Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the type of code-mixing and the form of code-mixing of 8 song lyrics of Saykoji in the 2006 album. This study uses the code-mixing theory of Nababan, (1984). This research includes a qualitative description. This study used the Independent See-Engage-talk Technique (TSBLC) and Technique Direct Element (BUL) to analyze the data. This study focuses on the type of code-mixing using theory Suwito's (1983), and the form of code-mixing using theory Suwito's (1995). After conducting the analysis, there were sixty-six (66) data found in the code-mixing type and fifty-seven (57) data in the code-mixing form. According to Suwito, there are two types of code-mixing, namely Inner and Outer. After being analyzed, it was found that the Inner code-mixing in eight (8) Saykoji song lyrics was 15 (22.72%) while the outer code-mixing was found to be 51 (72.27%). The form of code mixing according to Suwito consists of six namely word, phrase, baster, repetition, idiom, and clause. After being analyzed, the highest percentage is word 32(56,14%), The second position is phrase 7(12, 2%), Idiom 6 (10, 52%), Clause 5(8,77%), repetition 4 (7 %), baster 3 (5.26%).

Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out types and forms of code-mixing in the video from Bunga Citra Lestari’s YouTube channel entitled Love Story #1 – BCL Sebelum & Sesudah Ashraf. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study is a video from the Bunga Citra Lestari’s YouTube channel entitled Love Story #1 – BCL Sebelum & Sesudah Ashraf. In collecting the data, this research used Heed Method. The method is then followed by an independent see-engage-talk technique. Data analysis used in the research is the agih method with an indirect element technique. After conducting the analysis, it was found that there are code-mixing 33 data in the video. There are 24 data for types of code-mixing and 37 data for forms of code-mixing. In the types of code-mixing, there are 15 insertion data, 6 substitution data, and 10 congruent lexicalization data, while for the forms of code-mixing, there are 18 data in the form of word, 3 data in the form phrase, 1 data in hybrid form, and 15 data in the form of clause.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Pembina Abadi Permai. The population in this study were all employees of PT Pembina Abadi Permai, totaling 72 employees. The sampling technique uses the total sampling method or the saturation method. The data analysis used is Statistical Product and service solutions (SPSS). Based on the research results, the results are summarized as follows (1) partial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pembina Abadi Permai. (2) motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pembina Abadi Permai. (3) job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pembina Abadi Permai. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image terhadap customer engagement dengan brand love sebagai variabel mediasi pada Kopi Kenangan di Kota Padang. Jenis Penelitian adalah metode Penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang mengkonsumsi produk makanan/minuman yang dijual oleh Kopi Kenangan di Kota Padang yang tidak diketahui dengan pasti jumlahnya, dengan jumlah sampel 120. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisa data yang dipergunakan adalah SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka diperoleh hasil yang dirangkum sebagai berikut brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand love Kopi Kenangan di kota Padang. Brand image positif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer engagement dengan Kopi Kenangan di kota Padang. Kemudian brand love berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer engagement dengan Kopi Kenangan di kota Padang. Selanjutnya brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer engagement dengan brand love sebagai variabel mediasi pada Kopi Kenangan di kota Padang. Berdasarkan prosedur analisis mediasi dalam SEM-PLS Dengan Metode signifikansi path coefficient menunjukkan bahwa hubungan tidak langsung signifikan, tetapi hubungan langsungnya tidak signifikan sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan hasil keputusannya Inderect-only mediation (mediasi hubungan tidak langsung saja) berbentuk full mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline, supervision and work environment on the performance of Pauh Padang sub-district employees. The population in this study was all employees of the Pauh Sub-district Sub-district of Padang City. Sampling was carried out by total sampling technique or saturated sample and distribution of questionnaires to 36 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, (2) supervision has a positive and significant effect on performance, (3) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media marketing terhadap customer engagement dengan brand love sebagai variabel mediasi pada Kopi Kenangan di Kota Padang. Jenis Penelitian adalah metode Penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisa data yang dipergunakan adalah SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka diperoleh hasil yang dirangkum sebagai berikut social media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand love Kopi Kenangan di kota Padang. Social media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer engagement dengan Kopi Kenangan di kota Padang. Kemudian brand love berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer engagement dengan Kopi Kenangan di kota Padang. Selanjutnya social media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer engagement dengan brand love sebagai variabel mediasi pada Kopi Kenangan di kota Padang. Berdasarkan prosedur analisis mediasi dalam SEM-PLS Dengan Metode signifikansi path coefficient menunjukkan bahwa baik pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung semuanya setelah dinyatakan signfikan mempunyai koefisien arah yang sama dengan arah positif sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa bentuk mediasinya adalah Complementary mediation berbentuk partial mediation.

