Abstract

Suhu tubuh merupakan tanda keadaan seseorang sehat atau tidak. Untuk mengetahui suhu tubuh dibutuhkan termometer tubuh. Pada umumnya alat ini membutuhkan sentuhan langsung dan waktu paling cepat satu atau dua menit untuk mendapatkan pembacaan suhu tubuh manusia. Terlebih di masa pandemi covid-19 diperlukan pengecekan suhu tubuh tanpa kontak langsung sebagai pendeteksian dini pencegahan penularan covid-19. Tujuan Penelitian ini merancang alat yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi suhu tubuh guna membantu penerapan protokol kesehatan dalam upaya pencegahan covid-19 yang ada di lingkungan Institut Teknologi Padang. Suhu dideteksi menggunakan sensor infrared mlx90614 didekatkan pada bagian tubuh yang paling mengeluarkan panas misalnya dahi dan tangan. Hasil pada pendeteksian suhu diperoleh data dalam satuan derajat celcius (c), sehingga didapatkan data yang akan digunakan sebagai patokan penggunaan alat yaitu (35,30 oC - 28,71 oC = 6,59 oC). Data yang telah didapatkan dimasukkan pada program yang disimpan dalam arduino untuk pemrosesannya, selanjutnya dengan arduino sebagai unit pemprosesan akan mengirim data pada raspberry pi dan menghasilkan output yang dimana jika suhu berada di bawah 37,5 oc maka akan menampilkan data pada lcd dan mengaktifkan desinfektan dan pintu otomatis. Sedangkan jika suhu diatas 37,5 oc, buzzer akan berbunyi dan menampilkan data pada LCD. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa alat yang dirancang dapat mendeteksi suhu tubuh sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan di lingkungan Institut Teknologi Padang.

Abstract

Abstract Electricity has become an inseparable need of various activities carried out by humans. PT. PLN continues to strive to provide the best service to the community so that the supply of electrical energy can be met. A transformersuyandr can be said to be the heart of transmission and distribution, so a transformer is expected to operate optimally. Transformer load monitoring is an activity to monitor the current status or condition of the transformer. Monitoring the transformer load in the field using hand notes is one of the obstacles that need to be optimized. With a good monitoring system, the availability of electrical energy will always be maintained. The Android-based monitoring system application is designed as a solution to these problems. The application can be operated if the smartphone device used is connected to the internet network. So this application can increase the efficiency of space, time and labor. In this application there are three types of users, namely user, admin and operator. The user is the head of PLN (Persero) who can only see the data from the transformer measurement results. Operators are field officers who use this application to input transformer measurement results. Admin has the authority to input new transformer data and edit and delete measurement data if needed. The Transformer Monitoring System application at PT. PLN (Persero) based on android is designed using android studio, with the Java programming language, and MySQL database.

Abstract

Abstract The Department of Agriculture, Food Crops and Horticulture, Regency of Lima Puluh Kota recorded a decrease in chili production every year which can cause direct losses to farmers. This is due to the presence of diseases that can reduce the quantity and quality of yields, increase production costs, and reduce the ability of farming businesses. To overcome this problem, the Department of Agriculture, Food Crops and Horticulture has deployed agricultural extension workers (PPL) as communicators for development who are expected to play multiple roles, as teachers, mentors, advisors, information providers and farmer partners. In Fifty Cities District, the number of existing agricultural extension workers is 104 people. They foster 166,157 farmers with an area of 22,282 ha and plantation area of 28,150 ha who are members of more than 1,400 farmer groups spread over 410 jorong, 79 nagari, and 13 sub-districts in Lima Puluh Kota Regency. Because the extension workers are not comparable with the number of regions, the extension process, the performance of the extension workers, and the knowledge that will be conveyed to farmers are not optimal. Therefore, a system was designed, namely an expert system for diagnosing chili plant diseases using the CF (Certainty Factor) method and the BFS (Breadth First Search) algorithm. Which serves to assist the community in conducting consultations without having to meet a disease expert or wait for counseling. Abstract

The decision support system  of  the recruitment of new employees. Method that can be used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method where the new employee recruitment process with the AHP method aims to assist managers in making decisions in the new employee selection process by presenting alternatives that are displayed in the form of an alternative ranking system. In this journal a case study was conducted at PT. Bukittinggi City Cellular Business Partner which is currently in the process of recruiting new employees. The analytical method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)  from the registration process for new employees to the selection process for new employee recruitment. To make it easier for managers to make decisions on the selection of new employee recruitment with the AHP method, so that it will produce really qualified employees. Recruitment of new employees uses 4 criteria, namely administration, knowledge, psychotest and interview with CR = 0.01 which shows the criteria are acceptable because the results shown are CR <10%. The analysis was carried out on 5 samples of new employee candidates which resulted in a ranking where candidate 3 obtained the highest score of 0.28. After the testing process was carried out with a new employee recruitment application using the AHP which was applied to 5 new employee candidates, it showed that the system could be categorized in good condition used for decision making by managers in the new employee selection process.

