Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh dan mengkaji informasi tentang komodifikasi ragam buah mangrove di Desa Tuban, Kecamatan Kuta, Kabupaten Badung Bali. Kemudian dikaitkan dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat di sekitarnya. Pada dasarnya pemberdayaan  masyarakat di sekitar hutan mangrove akan terus berlangsung karena masyarakat sangat merasakan manfaatnya sehingga muncullah adat istiadat budaya lokal yang sering disebut kearifan tradisional untuk melestarikan mangrove secara turun-temurun. Permasalahan yang dikaji pertama adalah jenis-jenis ragam buah mangrove apa saja yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai produk baik untuk makanan, minuman, sabun, dan kosmetik. Permasalahan kedua adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di sekitar pesisir kawasan mangrove khususnya dan secara umum untuk masyarakat luas. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara kepada Kelompok Pengolah dan Pemasaran (Poklahsar) Wana Lestari Tuban dan pengambilan dokumentasi dengan alat kamera. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan. Hasil kajian ini kemudian dideskripsikan, dinarasi serta diinterpretasi dan disusun dalam bentuk makalah. Dari hasil kajian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat lima jenis buah mangrove yang terdapat di areal kawasan Tahura Ngurah Rai Tuban dapat diolah dan dimanfaatkan sebagai produk olahan ragam buah mangrove yaitu jenis api-api (Avicennia sp), lindur atau bako (Bruguiera gymnorrhiza), Nyirih (Xylocarpus granatum), pidada (Sonneratia caseolaris), nipah (Nypa fruticans) dan pemanfaatan jenis-jenis buah mangrove ini perlu dikembangkan dan disosialisasikan agar dapat meningkatkan kehidupan dan perekonomian masyarakat disekitarnya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh dan mengkaji informasi tentang komunikasi dalam konteks protokol bisnis multikultural. Multikultural bukanlah sesuatu yang akan hilang pada waktu mendatang, yang memungkinkan merencanakan strategi berdasarkan asumsi saling memahami. Asumsi itu sendiri merupakan suatu fenomena dengan kekayaannya sendiri, eksplorasi yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan yang tak terhitung bagi kita, baik dari segi visi yang lebih luas maupun kebijakan dan kegiatan yang lebih menguntungkan. Protokol bisnis melibatkan bentuk perayaan, etiket, dan kode perilaku yang benar, penting untuk mengerti peraturan tersebut dalam transaksi bisnis. Bagaimanapun, seperti aturan perilaku pada umumnya, “peraturan” bisnis berkaitan dengan budaya. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan. Hasil kajian ini kemudian dideskripsikan, dinarasi serta diinterpretasi dan disusun dalam bentuk makalah. Dari hasil kajian dapat disimpulkan bahwa protokol bisnis ini melibatkan bentuk perayaan, etiket, dan kode perilaku yang benar. Beberapa variasi protokol bisnis perlu diperhatikan untuk mencapai tujuan komunikasi bisnis multikultural ini.  Variasi tersebut seperti hubungan awal, cara menyapa, penampilan pribadi, pemberian hadiah, dan topik percakapan yang tabu.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the life style in the post-land sale in Kutuh Village, South Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali. This research begins with an inventory of the people who sell the land and then classified into several lifestyles. The data and information reviewed the lifestyle implications of post-land sales people. This research was conducted by survey and observation method toward the lifestyle of the community after the land sale. Data collection techniques used are in the form of interviews. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the lifestyle implications of society have been found to describe the existence of lifestyle changes: consumptive society, creative economy society, gender equality in the distribution of land sales and modern household pretext, in addition the people are unable to maintain their ancestral heritage.

