Abstract

This research will look at how people utilize social media as a virtual public space in communicating with the Government, including in terms of conveying aspirations and criticisms.  This phenomenon is also seen from the utilization of social media by the people of Surakarta City to convey aspirations and criticisms related to Surakarta City to the Mayor of Surakarta, Gibran Rakabuming Raka through the Twitter social media platform @gibran_tweet.   This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods to examine the problem under study. The data used is contextual data seen through the Twitter account @gibran_tweet, while other secondary data is obtained from literature studies and documentation related to the problems studied. The conclusion obtained is that Twitter as a virtual public space is considered effective in conveying aspirations and criticism by the community

Abstract

Depomedroxy Progesterone Acetate is a synthetic progesterone used in the injection method in the Family Planning program. This method is familiarly known as 3-month injection KB in the community. Injecting family planning services can be accessed at Independent Midwives' Practices, Doctor's Practices and Community Health Centers. Based on data for 2021, the most widely used method is injection, which is 33.1% (RI Ministry of Health, 2022). However, using it for a long time, this method will cause a hypoestrogen-like state like menopause. This causes health problems such as decreased libido and increased BMI (Body Mass Index). This research is a qualitative research that uses Chi-Square analysis to assess the relationship between the variables studied. The population in this study were 3-month injection acceptors at PMB Lia Sofa with a sampling technique using Acidental Sampling. This research was conducted from April to July 2022 using a questionnaire as a tool. From this study, it was found that there was a relationship between the duration of 3 months of injection injections with an increase in BMI and a decrease in libido

Abstract

Fulfillment of health one of which is the provision of hospitals which is the responsibility of the government, which cannot be transferred to the private sector like a Limited Liability Company. This has been clearly regulated in Article 34 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution. This then became the background and also became the main focus of the study entitled "Critical Review of Limited Liability Company Private Hospitals in Perspective of Article 34 Paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution". This study focuses on the main problem, namely whether private limited liability companies comply with Article 34 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution. The research method used is normative law which is qualitative in nature to analyze data and statutory regulations and Pancasila as the political basis of Indonesian health law, this study used focused interviews with informants. In this study it was concluded that the presence of a private limited liability company hospital is contradictory and not in accordance with Article 34 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila

Abstract

The number of cases of price difference between the price tag and the self-service cashier, especially in Banyuwangi Regency, of course, is proof that the consumer's right to obtain goods at the promised exchange rate is in accordance with Article 4 Paragraph 2 Constitution Protection Consumer has violated. Based on the problems above, the author formulates problems related to how the form of accountability from supermarkets in problem difference price between label price And machine cashier Which experienced by consumers? The results of the study concluded that the implementation of legal protection for consumers who suffered losses due to cases of price differences between price tags and supermarket cashiers in the district Sleman fall into the criminal element.

Abstract

The causes of children abusing narcotics in terms of criminology. This writing uses empirical research methods with a case approach, this approach researchers will get information from various aspects of the actual issue. Factors that cause narcotics abuse by children are influenced by various factors including personal factors, family factors, environmental factors, certain group or organizational factors, economic factors, and vulnerable population factors. Efforts that can be made in overcoming narcotics abuse by children are divided into two, namely preventive or repressive efforts or prosecution. Preventive efforts are efforts made with preventive activities carried out by the authorities in this case the police in order to minimize the occurrence of Narcotics Abuse by children

Abstract

The background of this research is the need for AKM-based question practice books in implementing AKM in schools for junior high school students. This study aims to describe the process and results of developing a test book based on the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) for junior high school students. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely, 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluation. The results of the AKM-based question practice book for junior high school students based on 2 material expert validators according to table 3.5 the classification of conversion of quantitative data to qualitative data, by validator 1 from the aspect of content eligibility and language eligibility aspects got a score of 3.86 and 3.69 in the "good" category . While the results of material validation by validator 2 from the aspect of content feasibility and language feasibility aspects scored 4.13 and 4.23 in the "good" and "very good" categories. The results of media expert validation from the graphical feasibility aspect and the presentation feasibility aspect, by validator 1 getting a score of 3.96 and 3.88 are in the "good" category, while validator 2 is getting a score of 4.65 and 4.55 in the "very good" category
