<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the payroll and wage accounting information system that has been implemented by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Binjai Branch and analyzing the payroll accounting information system to improve internal control. This type of research is qualitative research, which uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach, data collection techniques using interview method analysis, which focuses on the Payroll accounting information system and Internal Control System at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Binjai Branch. Data analysis in research begins by analyzing related functions, supporting documents, accounting records used, procedural networks and the effectiveness of internal control. The research results found evidence that the payroll system at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Binjai Branch has been running quite effectively but there are still several shortcomings, where every time there is a change in salary and wages there is no provision from the management for changes in salary and wages, that is without showing a decision letter for changes to employee salaries and wages so that fraud can occur, Fair practices applied to support internal control are by transferring employees' basic salaries to each employee's account by the director and making duplicate salary slips, and employee negligence in absent fingerprints or barcodes, as well as having duplicate duties in the payroll accounting information system and Remuneration.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to find out whether the product produced can provide maximum profits from the sale of cilok and to find out what variables hinder optimum value in the cilok business so mathematical modeling can be created using a simplex method linear program. Cilok is a business that operates in the culinary sector, namely food made from various ingredients, with the main ingredients being tapioca flour and wheat flour. Cilok is round in shape like meatballs, only the basic ingredients are different. Cilok has various filling variants, one of which contains chicken meat and some that don't use any filling. As for the complementary ingredients, namely peanut sauce, soy sauce and sauce, it is a problem that if one of these ingredients is not fulfilled then production in the cilok business will be hampered. From the research results, it is known that the optimal input combination provides a profit of IDR 320,000.00/day.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether the influence of halal labeling has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest in wardah cosmetic products on Tiktok. This study uses descriptive quantitative research, the population in this study are wardah cosmetic users who are also tiktok users. The sampling technique used non-probabilty sampling with a sample size of 200 respondents. The results of this study indicate that labeling has a proven positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, buying interest has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and halal labeling can directly influence purchasing decisions so that the results of this test indicate a positive and significant amount of influence of halal labeling on purchasing decisions through buying interest.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of the research is to analyze the Queuing System at the UMKM BEANSNOMO COFFE Shop in an effort to increase service efficiency. This research method conducted direct interviews with the owner and used non-probability sample determination. The research results obtained were that the Beansnomo Coffee Shop uses an unlimited population arrival system, with queuing discipline referring to the First-In, First-Out discipline rules. (FIFO) is the most common queue where customers who arrive first (arrive) are served first (leave). With professional treatment, service efficiency can be increased. Based on the results of the respondent table, it can be seen that men are more interested in coffee lovers than women, both young and old. This research can still be developed, so it is recommended for future researchers to use other methods for comparison.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to 1) describe the factors that cause the main character's inner conflict, 2) describe the inner conflict experienced by the main character. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a literary psychology approach. The data source in this research is the drama script Janji Putri Ikan by Russel Akbar Fauzi with a research focus on the inner conflict of the Toba character and the factors causing the conflict which are studied using a literary psychology approach that refers to Kurt Lewin's theory. The data collection technique used was an interview technique which was then analyzed using descriptive analysis. Finally, data analysis was carried out on the sentences in the drama text related to the issues raised. The results of the research show the following: The inner conflict experienced by the character Toba in the drama script, namely doubt, conflict, disappointment. Meanwhile, the factors causing conflict in the drama script Janji Putri Ikan by Russel Akbar Fauzi are a) differences between individuals, b) cultural differences, and 3) clashes of interests.