqbal, the dinar currency is a currency whose value stability has been proven and can prosper the community. He himself has set up a dinar-based website where people can discuss questions and find out more about the dinar currency. This dinar currency can prevent inflation due to its stable value.

Abstract

This study seeks to answer the question of the Islamic marketing strategy used by the people of East Banaresep to increase the number of sales of siwalan production. And why can the Siwalan marketing strategy in East Banaresep not be confirmed as a life support? This research is also used to understand how are the stages of marketing productively to improve people's mindsets in developing the production of siwalan? This study uses a qualitative method to explore Islamic marketing strategies in increasing the number of siwalan production in East Banaresep Village. In the process of collecting the researchers using observation, interview, documentation, triangulation, and data presentation techniques, drawing conclusions using SWOT analysis. This study shows that productive processing can increase the purchasing power of the wider community. The results of this study are, the marketing area of ​​the selected product for the siwalan seller in the East Banaresep area and its surroundings. This is due to the limited capital owned by the siwalan home industry. the marketing strategy carried out by the siwalan home industry is only with personal closeness and sales around the roadside. The lack of understanding and management skills in terms of digital or e-commerce has made owners not optimally utilize existing media. Based on the SWOT analysis conducted on the Siwalan marketing, several strategies have been formulated in an effort to increase selling power, including the following: Maintaining price and product quality to increase consumer loyalty; Establish mutually beneficial cooperation to expand the marketing area; Increase the amount of production ahead of the dry season, Maintain product quality, change packaging design to make it more attractive to consumers, Utilize technological developments as a means of promotion, Increase business capital to expand marketing areas and increase production, Expand marketing areas and conduct promotions to attract consumers.

Abstract

The condition of financial performance is very important to evaluate because every bank will always face financial problems. Sharia Business Unit is one of the Islamic banks that is rarely highlighted for its financial performance because it is still attached to its parent company, namely conventional banks. The purpose of this study is to describe the financial performance of sharia business units. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample of this study is the Sharia Business Unit in Indonesia. Data obtained from the Financial Services Authority during 2016-2018. Ratio analysis is used to obtain an overview of the data. The results of this study show that the financial performance of the Sharia Business Unit is considered good.

Abstract

The development of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia has increased quite a bit from year to year. This is because people's interest in saving is quite high in Islamic financial institutions. Interest-based conventional financial institutions can be compared with products from Islamic financial institutions. For example, cooperation-based sharia banking products with a "profit and loss sharing" system such as musyarakah and mudharabah contracts. The implementation of cooperation products with this musyarakah contract did not show significant growth so that the innovation of the musyarakah contract was implemented which resulted in a Musyarakah Mutanaqishah contract in accordance with National Syari'ah Council Fatwa No: 08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 Concerning Musyarakah Financing and Council Fatwa National Sharia No: 73/DSN-MUI/XI/2008 Concerning Musyarakah Mutanaqisah. The purpose of writing this paper is to analyze the issue of sharia compliance in musyarakah mutanaqishah contracts practiced in sharia banking products in Indonesia. These issues consist of sharia issues, legal issues and operational issues according to the musyarakah and musyarakah mutanaqishah product standard books published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2016. The results of the analysis in this paper show that first, sharia issues generally occur in this issue. is the existence of "two contracts in one item" where the rental and purchase contracts are agreed at the same time. Second, legal issues related to the existence of different perspectives between fiqh rules and Indonesian positive law related to the recording of ownership certificates. And the third issue, an operational issue where there is price independence when a financing contract with a musyarakah scheme is made that requires a transfer of ownership.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity that can be achieved by an employee in carrying out his main duties and functions as an employee in accordance with the responsibilities assigned or given to him (Fauzi, 2020). Discusses employee performance, which is inseparable from the factors that affect employee performance, namely the quality of employee work. According to Flippo (Amaliyyah et al., 2021) work quality is a result that can be measured by the effectiveness and efficiency of a job carried out by human resources or other resources in achieving company goals or objectives properly and efficiently. Indonesian Islamic banks are generally required to be able to compete with conventional banks by improving the quality of work of their employees, including moving the wheels of the Indonesian economy (Umardani & Muchlish, 2016). In order to be able to face competition in the banking world, companies need to have advantages, one of which is by improving their human resources (Sinaga et al., 2021). Bank Syraiah Indonesia KCP Wonomulyo Polewali Mandar has 18 active employees at the moment, where researchers are interested in knowing how the quality of these employees is described and how much the average level of work quality is owned by employees. Therefore, the researcher raised the title, which is a description of the quality of work of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Wonomulyo Polewali Mandar. This research uses a type of quantitative approach with sampling, namely the saturated sampling technique in which all the population is used as a sample (Unaradjan, 2019). This research was conducted on 18 active employees who were then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the study were that more subjects were male, namely 10 people (55.6%), the most subjects were those who worked 6-10 years, namely 8 people (44.4%), and the most subjects were aged between 26-30 years, namely 7 people (38.8%). As for the quality of work of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Wonomulyo Polewali Mandar is dominant in the high category, namely 8 people (58.89%).

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct the 138 Fatwas of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) according to Urf by using the takyif of Al Adah Muhakkamah fiqh rules. The data comes from 138 fatwas of the 2000-2020 National Sharia Council which are supported by the latest research and articles. The data is then analyzed using takyif fiqh rules with the content analysis method. The data is then verified by an expert in the field of Islamic finance. The results of the reconstruction of the 138 fatwas show that 12 fatwas have mutabaqah with Al'adah Muhakkamah. Al Adah Muhakkamah is classified according to the fatwa which contains the amount of margin for a contract based on buying and selling, the amount of fees on a contract based on rent and wages, and the amount of profit sharing on a contract based on cooperation

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the behavior of Muslim communities in paying zakat, primarily through Islamic institutions in Indonesia, in order to develop strategies for increasing the number of zakat recipients nationally in order to enhance the welfare of the larger community. – In the absence of government regulations regarding the obligation of Muslim communities to pay zakat, the behavior of zakat payers can be influenced in two ways: by enhancing the understanding of zakat and by bolstering the credibility of zakat management institutions, particularly Islamic banks. Providing complete information to the public regarding the existence of zakat management institutions and what they have done and will do is essential. Never before has research been conducted on how individuals pay zakat.