Abstract

The Effort to accelerate poverty reduction, the Government launched the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). This program aims to improve human quality by providing conditional cash assistance for poor families designated as Beneficiary Families in accessing health and education services, reducing the burden of spending, and increasing poor families' income. In implementing the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) it is necessary to monitor and evaluate the activities carried out on the beneficiary families in Nagari Koto Tinggi, Enam Lingkung District. This study aims to create an evaluation monitoring system for PKH beneficiaries. This evaluation monitoring system was built using the Laravel framework, PHP web programming, and DBMS MySQL, the output of a web-based information system for monitoring and evaluating PKH group data, categories, budget realization for Beneficiary Families, and graphic reports including Education, toddlers, pregnant women (health), persons with disabilities and the elderly (social welfare), the PKH evaluation monitoring system can assist PKH managers in monitoring the evaluation of Beneficiary Families data.

Abstract

The development of digital technology when at this time is very rapid, to accompany this supporting factor of digital technology also must be able to support this development supporting factors in the form of computer network installation. For example, South Solok Regency which is in the midst of tidying up with all existing services, can join in a computer network that can be centrally controlled. To overcome this problem, a network scale MAN (Metropolitan Area Network) was implemented in South Solok Regency. The model of determining the path (routing) is very influential, to connect all official services is BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) routing which supports network implementation on a large scale. Quality Routing Implementation of BGP can be tested with QoS that maximizes digital technology available in South Solok Regency. centralized control of the Communication and Information Service (KOMINFO) makes the process of implementing digital technology and BGP routing helping to make handling of network problems easier.

Abstract

The Maospati District Office is a sub-district office located in the Maospati area, Magetan, East Java. This sub-district office is engaged in community services, such as activating Electronic Identity Cards (E-KTP), making Family Cards, Community Complaints, Poor Community Assistance Services and online administrative document retrieval services. This sub-district office has an information system for processing data on the assistance of the Social Safety Net (JPS) which is still in manual form and has not been automated so that it is slow in the process of collecting data for additions, changes, and deletions of data. The purpose of making the application of the Community Safety Net Assistance Data Management System at the Maospati District Office is to be able to help provide alternative data storage to databases in Maospati District. The method in this research by utilizing certain techniques, namely field studies and literature studies. The result of this research is the Design of Social Safety Net Assistance Data Management System in Maospati District, Magetan Regency.

Abstract

The Talang Kemulun Local Fish Seed Center (BBI) is one of the structural work units that assist the Kerinci District Fisheries Service in implementing fisheries development, especially in meeting the needs of fish seeds. The freshwater fish fry production process at the Talang Kemulun Local Fish Seed Center (BBI) is dominated by carp, semah, red tilapia, black tilapia, medic, koan, and betok. These species account for more than 80%, with approximately 7,250,000 fish from the total freshwater fish production, but due to the changing demand differences, farmers in the freshwater fish breeding production process must always consider the types of fish that are profitable in the process of fish seed production. This research is implemented with a Java application program used to design a decision support system to determine the type of freshwater fish that is suitable for the production process of freshwater fish species. The results show that the designed system can help fish farmers determine which fish types are suitable for seed breeding production. Keywords- Decision Making System, Java, Fish Breeding

Abstract

A contractor is a company that contracts with another person or government or company to supply goods or complete certain services. PT. XYZ has a lot of project contract data and it has not yet been processed into information. To facilitate the employees of PT. XYZ in analyzing and evaluating past or future projects requires a Data Warehouse. The purpose of this research is to design and analyze the data warehouse needed to provide information regarding project contract data at PT. XYZ. The data warehouse design method uses 4 stages (Four-Step Methodology) proposed by Ralph Kimball in designing a data warehouse system. The final result to be achieved is the design of a data warehouse and dashboard is a visualization that will provide significant information about the project contract data at PT. XYZ which can be seen from different perspectives and facilitates related parties in making decisions.

Abstract

Technological developments have changed people's lives who have physical limitations, including blind people. Braille's discovery makes them possible to read and operate a computer. However, they still need a stick and the closest person to guide them to carry out daily activities. Thus, to overcome this problem, this research produces object detection glasses for the visually impaired based on a microcontroller. These glasses are used to detect objects in front of the visually impaired when walking. These glasses are prototypes that can be worn by blind people and work by detecting objects in front and below using three ultrasonic sensors based on a predetermined distance of a minimum of 50 cm and a maximum of 100 cm, where the ultrasonic sensor is the reference point. This tool works by giving a warning to the patient via the microcontroller to the buzzer. This study concludes that these sensory glasses can provide a warning in the form of sound to the user when they find an object in front of them at a predetermined distance.
