Abstract

Economic Construction 5.0 is a society that can solve various social challenges and problems by utilizing various innovations that were born in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 such as Internet on Things (internet for everything), Artificial Intelligence (artificial intelligence), Big Data (large amounts of data) , and robots to improve the quality of human life. It is hoped that this research can add to the body of knowledge in the field of sharia banking, especially those related to the problem of sharia banking in facing economic construction 5.0 viewed through SWOT analysis, which can be used as reference material for further research that carries out similar research. The problem formulation of this research is how PT. BSI KCP Medan Padang Bulan and what obstacles are faced in facing Economic Construction 5.0 are reviewed through SWOT Analysis and what solutions or efforts are made to face these obstacles. This research uses a qualitative research model with a case study approach model, namely a research approach that tries to explore real life through detailed and in-depth data collection involving various sources of information, whether in the form of interviews, document observations or reports by describing the objects of the research case.

Abstract

This research explores the pivotal role of banks in managing public funds, emphasizing customers as the primary assets supporting bank growth. The evolution of banking, particularly the establishment of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) as a Shariah-compliant bank in 1992, was initiated by discussions regarding Islamic banking as a pillar of the Islamic economy, involving figures such as Karnaen A Perwataatmadja, M Dawam Rahardjo, AM Saefuddin, and M Amien Azis. The study identifies a phenomenon of customer delays in payments to Shariah-compliant banks providing financing through specific contracts, causing banks losses due to collection costs. In response, Shariah banking management deems it crucial to apply compensatory penalties for these expenses. This research focuses on the application of Shariah principles, especially concerning the imposition of fines in murabahah financing at Bank Sumut KCPSy Marelan Raya, aiming to comprehend the legal basis and practices of applying fines in this context. The research methodology entails a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical methods. Qualitative methods are used to understand the context and Shariah principles underlying murabahah financing, while descriptive analytical methods analyze and explain the imposition of fines in such financing at Bank Sumut KCPSy Marelan Raya. The study involves data collection through literature review, analysis of documents related to relevant Shariah principles, and interviews with stakeholders at Bank Sumut KCPSy Marelan Raya. The research findings encompass a profound understanding of the legal framework and Shariah principles governing murabahah financing, as well as a better comprehension of fine imposition in this context. Moreover, the results unveil practices and policies employed by Bank Sumut KCPSy Marelan Raya in handling cases of delayed payments for murabahah financing and the application of fines as a response to such actions.

Abstract

This research aims to find out mosque administrators in Medan Kota Subdistrict have prepared financial reports based on ISAK 35, to find out the implementation of mosque financial reports in Medan Kota Subdistrict based on ISAK 35 and to determine the suitability of mosque financial reports against ISAK 35. The type of research used is qualitative. The research subjects in this study were the mosque treasurer and the chairman of the Mosque Welfare Board (BKM) totaling 3 respondents. The data obtained are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that first, the preparation of financial statements carried out by each treasurer of the Silaturrahim Mosque, Islamiyah Mosque and Al-Muhajirin Mosque was not in accordance with ISAK No. 35. Second, the implementation of mosque financial reports in Medan Kota Sub-district based on ISAK 35 contained in the three mosques is not in accordance with ISAK 35, namely in the form of preparing a statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, statement of changes in net assets, cash flow statement, and notes to financial statements. Third, the suitability of the financial statements of the Islamiyah and Al-Muhajirin mosques is not appropriate, which is only limited to recording mosque income and expenses. Meanwhile, with the Silaturrahim Mosque, although it is not in accordance with applicable accounting standards, this mosque describes the financial records applied in each of the financial statements that I have prepared.

Abstract

To regulate business activities that take place at Cikarang Dry Port, there is a process to predict what will happen to the company's operations in the future. The process of predicting things like this is called forecasting. This research aims to determine an effective forecasting method for the Cikarang Dry Port using exponential smoothing forecasting methods such as the Brown method, Winter method and Quadratic method. After the analysis is carried out, the smallest MAD (Mean Absolute Error) will be determined. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to create a forecasting picture at the Cikarang Dry Port using secondary data obtained through container volume reports at the Cikarang Dry Port over the last year. The research results show that the Exponential Smoothing method from Winter is more suitable for estimating the volume of Cikarang Dry Port containers with forecasting results of 9750 TEUs with the smallest error, namely 1537.

Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of Intellectul Capital instruments on the quality of profit in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. Intellectuul Capital is calculated using Value Added Intellectual Capital (VAIC) method from Pulic with Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) and Structural Capital Value Added (STVA). This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data sources derived from the annual financial statements of each bank. Data types using data panel with IBM SPSS 25 data processing software. The sample in this study as many as eight Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, namely PT. Bank Aceh Syariah, PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk., PT. Bank Jabar Banten Syariah, PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Tbk., PT. Bank Syariah Bukopin, PT. BCA Syariah, PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Syariah and PT. Bank Aladin Syariah during the period 2017-2021. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study stated that VACA variable has a significant effect on the quality of profit by 1.8%, vahu variable has a significant effect on the quality of profit by 2.8% and stva variable has no significant effect on the quality of profit by 21.3%. Simultaneously Vaca, VAHU and STVA variables significantly affect the quality of profit in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Influence Of The Game Based Learning Model On Student Learning Activities In Learning Mathematics  Class V SD Muhammadiyah 01 Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Game Based Learning model on student learning activities in mathematics learning in class V SD MUhammdiyah 01 Medan. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 01 Medan, which is located at Jl. Demak No 3, Sei Renggas Permata, Kec. Medan Area, Medan city, North Sumatra 20211. The population in this study were all fifth grade students, totaling 42 people. The research instrument used an observation sheet totaling 19 valid statement items. The data analysis method used is the expert validity test, normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing ( t-test) using spss 26 software. The highest score was obtained 66 and lowest score was obtained 54 with an average score of 58.09 in the good category, while the learning activities of students in the control class of 20 students obtained a total score of 880, while highest score was obtained 58 and the lowest value was obtained 32 with an average score 44 categories is good enough. The results of testing the hypothsis on the output can be seen in the sig value. (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the conclusion from the results of this study is tha there is an influence of the Game Based Learning model on student learning activities in mathematics learning in class V SD Muhammdiyah 01 Medan.

