Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment and work stress and motivation on employee performance at the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency of Karangasem Regency. The sample analysis technique uses the saturated sample method where the sample is all employees of the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency of Karangasem Regency, totaling 69 people. The analytical technique used is using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis show that 1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and 4) work environment and work stress as well as motivation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. Suggestions in this study is that the management pays more attention to the employee's work environment and improves the management of work stress and motivation to employees to improve employee performance in achieving organizational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the regional financial performance of Badung Regency in the implementation of regional autonomy. The study used secondary data obtained from the Regional Government Financial Reports of Badung Regency. Researchers conducted an analysis of financial performance with indicators of regional financial independence, efficiency and effectiveness in the 2015-2019 period. The results of the study found that 1) The level of financial independence of the Badung Regency area was classified as very good with a ratio value of 489.8 percent. 2) The level of the financial efficiency ratio of the Badung Regency Government is in the very effective criteria with an efficiency ratio value of 3.59 percent. During a period of five years the financial efficiency of the Badung Regency Government has increased in terms of the percentage ratio, although in 2019 it decreased by 1.62%, but based on the financial efficiency criteria, the Badung Regency Government is still in the very efficient criteria; and 3) The level of financial effectiveness of Badung Regency is in the effective criteria with an effectiveness ratio of 95 percent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kepemimpinan dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Keadilan Organisasional Dan Employee Engagement Di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Buleleng.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di lingkungan STIKES Buleleng sejumlah 80 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh pegawai yang berada di STIKES Buleleng. Penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan rancangan (desain) penelitian kuantitatif.Analisis kuantitatif berdasarkan analisis multivariate menggunakan model persamaan struktural dengan pendekatan variance based atau component based yang disebut PLS (partial least square). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keadilan organisasional; 2) Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement. 3) Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keadilan organisasional pada STIKES Buleleng. 4) Iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement pada STIKES Buleleng. 5) Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk meningkatkan employee engagement keadilan organisasi harus ditingkatkan. Manajemen STIKES Buleleng mesti fokus mengupayakan semua komponen dalam mewujudkan keadilan organisasi, menciptakan iklim organisasi yang kondusif dan Gaya kepemimpinan yang lebih memotivasi dan konsisten terhadap penerapan disiplin.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jingle dan tagline terhadap purchase intention melalui brand awareness pada iklan televisi teh dalam kemasan merek Teh Pucuk Harum di wilayah Kota Denpasar dengan ukuran sampel yang digunakan sebesar 102 responden melalui teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling dan kuota sampling. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert yang digunakan untuk mengukur 17 indikator berbasis metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan program AMOS 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa variabel jingle berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Tagline berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Jingle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness. Tagline berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness dan brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia, standar akuntansi pemerintah dan system pengendalian intern terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan (studi kasus di Kabupaten Karangasem). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif yaitu hubungan kausalitas antara kompetensi sumber daya manusia, standar akuntansi pemerintah dan system pengendalian intern terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan Kabupaten Karangasem. Sebagai gambaran populasi adalah pegawai Organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) di Kabupaten Karangasem dengan total sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 90 orang yag terdiri dari 41 kasubag keuangan, 41 penata laporan keuangan dan 8 orang staf BPKAD di bidang akuntansi. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui penyebaran kuisioner/angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model regresi liner berganda yang diselesaikan dengan SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) for windows. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan model regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Kompetensi sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. 2). Standar akuntansi pemerintah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan dan 3). Sistem pengendalian intern memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Karangasem. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah a). Kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. b) Standar akuntansi pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. c) Sistem pengendalian intern berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan.

Abstract

The current Covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on declining tourist visits and very high competition in competing for tourists, the management of The Payogan Villa Resort & Spa must be able to implement the right strategy in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic to maintain the continuity of the company. The research method used is SWOT analysis, which analyzes strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats as a strategy formula for developing marketing strategies. Determination of research samples using Purposive Sampling technique. The strength of The Payogan Resort & Spa Ubud Gianyar is that it has a strategic location, competitive room prices, complete room facilities, friendly staff, attractive restaurant menu, ease of transportation, excellent facilities. The downsides are that promotion has not been maximized, service is not fast enough, the appearance of employees is less attractive. The opportunity is the optimism of tourists traveling to travel, the attitude of the community is still high and there is support from the government. The threat is competition, government policy towards foreign tourist permits, tourist bargaining power. Marketing strategies in increasing room occupancy in the New Normal Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic at The Payogan Resort & Spa Ubud Gianyar with pricing strategies, digital marketing promotion strategies, strategies for increasing cooperation with trevel agents and other companies, strategies for developing tour packages and strategies for improving product quality and human resources

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai media intervening.Penelitian ini dilakukan di hotel The Patra Bali Resort & Villas di wilayah Kuta, Kabupaten Badung. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu pegawai tetap sebanyak 62 responden dengan probability sampling dan menggunakan sampling acak Stratified Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan arsip. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan program SPSS 17.0 for windows. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta kepuasan kerja mampu sebagai variabel intervening atau memediasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of interest rates, leverage, profitability, and liquidity. This research was conducted at the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Banking Sector companies. The research design used in this study is quantitative. The sample uses the Purposive Sampling formula, namely 30 issuers, which are included in the banking sector companies that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period of 3 (three) years from 2018 to 2020, so the amount of data used is 90 data. The analysis technique in this study used descriptive-comparative statistics, namely: the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and the goodness of fit test. The results of the analysis show that 1) the interest rate has no effect on stock returns. 2) leverage has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. 3) profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. 4) liquidity has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. This research provides considerations to investors in investing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, especially in the banking sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Luxury Value Perception and Ethical Concern on Purchase Intention in the purchase of gold and silver jewelry in Denpasar. This research includes a type of confirmatory research, which will explain the causal relationship between independent variables and dependent variables through hypothesis testing. The data used in this study are primary data. The primary data obtained was obtained directly from the questionnaire that had been filled out by respondents, namely people domiciled in Denpasar. The data collection method used in this study was the questionnaire method. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics and Second Order Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis techniques with the Smart PLS Program. The results of the hypothesis testing carried out showed that (1) there was a significant influence between Luxury Value Perception and Purchase Intention; (2) Ethical Concern has a significant influence on Purchase Intention. The implication in this study is that Purchase Intention can be achieved with Luxury Value Perception and Ethical Concern. Meanwhile, the conclusions obtained from the results of this study are (1) Luxury Value Perception has a significant effect on Purchase Intention; (2) Ethical Concern has a significant influence on Purchase Intention on the purchase of gold and silver jewelry in Denpasar.

Abstract

This article is the result of a case study research regarding the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Hotel Management Contract business (hotel operator business) at Puri Signatures located in Bali, Indonesia. Research finds that the Covid-19 pandemic has affected companies from management to operational levels. At the management level, the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the ownership structure, organizational structure, and the change of brand from Puri Villas Indonesia to Puri Signatures. At the operational level, there have been major changes in terms of the cooperative relationship between management and clients, employment, marketing, partnership, and finance. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has provided an opportunity for companies to explore the performance of companies that are experiencing downsizing through new partnerships with a profit sharing system, and improve strategies towards digital marketing.
