Abstract

Crimes in minors are a series of negligence by parents who endanger or pose a dangerous threat to the child. The purpose of this study is to implement Data Mining, Association rule, and the FP-Growth Algorithm in cases of juvenile crime so that it can extract knowledge and important and interesting information from the database. The data source used is raw data that has not been processed and is a crime data on minors which are summarized in the form of reports from the West Sumatra Regional Police. The results of this study are in the form of software by analyzing data collected using the FP-Growth Algorithm and using the concept of FP-Tree development in searching for Frequent Itemset, for testing the results carried out with applications that have been designed namely the Php programming language. The results of testing are obtained from associations of crime cases that often occur in minors. So it can be seen that data mining using the FP-Growth Algorithm can be used to analyze cases of crime in minors as a material consideration for the police in order to know the ins and outs of crime in children so that it can assist the investigation process.

Abstract

Caffe Ayos is a cafe that is quite famous in the Rantauprapat area, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have competition in business. With so many new cafes popping up, of course this could have quite a significant impact if Ayos cafe doesn't first create a strategy to stay afloat. Apart from improving service and maintaining the taste of the menu, there needs to be other things done by Café Ayos, and with the many transactions that occur every day, of course there is a pile of data. From this pile of data, it is hoped that it can provide new knowledge that will be useful later for Café Ayos. Knowledge can be extracted from daily sales transaction data using Acsociation Rule data mining. From the extraction results, we obtained several foods and foods that depend on each other, which have a confidence of up to 70% to 100%. It would be better to create special packages for several menus that are related to high confidence values, thereby providing more attraction.

Abstract

The development of today's increasingly advanced technology such as the use of computers has become popular in the community, the use of computers is very important because the computer is a tool in carrying out data processing activities, so that a job can be completed properly. How the distribution of rice for the poor can work properly using this application. The purpose of the study is to assist the process of distributing rice for the poor at the Sirandorung Village Office. The system analysis stage is a very important stage because errors at this stage will result in errors in the next stage. In analyzing the system, several methods are used, among others. Based on the results of research and discussion that the results of the analysis of the implementation of the distribution of rice for poor households (Raskin) in Sirandorung Village, Rantau Utara District, Labuhanbatu Regency, the implementation is still not precise and has not been implemented properly. This is based on the analysis above and based on the results of questionnaires and interviews with researchers from the Sirandorung sub-district office. All people in the Sirandorung sub-district should be collected and provided with detailed information about the Raskin program so that there is no misunderstanding or receiving inaccurate information about Raskin.

Abstract

Pencurian data pribadi melalui layanan yang membutuhkan data pribadi telah menjadi isu yang marak dibicarakan. Sebagai negara hukum, Indonesia wajib melindungi hak asasi manusia sesuai dengan konstitusi dan undang-undang yang berlaku, namun kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang perlindungan data pribadi serta langkah-langkah keamanan yang tepat sering menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya kejahatan siber.Program Pengabdian Masyarakat oleh dosen Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Labuhanbatu di SMK 2 Rantau Utara bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya melindungi data pribadi dari ancaman dunia siber. Kegiatan ini mencakup edukasi tentang konsep dasar keamanan cyber, penggunaan fitur backup, pengelolaan Personal Identification Number (PIN), penerapan Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), dan mengenali serta memahami penipuan digital. Selain meningkatkan kesadaran dan literasi digital, kegiatan ini juga memberikan solusi teknis untuk melindungi data pribadi agar terhindar dari ancaman keamanan informasi. Dengan pendekatan yang melibatkan berbagai pihak, diharapkan masyarakat dapat lebih bijaksana dalam menjaga dan melindungi data pribadi mereka di era digital.

Abstract

The development of the digital world which is increasingly spreading provides convenience in various fields, one of which is in marketing. By utilizing the development of the digital world in the field of marketing, it is implemented to help UMKM UMKM who need tools to promote their products. Lingga Tiga Village, which is one of the villages in Labuhanbatu Regency, needs more promotion for UMKM activities. Seeing this, Digital Marketing Training was held which aims to empower UMKM in Lingga Tiga so that they can promote their products to the wider world and increase their activities.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang revolusioner telah membawa dampak besar pada masyarakat, terutama dengan kemunculan media sosial sebagai platform kuat yang membentuk komunikasi dan interaksi sosial. Remaja di usia Sekolah Menengah Atas juga terpengaruh oleh fenomena ini, di mana media sosial menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan mereka. Melalui media sosial, remaja memiliki kesempatan untuk menyuarakan pendapat, memperluas jaringan sosial, dan membentuk koneksi dengan dunia di sekelilingnya. Namun, media sosial bukan hanya sekadar wadah untuk berkomunikasi dan berkreativitas, tetapi juga menjadi panggung bagi remaja untuk mengadvokasi isu-isu sosial yang mereka pedulikan. Namun, ada potensi risiko serius yang terkait dengan penggunaan media sosial oleh remaja. Salah satu tantangan utamanya adalah penyebaran berita palsu atau hoaks yang dapat dengan mudah menyebar dan memicu kebingungan di kalangan remaja. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi persepsi mereka tentang isu-isu global. Selain itu, perundungan cyber juga menjadi ancaman serius bagi remaja di dunia maya, yang dapat meninggalkan bekas trauma emosional dan membuat remaja merasa terisolasi dalam kesendirian. Kecanduan media sosial juga menjadi masalah serius yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan fisik dan mental mereka. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, penting bagi pihak-pihak terkait, seperti institusi pendidikan, orang tua, dan guru, untuk bersinergi dan mencari solusi yang tepat. Edukasi tentang etika bermedia sosial harus diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum sekolah dan orang tua harus terlibat aktif dalam mengawasi aktivitas online remaja. Kampanye kesadaran tentang etika bermedia sosial juga dapat diadakan untuk menciptakan budaya positif di dunia maya. Hasil dari kegiatan penyuluhan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran remaja tentang pentingnya berperilaku etis dan positif di dunia maya. Perubahan sikap dan perilaku positif diharapkan terjadi, sehingga remaja dapat menggunakan media sosial secara lebih bertanggung jawab dan menghindari risiko negatif yang terkait dengannya. Dengan demikian, generasi muda akan menjadi lebih cerdas dan tanggap dalam berinteraksi di dunia maya, menciptakan lingkungan digital yang sehat dan aman bagi semua pengguna.

