Abstract

In this disruptive era, people tend to have their own enterprises that are often related to UMKM. In Sidoarjo district UMKM growth has experienced a rapid increase. However, in the era of Covid there was a decline so that by 2020 a program of renovation of the people's house was made. This program is being carried out to renovate the community's dining and drinking halls. This study aims to analyze the impact of such programmes on the well-being of individuals, in this study is the farm of Mr. Sutopo Hadi. This study uses qualitative method of correlation. The results of the research showed that the indicators of the program's well-being have been achieved with the happiness perceived by the perpetrators as well as the increased income earned. However, the program has an evaluation of the strengths of its employees, so that the evaluation can improve the program and it can continue.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the calculation of production costs and profits to be the basis for determining the selling price of Bottled Mineral Water (AMDK) at the Madina mineral water factory. Based on the results of the analysis carried out by the researcher, several results were obtained that the calculation of production costs for determining the selling price at the Madina Mineral Water Factory used the full costing method, but the company did not include the cost of electricity for the water suction pump in the port of standard materials as a result, the total cost of production, the cost of production and the selling price found by the researcher using the cost plus pricing method is higher than that used by the company.

Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is an important indicator to measure success in efforts to build the quality of human life. The higher the number of Human Development Index, the better the population in the region. The research was conducted to see the long and short-term influence between the level of investment and the level of open unemployment on the Human Development Index. The data analysis technique used is ECM (Error Correction Model) analysis using the Eviews 9 analysis tool. The results prove that the independent variables of Investment and Open Unemployment Rate simultaneously together have a significant effect on the Human Development Index.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of fixed asset accounting according to PSAP 07 at the Sumatera provincial Manpower office whether it is in accordance with government accounting standards that have been implemented and to know how the recognition of the granting of rights to use fixed assets according to PSAP 07. The approach of this study is a descriptive approach, namely research conducted by collecting and presenting data received from the Sumatera provincial Labor Office in the form of Financial Statement data , recapitulation of depreciation of Fixed Assets, Inventory card list of goods and then the results of interviews are quite clear researchers analysis and compare with existing theories and Government Accounting Standards PSAP 07. The results showed the recognition of fixed assets on land and the condition of assets that are still not in accordance according to PSAP 07, owned land is not intended to be sold but used for agencies. This is due to a lack of understanding of fixed assets according to PSAP 07 which is very necessary for accountability reports in accordance with Government Accounting Standards that have been established and implemented.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the process of implementing moral aqidah learning is carried out and how the methods of habituation, advice and example are in character formation, supporting factors and inhibiting factors in learning moral aqidah. This research uses a qualitative approach method. Data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques using methods data collection, Data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion. The results of this research include: The implementation of aqidah akhlak learning at the private Asbabul Yamin IT Middle School in Southeast Aceh is running well in accordance with the existing curriculum, The method of habituation, advice and example is running well Supporting factors from This implementation is parents and the inhibiting factor for this implementation is the inadequate facilities and infrastructure of the school which causes students to lack understanding of the learning provided, Effect of Implementation Methods of habituation, advice and example in learning moral beliefs have a good influence, namely students are more disciplined and active in studying, respectful and polite to teachers and parents, get used to obeying the rules in the madrasa and there are no more students fighting.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is an important sector in the Indonesian economy. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have a very important role in improving people's welfare and creating jobs. However, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises also face various obstacles, such as limited access to capital, limited access to information, and limited market access. This scientific study aims to examine the impact of economic growth and inflation on MSME credit growth in Indonesia during the 2015-2022 period. This scientific study uses the method of multiple linear regression analysis with secondary data originating from the Financial Services Authority, the Central Bureau of Statistics, and Bank Indonesia  and processed using the Eviews application. The results of the analysis show that economic growth and inflation have no effect and are not significant on the growth of MSMEs credit in Indonesia during the study period.

Abstract

The increasing popularity of social media such as Instagram has changed to electronic word of mouth. This makes business people use Instagram social media to build a good brand image, so Somethic builds electronic word of mouth marketing communications on Instagram to inform and improve brand image on Somethinc products. Data of the research was collected through questionnaire and using simple random sampling technique. Data was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis methods and hypothesis testing. The results of partially hypothesis and simultaneous hypothesis testing showed that electronic word of mouth and brand image had a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of Somethic products.The data that has been collected is then analyzed and produces partially and simultaneously electronic word of mouth and brand image has a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy Something's product. It is hoped that the results of this study Somethinc will take into account the quality of recommendations submitted on Instagram regarding Somethinc products by using celebrity endorsers who will recommend Somethinc products to their followers in a clear and honest manner.

Abstract

Compliance means obeying and liking to obey important human resource rules, because the more obedient employees are to the company, the higher the work performance they can achieve. Work loyalty, apart from work discipline/obedience, is very important for managing human resources in a company. Work loyalty can be defined as loyalty, devotion and trust given or shown to the company; This creates a sense of ownership and strives to provide the best behaviour and service. This research involved 38 permanent employees of PT XYZ and aims to find out how compliance with loyalty impacts their work performance. All employees of PT XYZ were used as subjects of this research to see how compliance at work, work environment and work culture influence company performance. The research results show that compliance greatly influences the performance of PT XYZ employees, and work culture also has a positive influence on their performance. Apart from that, compliance, work environment and overall work culture have a positive effect on the performance of PT XYZ employees. Employee compliance analysis can help management identify areas where improvement is needed. If there is low compliance with a particular policy or regulation, corrective action may be taken, such as additional employee training, increased communication to employees, or stricter enforcement of the rules. An effective compliance analysis can help organizations prevent legal issues, promote a company culture of integrity, and create a safe and efficient work environment. Apart from that, compliance analysis can also help in building a good reputation in the eyes of shareholders and customers.

Abstract

Problems such as inequality and economic inequality are two big problems that are often experienced by developing countries, with the inequality of income distribution between high- income groups and low-income groups. High economic growth at the development stage can indeed be achieved, but it is accompanied by problems such as unemployment. The method used in this research is the library research method. Recent studies show that the relationship between income inequality and economic growth through several channels (channels). The largest and smallest income inequality can affect the existing economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance on financial performance. GCG is very important to implement in every company. This is important because the existence of GCG shows that management and shareholders are serious about building an open and accountable company together. Companies are not only responsible to shareholders, but also to their employees, the government and the community around the company. This type of research uses quantitative methods with descriptive statistical research characteristics. The methodology used is documentation and literature study methods. The data used in this research is secondary data, namely financial reports. Data processing in this research uses the SPSS 20 program. In this research, Good Corporate Governance will be proxied by three variables, namely managerial ownership, institutional ownership and audit committee, where this indicator is an important organ. Based on the research results, it shows that partially managerial ownership has a negative effect on financial performance with a significance of 0.216 and a calculated t value < t table (1.269 < 1.706). Institutional ownership has a positive effect on financial performance with a significance of 0.409 and a calculated t value > t table (1.793 > 1.706). The audit committee has a positive effect on financial performance with a significance of 0.40 and a calculated t value > t table (1.751 > 1.706. The coefficient of determination test results show that the Adjusted R Squared value is 21.6%, while the remaining 78.4% can be explained by other factors.