Abstract

In this paper author researcher the study of multicultural communication in education. The used method is qualitative approach which based on literature materials that to examine multicultural communication in education. From the results of this for study auther narrated in descriptive form. It can be concluded that the changing dynamics of education are clearly seen in the vision and mission, the educational objectives in Indonesia until now where have not been fully achieved thus need to be refined. The educational systems are culturally different, but as becomes cultural changes so, education changes to and vice versa the educational system will always be oriented towards cultural change. Education is the process that makes a person enter to culture and make the behaviors which their follow culture. As a complex process, of course the system that can be supported the achievement of the goals of education itself is needed. Development and competence of multicultural teachers. Teachers should understand the cultural differences that exist in students to then make it a professional educator and competent in multicultural development.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of situational leadership style and communication to employee satisfaction at Cv. Seni Echo Kerobokan Bali which is located at Jalan Raya Padang No. 18, Kerobokan, Bali. This research was conducted on employees of Cv. Art Echo Kerobokan Bali amounting to 80 employees. Sampling using census methods. The analysis tool used is a double linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of the situational leadership style were positively and significantly important to employee work satisfaction and the communication variables also positively and significantly impact on employee work satisfaction. As for the large variable influence situational leadership style and communication to the employee's work satisfaction variable is 88.20%. The remaining 11.80% (100%-88.20%) Described by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of brand and price on room occupancy atDash Hotel Seminyak. The sample of this research is 60 respondents of guests at Dash Hotel Seminyakl. The Data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for Windows version 22. Data collection method in this research using interview method, by means of questionnaires with likert scale. The analytical technique used is multiple linier regression analysis. Results of statistical analysis known that the brand and price influenced on room occupancy at Dash Hotel Seminyak is 26,7%, based on hypothesis testing with the F and T testresults, it can be concluded that the brand and price simultaneously (together} and significantly influence on room occupancy with value of F-test is 10,402 and sig 0.000 and brand variable (X1) partially and significantly positive influenced on room occupancy (Y)with value of t-test is 2,298 and sig. 0,025 and price variable (X2) significantly positive influenced on room occupancy variable (Y) with value of ttest is 3,076 and sig. 0,003 at DashHotel Seminyak.

Abstract

The low entrepreneurial spirit of the community and the motivation of Indonesian’s young generation to be entrepreneurial and to create their own jobs have become serious thought in various parties, both the government, the world of education and the community. This research aimed to analyze the influence of Entrepreneurship Education and Training On the Interest In Tourism Service Businesses In Wasur Village Merauke Regency. The sample of this research is 50 active respondents as independent small business actor. The Data sources used in jrseruni@gmail.this research are primary and secondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for Windows version 22. Data collection method in this research using interview method, by means of questionnaires with likert scale. The analytical technique used is multiple linier regression analysis. Results of statistical analysis known that the entrepreneurship education and training influenced on the interest in tourism service businesses in Wasur Village Merauke Regency is 32%, based on hypothesis testing with the F and t test results, it can be concluded that the entrepreneurship education and training simultaneously (together} and significantly influence on the interest in tourism service businesses with value of F-test is 11,063 and sig 0,000. The entrepreneurship education partially and significantly positive influenced on the interest in tourism service businesses with value of t-test is 3,242 and sig 0.002 and entrepreneurship training significantly positive influenced on the interest in tourism service businesses with value of t-test is 2,659 and sig 0,011 In Wasur Village Merauke Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the creative industry of banana tree in Ambengan Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency. Banana plantations in the village of Ambengan very easy to find. Ambengan village community has innovation and creative and creative by exploiting the potential of its territory, namely banana stem as handicrafts. This research was conducted by survey and observation method in field to banana banana craftsman community. The method used