Abstract

The rapid development of ICT has opened up opportunities for citizens to submit opinions and complaints to the Government, which facilities are guaranteed by law. The provision of these facilities is in the form of implementing e-Government. The government must provide an application that is Government to Citizens/Consumers (G2C) which aims to bring the government closer to the community interactively through access channels that can be reached by the community. Labuhanbatu is a district located in North Sumatra Province with a population of 493,899 people. However, until now there is no facility for the public to submit aspirations or complaints based on e-Government applications. This study aims to create a web-based online application for aspiration and complaint services for the people of Labuhanbatu Regency. This application is called LAPO, which stands for Online Aspirations and Complaints Service. The method used in this research is the Waterfall model. This research has succeeded in creating a web-based online aspiration and complaint service system for Labuhanbatu residents that shows the compatibility between the expected results and the actual results. The results of the study have proven that to design and build this system, the following stages are carried out: analyzing system requirements, system design, implementing the system, and conducting system testing. With this research, it is hoped that it can become one of the e-Government applications for aspiration and complaint services that can be used by the Labuhanbatu Regency Government easily and with low infrastructure costs by utilizing existing human resources.

Abstract

Estimation of photosynthetic pigment levels from leaves can be done using conventional methods using laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers and using digital image processing from leaf images with a computational model. In digital image processing methods, various models are used, such as neural network, CNN, and linear regression. Measurement of photosynthetic pigment levels using image processing methods uses color value data from image data as input to the model used. In this study, we will analyze the effect of various types of color space and inpaint preprocessing settings on the accuracy of the CNN model in measuring leaf photosynthetic pigment levels. The color space types being tested are 4 single color spaces RGB, HSV, LAB, and YCbCr, as well as 6 color combination spaces RGB+HSV, RGB+LAB, RGB+YCbCr, HSV+LAB, HSV+YCbCr, and LAB+YCbCr. The choice of the type of color space takes into account the phenomenon of color constancy and the characteristics of the color space on the lighting elements. In addition, image data is divided into two types, namely through inpaint preprocessing and not, so that in total there are 20 types of input data. After the CNN model training process with various types of color spaces and different preprocessing settings as input data, observations were made on the accuracy values, namely the training MAE and the validation MAE for each model. From 20 types of input data, 3 types of input data are obtained which are recommended as input data that provide the best model accuracy value based on MAE validation with values ​​of 0.08761, 0.09252, and 0.09288. The three recommended input data from the sequence of accuracy values ​​are RGB+LAB without inpaint, RGB with inpaint, and LAB+YCbCr without inpaint.

Abstract

As a construction company that manages large quantities of incoming and outgoing goods, CV. Ziefa Karya must carry out an inventory control process, to determine the number of products to be re-supplied in a fast and accurate manner. But what happened was the opposite, with the inventory control process that was still manual, the owner of the company experienced various losses because he did not record goods and went out regularly. Based on these problems, this study tries to provide a solution in order to facilitate the management of inventory. CV. Ziefa Karya must have an inventory system that can manage the supply of goods properly. This study aims to build an inventory system based on information systems on CV. Ziefa Karya by applying the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point (ROP) methods. The system development method used is Model Driven Development (MDD) which includes: interviews, observations, literature studies, problem analysis, needs analysis, design, construction, and implementation. From the results of implementation and testing, it is found that the implementation of EOP and ROP in the application has succeeded in making the inventory system function properly. From these results it can be concluded that to build an inventory system on CV. Ziefa Karya uses the EOQ and ROP methods which can provide fast, precise, and accurate information, so the Model Driven Development (MDD) method must be used.

Abstract

The distribution of Financial Aid for Underprivileged Students is considered not to be on target due to the unmeasured selection process. So a decision-making system is needed that can select beneficiaries objectively. This research was conducted to assist the school in determining students who deserve this assistance. The purpose of this research is to build a decision-making system for selecting beneficiaries from poor students by applying the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method. The formulation of the problem is how to build a decision support system using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method in selecting students who receive financial aid for underprivileged students. The method used goes through several stages, namely: determining alternatives and criteria, building a normalized decision matrix, building a weighted normalized decision matrix, determining positive and negative ideal solutions, determining the distance between ideal solutions, and determining preference values. There are 7 criteria used, namely social protection card recipients, total income, number of dependents, parental status, distance, class, and report card scores. The results showed that the highest preference value for each alternative was in alternative A3, with a score of 0.6665. While the lowest preference value is in alternative A20 with a score of 0.0719, From the results of the study, it was concluded that the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method can be used in making decisions on the selection of beneficiaries of poor students based on preference value rankings.
