Abstract

Measurement performance of organization is the one of the most important thing for going concern of organization. In Non Government Organization to realize the vision and mission to achieve the organization’s goal is an achievement that can measure the success of the organization in evaluating the results of activities carried out by the organization compared to a predetermined benchmark. Balanced Scorecard is a measurement tool as a counterweight to the financial aspect and the non-financial aspects, such as customer / assisted satisfaction, internal business processes, learning and growth within the company. This study aims to analyze how Maha Bhoga Marga Foundation can meet, customer needs, business process interactions that need to be developed internally and how also with aspects of employee development in the learning process and growth and financial needs as a strategy to improve its performance. This research was conducted at Maha Bhoga Marga Foundation in Bali. The method used in this research is descriptive method by analyzing data from four perspectives: the customer perspective with customer satisfaction index and learning and growth with employee satisfaction index, internal business process perspective, financial perspective as measured by average comparation of revenue and expenses value. The results of the analysis show that the performance of Maha Bhoga Marga Foundation is categorized as Good. It is assessed from Balance Scorecard analysis which shows: 1) Service User's Perspective is in very good category, 2) Process Perspective The Internal, and 3) the Learning and Growth Perspective is in a good category, 4) Based on the average comparation of revenue and expenses vaalue achieved by Maha Bhoga marga Foundation, which decreased from the year during the period 2015-2017 shows the condition of Maha Bhoga Marga which have increased program are not following with increased income. This means the performance of the Financial Perspective of Maha Bhoga Marga Foundation sustainability is not good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of customer satisfaction on customer commitment of light steel users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City; (2) the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of Baja Ringan users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City; and (3) the influence of customer commitment on customer loyalty of Baja Ringan users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City. The research method used is quantitative research methods with the type of research cinfirmatory research. The research sample was 100 Adrian Pratama Putra customers in Denpasar City, selected by accidental sampling. The data analysis used was Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed that (1) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer commitment of Baja Ringan users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City; (2) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Baja Ringan users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City; and (3) Customer commitment has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Baja Ringan users at Adrian Pratama Putra in Denpasar City.

Abstract

The purpose of holding this research is to find out the tourism potential of Nyambu tourism village, and how this community-based tourism development is carried out in Nyambu tourism village, to obtain suitable strategies to be applied in the future. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that Nyambu tourism village has a variety of tourism potentials both natural, cultural and artificial which are also supported by large potential human resources in terms of quantity and quality but have not been optimally involved in tourism development. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it can be determined that the main strategy (Grand Strategy) in community-based tourism development in the tourist village of Nyambu is increasing awareness and community participation in tourism activities. This community participation is in the form of participating in promoting the existence of the tourist village of Nyambu through information technology. Supporting alternative strategies consist of: cooperation with travel agents, promotion, utilization of village funds, product diversification, environmental preservation, mentoring, foreign language training and community innovation.

Abstract

Business competition is very tight at this time, both making every company really have to meet customer satisfaction, including financial service companies, including banking, LPD, and others. Quality service quality can create customer satisfaction. Companies that are able to compete in the market are companies that can provide quality products or services, so that companies are required to continue to improve the quality of their services. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect simultaneously and partially on the dimensions of service quality consisting of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy on customer satisfaction at the Village Credit Institution (LPD), Bongli Traditional Village, Penebel in Tabanan. The type of data used is quantitative and qualitative data with primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires and document study, while the data analysis technique used in this study was the classical assumption test which included normality test, multicolineartity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis. , simultaneous regression coefficient test (F-test), partial regression coefficient test (t-test) and analysis of determination. The results showed that there was simultaneously a significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction; it is partially known that there are 5 (five) dimensions that affect customer satisfaction; The results of the determination analysis obtained R2 = 0.489 (48.90%) means that 48.90% of customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality, while the remaining 51.10% is influenced by other factors not included in this study; Furthermore, it can be seen from the beta coefficient that it can be seen that the responsiveness dimension is the most dominant in influencing customer satisfaction with the largest coefficient value of 0.320 (32%).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of situational leadership style and communication to employee satisfaction at Cv. Seni Echo Kerobokan Bali which is located at Jalan Raya Padang No. 18, Kerobokan, Bali. This research was conducted on employees of Cv. Art Echo Kerobokan Bali amounting to 80 employees. Sampling using census methods. The analysis tool used is a double linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of the situational leadership style were positively and significantly important to employee work satisfaction and the communication variables also positively and significantly impact on employee work satisfaction. As for the large variable influence situational leadership style and communication to the employee's work satisfaction variable is 88.20%. The remaining 11.80% (100%-88.20%) Described by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the accountability of village fund management in realizing good village financial governance in Selat District. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results showed that the village fund management accountability system in Selat District was already based on the principle of accountability and the principle of responsibility, although it had not fully demonstrated transparency and community participation. So that not all village communities know about the development activities carried out by village officials and cause the community to think these activities are projects. The village treasurer does not yet understand accountability, so in making reports the village financial system application is assisted. The reasons for not optimal transparency and accountability in the management of village funds are first, the competence of human resources is still low as seen from the education level of village government officials who are the spearhead of the implementation of Village Fund management. Second, the lack of effective guidance from the District and Regency governments in guiding village officials. Based on this, it is necessary to have the efforts and commitment of the Village Government and District Government officials related to increasing the capacity of Village Government officials and increasing the capacity of the BPD to maximize the role and function of the BPD in monitoring the implementation of Village Fund management.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of asset management on optimizing the utilization of fixed assets in Karangasem Regency. This research is an associative research, namely the causality relationship between asset inventory, asset valuation, asset control and control to the level of optimization of fixed assets (land and buildings) owned by Karangasem Regency government. Data collection methods used in this study are through questionnaires / questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study was quantitative statistical analysis using multiple linear regression models that were completed with the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) for windows The results of hypothesis testing conducted using multiple linear regression models indicate that: 1). Asset inventory has a positive and significant effect on optimizing the management of fixed assets. 2). Asset valuation has a positive and significant effect on optimizing asset management and 3). Asset control and supervision has a positive and significant effect on optimizing the management of the Karangasem Regency Government assets which shows that any improvement in asset control and supervision will be followed by increased optimization of asset management still the Karangasem Regency government. The implications of this study are a) Asset Inventory has a positive and significant effect on Asset Optimization. This proves that with the implementation of the inventory includes data collection, codification / labeling, grouping and bookkeeping / good administration, it will provide an optimal utilization of assets. b) Asset Valuation has a positive and significant effect on Asset Optimization. Asset valuation conducted by an independent institution is needed by the local government of Karangasem Regency, where the results of this value will be used to determine the value of wealth and information for the application of prices for the assets to be sold. c) Asset Monitoring and Control has a positive and significant effect on Asset Optimization. Supervision and Control have been carried out well by the Karangasem Regency government through the development of the Asset Management Information System.