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of analyzing the queuing system in the process of customer service in warung lesehan is to evaluate the performance of the service queuing system in Warung Lesehan so as to obtain a decrease in the number of consumer queues. The method of research approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through: observation, interviews and documentation with data analysis using Multi ChannelSingle Phase (M/M/1). It can be seen that warung lesehan uses queue model (M/M / 1). The queue structure used is a Single ChannelSingle Phase with only one server and one stage of Service.Usability level of warung lesehan service section = 0.83, the average number in the queue = 4.17/minute, the average number in the system = 5 minutes, the average waiting time in the queue = 0.08/minute, the average waiting time in the system = 0.1 / minute.. It is expected that warung lesehan can further optimize the service performance of each customer, so that customer waiting times are not too long,which makes sales decrease and affect customer arrivals, so queues can still be controlled and there is no buildup of long queues.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the factors that play a role in influencing the intention to save in Islamic banks, including religiosity, service quality, and trust with the IPMA method. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were the customers of Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Multatuli Medan totaling 6,382. Sampling was carried out using non-probability sampling and incidental sampling using the Slovin formula for 100 customers. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire which was measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the religiosity variable had an effect on the intention to save. The significant value (sig) for the effect of X1 on Y was 0.049 <0.05 and the tcount value was 1.995, which was less than 1.984. Both service quality have a positive effect on the intention to save a significant value (sig) for the effect of X2 on Y is 0.756 > 0.05 and the tcount value is 0.312 smaller <1.984. The three beliefs have no effect on saving intentions. Simultaneously the variables of religiosity, service quality and trust have a significant effect on the intention to save. The IPMA method shows that religiosity and service quality are factors that have a high level of importance and high performance, while the trust variable has a low level of importance and low performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Caffe Ayos is a cafe that is quite famous in the Rantauprapat area, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have competition in business. With so many new cafes popping up, of course this could have quite a significant impact if Ayos cafe doesn't first create a strategy to stay afloat. Apart from improving service and maintaining the taste of the menu, there needs to be other things done by Café Ayos, and with the many transactions that occur every day, of course there is a pile of data. From this pile of data, it is hoped that it can provide new knowledge that will be useful later for Café Ayos. Knowledge can be extracted from daily sales transaction data using Acsociation Rule data mining. From the extraction results, we obtained several foods and foods that depend on each other, which have a confidence of up to 70% to 100%. It would be better to create special packages for several menus that are related to high confidence values, thereby providing more attraction.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of Information Systems is currently an important element for higher education institutions to support business processes in the world of Education. Similar things are also implemented in Unesa or Surabaya State University Applied SIAKADU or integrated academic Information System. SIAKADU is a site-based Scholastic data framework that can be accessed easily, anytime and anywhere, as long as anything is connected to a web connection. The purpose of this test is to survey whether Delone and McLean's Refreshed Data framework achievement Model can really be applied to the Incorporated Scientific Data Framework at Surabaya State University, as well as to distinguish variables from this model that have an impact on the progress of the framework. . This exploration technique is one of the methodologies used to dissect the results of a data frame. This exam included a fixed proportional irregular exam involving 391 respondents who were active students at Surabaya State University. There are several factors that affect the success of an integrated academic information system when viewed from the results of the analysis that has been done. Actual use, the intention of the perpetrator, the quality of Service, and the quality of information are some of the factors in question. Furthermore, the intention of users to use the integrated academic Information System is significantly influenced although not significantly by user satisfaction and system quality.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses observations of Law Number 41 concerning Waqf in the context of the practice of purchasing land for waqf done collectively. explained in a mosque, namely the Mosque Darussalam in Tourism City, Bogor. Purchase of land for waqf collective is an act of charity that can be carried out by individuals, group, or institution to acquire land or property with purpose of waqf. Waqf is a concept in Islam where a person or a group donates assets (usually land or property) to charitable or public interest purposes. The main purpose of waqf is to improve social and community welfare. This research examine relevant aspects, such as land purchasing practices, type of waqf used, pillars and terms of waqf according to Law Number 41 of 2004. This research method uses qualitative approach with data collection through interviews mosque administrators, identify related aspects with Law Number 41 concerning waqf, nadzir, power of attorney and property ownership, allocation of waqf assets. Research result shows that the practice of purchasing land for waqf is carried out collectively at the Darussalam Mosque Foundation is appropriate with the Waqf Law number 41 of 2004.]]>
