Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Analysis of Sharia Savings and Loans and Financing Products In Sharia Law Perspective (Study of Indigenous Self-Help Cooperatives Klapanunggal Bogor Regency)” this is descriptive qualitative research, namely The researcher explains the facts in the field to determine their suitability with sharia standards in the process of implementing the products contained in Klapanunggal Indigenous Self-Help Cooperative, Bogor Regency. This thesis is focused research on the Sharia Savings and Loans and Financing Unit. In the product divided into 2 (two), namely financing products and savings products. Results research shows that the Klapanunggal Indigenous Self-Help Cooperative inits implementation is in accordance with sharia. Rukun, terms and conditions of the contract are created based on the DSN-MUI Fatwa (National Sharia Council - Ulama Council Indonesia) which has been adapted to the Koran, al-Hadith and the consensus of the ulama.

Abstract

This research discusses observations of Law Number 41 concerning Waqf in the context of the practice of purchasing land for waqf done collectively. explained in a mosque, namely the Mosque Darussalam in Tourism City, Bogor. Purchase of land for waqf collective is an act of charity that can be carried out by individuals, group, or institution to acquire land or property with purpose of waqf. Waqf is a concept in Islam where a person or a group donates assets (usually land or property) to charitable or public interest purposes. The main purpose of waqf is to improve social and community welfare. This research examine relevant aspects, such as land purchasing practices, type of waqf used, pillars and terms of waqf according to Law Number 41 of 2004. This research method uses qualitative approach with data collection through interviews mosque administrators, identify related aspects with Law Number 41 concerning waqf, nadzir, power of attorney and property ownership, allocation of waqf assets. Research result shows that the practice of purchasing land for waqf is carried out collectively at the Darussalam Mosque Foundation is appropriate with the Waqf Law number 41 of 2004.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze, describe and find the concept of human resource management of Islamic educational institutions from the perspective of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah. This research answers two main problems, namely the conception and implications of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah in human resource management. To find the results of the study, researchers use a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study construct this resource management with maqāṣid al-syarī'ah which consists of five perspectives, namely: ḥifẓ al-dīn (optimization of religiosity), ḥifẓ al-nafs (optimization of psychic and physical), ḥifẓ al-aql (optimization of reason), ḥifẓ al-māl (optimization of wealth) and ḥifẓ al-'irdh (optimization of honor / self-esteem), from this perspective the theory of human resource management maqashidi is built with five main components, namely: Mutadayyin (religion), ḏaki (intelligent), munazzam (manejerial) matīn al-khuluq (morality) mutamayyiz (performance/achievement).

Abstract

Tantangan pembelajaran di era modern menuntut pendekatan yang tidak sekadar mentransfer informasi, melainkan membangun pemahaman yang mendalam pada diri peserta didik. Epistemologi konstruktivisme menawarkan landasan filosofis yang relevan untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, khususnya di lingkungan Sekolah Dasar Islam yang memiliki kekhasan dalam memadukan ilmu umum dan nilai-nilai keislaman. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji landasan epistemologi konstruktivisme menurut Piaget dan Vygotsky, menganalisis titik temunya dengan konsep epistemologi Islam, serta merumuskan implikasi praktisnya bagi guru Sekolah Dasar Islam. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi konseptual berbasis analisis literatur dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah nasional dan internasional serta buku-buku referensi yang relevan. Epistemologi konstruktivisme memandang pengetahuan bukan sebagai sesuatu yang diterima secara pasif, melainkan dibangun secara aktif oleh individu melalui interaksi dengan lingkungan. Pandangan ini sejalan dengan epistemologi Islam yang menekankan penggunaan akal ('aql), potensi fitrah manusia, serta prinsip iqra' sebagai dorongan untuk terus mencari dan mengonstruksi ilmu. Titik temu kedua pandangan ini menghasilkan model pembelajaran yang aktif, bermakna, dan berkarakter islami. Guru Sekolah Dasar Islam perlu menginternalisasi prinsip-prinsip epistemologi konstruktivisme yang bersinergi dengan epistemologi Islam sebagai fondasi dalam merancang pembelajaran yang tidak hanya mencerdaskan secara kognitif, tetapi juga membentuk karakter peserta didik yang beriman dan berpikir kritis.