Abstract

Diamond transactions involve steps such as contact through social media or WhatsApp, choose diamond package, provide account information games, make payments, send proof of transfer, and receive diamonds after payment. There is also a list of diamond prices based on quantity. This thesis analyzes aspects of diamond buying and selling transactions from an Islamic perspective. Diamond buying and selling transactions in the online game Mobile Legends seen from perspective of Islamic law, where the pillars and conditions of buying and selling transactions are observed, including consideration of greeting contracts that allow for postponement of delivery goods. This transaction is considered valid if it meets these criteria. However, There is debate among Islamic scholars about the laws of playing games on line. Some consider it prohibited if they neglect their obligations and detrimental to one's productivity, while others consider it permissible as a form of entertainment. The research also warns of potential risks addicted to playing games. The conclusion of this research states that selling buying diamonds in the online game Mobile Legends is acceptable in view Islam as long as it complies with the principles of the sale and purchase agreement and does not violate the principles of Islamic law. However, this research also warns of dangers potential addiction to playing games

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and find out the marketing strategy and financing procedures for FLPP KPR in subsidized housing at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KC Medan Aksara. The method used is qualitative with primary and secondary data sources. The results of this research are PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KC Medan Aksara to develop and market FLPP KPR Financing products using the Marketing Mix method. 7P, namely Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, Process strategy. Obstacles due to rising housing production costs (building materials, labor wages, and land prices which continue to soar). PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KC Medan Aksara mostly uses murabahah financing contracts from the Financing Application stage, Financing Evaluation, Financing Structure, Issuance of Financing Decree, Contract Implementation, up to Financing Disbursement is in accordance with the provisions of the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council No: 04/DSNMUI/IV/2000 concerning Murabahah. The obstacles found were seen from various parties, including debtors, developers and banks.

Abstract

In the mid-20th century, significant social and political dynamics in the Arab world, particularly in Iraq, brought forth Muhammad Baqir Al Sadr, an influential Islamic intellectual and activist. Al Sadr was born in 1935, living during Iraq's transitional period from monarchy to political upheaval, creating space for new ideologies, especially in the economic realm, which was pivotal for a nation's progress. As an Islamic scholar and thinker, Al Sadr was not only involved in ideological development but also actively engaged in the evolving political dynamics in Iraq. This socio-political context laid the groundwork for the development of Islamic economic thought he championed. This paper examines how Al Sadr's socio-political background influenced his Islamic economic thought, aiming to uncover the relevance and significant contribution of Al Sadr in the development of Islamic economics at that time and its impact on contemporary Islamic economic thought. The research methodology employed is qualitative, focusing on an in-depth understanding of the background, socio-political context, and Islamic economic thought espoused by Muhammad Baqir Al Sadr. The analytical-descriptive method is also used to analyze and elucidate the application of Islamic economic concepts within the social and political context of that era. The research findings indicate that Al Sadr's economic ideas are relevant to contemporary economic issues, especially ethical values, wealth distribution, and the role of the state in achieving economic justice. However, their implementation faces challenges, such as adaptation to differing global systems and limitations in Islamic financial infrastructure. Addressing these hurdles requires a focus on changing societal behavior and understanding, supportive legal regulations, and technological integration. Despite the obstacles, a holistic approach and gradual steps are envisioned to aid in implementing Islamic economic principles..

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the accounting system of merchandise purchases in Rafamart RantauprapatLabuhanbatu, and to determine the results of the recording and valuation of merchandise using the FIFO method (First In First Out) with a perpetual system based on Computerization and manual using books. The type of data used in this study is the primary data in the form of interviews and secondary in the form of purchase and sales invoices at Rafamart Rantauprapat Labuhanbatu. Data collection techniques used in this study are interview techniques and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive techniques that is how to analyze, interpret, and process data on the purchase of merchandise in Rafamart Rantauprapat Labuhanbatu. The results of this study indicate that Rafamart Rantauprapat Labuhanbatu has implemented a trading goods purchase accounting system that assists companies in conducting daily records using books manually and also computerized. In the system of recording the accounting of merchandise purchases using a Prepetual system, where the recording of purchases and sales are recorded using books. The method of recording and assessing purchases for merchandise inventories using the FIFO (First In First Out) Method, and Rafamart Rantauprapat Labuhanbatu is in accordance with PSAK (statement of Financial Accounting Standards) number 14 regarding purchases and inventories of merchandise.