is purposive sampling that is by determining the key informant then proceed with snowball method with the intention to get data and information as much as possible from other informant. The tool used is in the form of interviews. From the interviews with key informants and other informants then studied and narrated in the form of descriptive. From the results of the study can be concluded first, with the existence of banana banana industry benefits for the community, among others, for business owners are able to increase family income and increase creativity in the field of art, while the challenge faced is the difficulty of getting raw materials during the rainy season. Secondly, there is no clear separation of business and household financial management, related to sales management problem where craftsmen do not ask for down payment (DP) to the buyer, in the case of marketing, craftsmen do not have website / e-commerce as media of promotion / online stores of products they produce, whereas in today's modern era of marketing is quite effective form is by utilizing information and communication technology (ICT). Third, the innovation of the resulting product by combining it with sand and air brush.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purposed of this study to find out if services has influence to customer satisfaction at AyannaVilla, Canggu Village-Bali, and to find out how much service gives an influence to customersatisfaction at Ayanna Villa, Canggu Village-Bali. The population this research are the customerwho stayed at Ayanna Villa, Canggu Village-Bali. Samples were taken from 60 respondentsusing a random sample. Data collection done by spread the questionnaire. The analysistechnique used in this study was classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, ttest analysis and determination analysis. From the simple linear regression analysis test, theservice variable (X) has regression coefficient equal to 0,164 that have positive effect tocustomer satisfaction (Y) and value from t-count (3,170)> t-table (1,672) with significance level0,002 (<0.05). That’s meaning the service (X) has significant influence to customer satisfaction(Y) at Ayanna Villa, Canggu Village-Bali are acceptable. Based on determination test, theservice has an influence to customer satisfaction of 14.8% and the remaining 85.2% by othervariables not examined in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the Standard Operating Precedure forwaiter / ss work before and after the Covid-19 pandemic at Tuk-Tuk Bali Restaurant. Inthe world of tourism, temporary accommodation such as hotels and restaurants areneeded. The availability of tourism accommodation must be supported by the quality ofskilled and professional human resources in their respective fields. The Covid-19 casein Indonesia and even the world that is currently happening have forced restrictions oncommunity activities. With this new life order, this has an impact on the quality ofservice in all accommodation places, from food stalls to the tourism sector such ashotels, restaurants and other accommodation places. In the current life order, one mustalways prioritize common health and must comply with health protocols. The results ofthis research are in the form of changes to the standard operating procedures for workthroughout the company, one example is in Tuk-Tuk Bali restaurants, this change inStandard Operating Procedures is expected to maintain the health and safety ofemployees and restaurant visitors. This Standard Operating Procedure is made so thatcompanies can continue to operate during a pandemic. while still running healthprotocols. There is a change in the Standard Operating Procedure changes that occurin terms of grooming and welcoming procedures for visiting customers.Keywords: Standard Operating Procedure, Waiter / SS and Covid-19ABSTRAKSITujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Standard Operating Precedure kerjawaiter/ss sebelum dan sesudah adanya pandemi covid-19 di Tuk-Tuk Bali Restoran.Ketersediaan akomodasi pariwisata harus didukung adanya kualitas sumber dayamanusia yang terampil dan profesional dalam bidangnya masing-masing. Kasus Covid19 di Indonesia bahkan dunia yang sekarang terjadi memaksakan adanya pembatasanaktivitas masyarakat. Dengan adanya tatanan kehidupan yang baru hal ini berdampakterhadap kualitas pelayanan di semua tempat akomodasi, mulai dari warung sampai kesektor pariwisata seperti hotel, restoran, dan tempat akomodasi lainnya. Dalam tatanankehidupan yang baru berjalan saat ini seseorang harus selalu mengutamakan kesehatanbersama dan wajib mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa perubahanStandard Operating Procedure kerja di seluruh perusahaan, salah satu contohnya diTuk-Tuk Bali restoran perubahan Standard Operating Procedure ini diharapkan dapatmenjaga kesehatan dan keselamatan karyawan dan pengunjung restoran, StandardOperating Procedure ini dibuat agar perusahan bisa tetap beroperasi dimasa pandemidengan tetap menjalankan protocol kesehatan. Adanya perubahan Standard OperatingProcedure perubahan yang terjadi dalam hal grooming dan tatacara penyambutanpelanggan yang berkunjung.Kata kunci: Standard Operating Procedure, Waiter/ss dan Covid-19