Abstract

The success of the community empowerment program and family planning must be supported by the performance of the Family Planning Field Extension Officer, which is reflected in the performance targets, the level of achievement of the Family Planning Field Instructor's performance in Karangasem Regency is still below the target. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and employee placement on the performance of family planning field counselors. This research is a quantitative correlational type, using the exposed facto method, with a total sample of 54 selected by total sampling. The data were analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis, T-test and F test. The results showed the tcount of X¹ (2.234), X² (2.318) and X³ (2.355)> t table = 1.675 and a significant value of 0.040 <5%, then the hypothesis which states that the three variables X partially affect Y can be accepted. The results of the F test obtained that the F count of 44.282, this value is greater than the F table, namely 3.99 or Fcount 12.521> Ftable 12.786 with a probability of 0.008, indicating that the three X variables simultaneously affect employee performance. It is advisable for agencies to pay attention to the division of labor in accordance with the ability of employees based on the level of education the employee has. In addition, it can also be done by providing opportunities for employees to take part in special education and skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the health level of the LPD in the district. Rendang, Kab. Karangasem - Bali seen from the CAMEL system (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earning, and Liquidity). LPD in Kec. Rendang totaled 26 LPD for the period 2016 and 2017, but for the 2018 period it decreased to 21 LPD, there were 5 LPDs that were not operational. The criteria for calculating the financial ratios that are said to be healthy are the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) of at least 8%, Akativa Quality (KAP) is 0%, Management (NPM) 0% -100%, Income (ROA) = 1,215%, and Liquidity (LDR). ) a maximum of 94.75%. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method in the form of financial reports (balance sheet and profit and loss report) for the period 2016 - 2018, as for the data collection methods carried out by interviews, non-behavioral observations, and distributing questionnaires to each LPD. data obtained from .LPLPD Karangasem and LPD in Kec. Rendang. The calculation of the ratios of CAR, KAP, ROA, and LDR is generally considered HEALTHY criteria, but the management measurement ratio (NPM) shows that the results are generally NOT HEALTHY. The results of the questionnaire obtained from the field also showed the lowest average score, for operational management, owner management and management. The results of the analysis can be used as management considerations in making decisions in improving performance and as an assessment of Krama Desa in entrusting financial management.

Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), the amount of credit, and third party funds (DPK) on profitability in the LPD of Bebandem District. This research is an associative research, namely the causality relationship between CAR, the amount of credit, and third party funds on profitability. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of CAR data, the amount of credit, and third party funds that can be obtained in the Karangasem Regency LPLPD. The data collection method used in this study is a non-participant observation method that is observing CAR data documents, the amount of credit, third party funds and profitability in LPD Bebandem District in 2016-2018. The data analysis technique in this study was quantitative statistical analysis using multiple linear regression models that were completed with the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) for windows The results of hypothesis testing conducted using multiple linear regression models indicate that: 1). CAR has a positive effect on profitability. 2). Credit has a positive effect on profitability. 3). DPK has a positive effect on profitability. The implications of this study are 1). CAR has a significant positive effect on profitability. This shows a fairly good financial performance on the part of the LPD. 2). Credit has a significant positive effect on profitability. Giving maximum credit to the community will be able to increase LPD income in Bebandem District. 3) DPK has a significant effect on profitability. The more funds that can be collected from the community, it will increase the ability of the LPD to extend credit to the public. With the increased ability to extend credit, LPD revenues will also increase. Therefore, the amount of third party funds raised by the LPD will determine the level of profitability