Abstract

This study examines the role of marketing strategy management in increasing the sales volume of glasses at Faiz Optical in 2021 This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with interview techniques, and documentation is carried out to obtain data from the head office and buyers. The focus of this research is how to apply marketing strategymanagement to increase sales volume at Faiz Optical. The results of the study indicate that the management of marketing strategies which include 1). Segmentation, 2). Targeting, 3). Positioning, 4) Marketing Mix and 5). Timing strategy. The results above conclude that the implementation of marketing strategies in increasing sales volume is currently optimal in the components of segmentation, targeting, positioning, marketing mix, and timing strategies, so as to increase revenue at Faiz Optical.

Abstract

The importance of choosing a nosepad that fits the type of frame by the practitioner is one of the main factors in wearing comfort. The most adjustable parts of the frame are the handle and the nosepad, so a practitioner should choose an easy-to-adjust nosepad. In addition, it would be great if the selected frame has a distance between the nosepads that is not much different from the size of the bridge of the nose where the pad will be attached. This is to avoid changing the shape of the nosepad holder which is too extreme. The purpose of the research to be achieved by the author is to describe the ability of the Frame Fitting on the Pad Arm section of the Kendari area of optics. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research Based on the results of the research and discussion in the previous chapter, 5 informants who are considered to represent optics in the Kendari area, the results are obtained. standard splay angle, front angle, and vertical angle as well as the term pad arm. The standard fitting capability is always carried out by the 5 optics located in the kendari area. Practitioners who represent 5 opticians in the Kendari area always prioritize the comfort of their customers. They don't discriminate against any customer who needs their services. Practitioners use special tools to make fittings, especially on the eyeglass pad arm.

Abstract

One aspect of the goal of national education is to form human beings who have noble ethics. The 2021 Virtual Training on Strengthening National Values (TAPLAI) is one of the government's efforts through the National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas) in strengthening national values. The purpose of the Virtual Training on Strengthening National Values (TAPLAI) is to overcome existing differences and problems through comprehensive, integral, and holistic mindsets, attitudes, and actions, in order to maintain the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia. Indonesia, which has an ideology based on the Four Foundations of the Unity of the Republic of Indonesia (the 1945 Constitution, Pancasila, the Republic of Indonesia, and Sesanti Bhinneka Tunggal Ika), has a strong national insight. This study uses a normative legal research method with a legislative approach, namely studying and understanding laws and regulations and understanding the implications of positivizing the general principles of good governance in the administration of government. This research also uses a conceptual approach, namely looking for principles, principles and doctrines related to this research. This scientific activity is not based on a review of one discipline, but the perspective of an educational discipline. However, this research is still a legal research. This refers to the perspective of the legal discipline used in its implementation. The 2021 Virtual Training for Strengthening National Values (TAPLAI) which was held for ± 10 days obtained significant results, namely an increase of 913 points and an average of 12.17 in the sense of "very satisfied" in building a sense, understanding, and enthusiasm to implement national values sourced from the Four Basic Consensuses of Indonesia in their respective environments.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and compensation on employee engagement. The object of research is PT BPR Lengayang. The total population in this study This study is 41 employees who work at PT. BPR Lengayang. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. Purposive criteria sampling criteria used are all permanent employees who work at BPR Lengayang except leaders and non-permanent employees. The sample in this study were 35 permanent employees of PT BPR Lengayang. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires, interviews and observation. The results showed that the leadership variable had an insignificant effect on employee engagement, compensation variables have a significant effect on employee engagement, and organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee engagement. employees, and organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee engagement.
