Abstract

Pemakaian masker disaat pandemi COVID-19 merupakan hal yang menjadi syarat dalam protokol kesehatan seseorang jika igin bepergian keluar rumah, seperti ke kantor,  kampus dan ketempat keramaian lainnya. Dengan menggunakan masker dapat menggurangi penyebaran COVID-19. Di Institut Teknologi Padang, pendeteksian pemakaian masker dilakukan secara manual oleh petugas keamanan sewaktu memasuki kampus.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengimplementasikan pendeteksian wajah dalam penggunaan masker untuk keperluan protokol kesehatan. Pendeteksian masker dilakukan dengan kamera. Dalam penggambilan wajah menggunakan kamera dilakukan secara real time. Gambar yang diambil akan dikonversikan ke grayscale tujuannya menghindari bit-bit yang tidak diperlukan. Setelah didapatkan grayscale selanjutnya grayscale ini dikonversikan menjadi bentuk data. Data yang didapatkan akan dicocokan dengan data yang ada pada harcascade wajah. Apabila data harcascade wajah sama dengan data yang sudah dikonversikan dari grayscale tadi maka dianggap wilayah tersebut ada wajah. Adanya wajah, maka dilanjutkan pada bagian hidung, data yang didapat akan dicocokan dengan harcascade hidung. Apabila hidung tertutup maka dianggap menggunakan masker, sebaliknya hidung terdeteksi maka tidak menggunakan masker. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa prototype alat bekerja dalam mendeteksi masker dengan bantuan kamera.

Abstract

R-Dua Lencana is one of the SMEs in the Kudus Regency area. These MSMEs sell badges which are official identifications that are painted with symbols and in the form of medals which are usually used as a sign of being a member of an agency or organization. Currently, R-Dua Lencana sells its products only in stores and has not used the internet much as a means of promotion so it will experience a decline in sales. Therefore, a website-based sales information system was designed to expand sales, becoming a means of product promotion, providing time and travel cost efficiency, and getting new customers. The method used in this development uses SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) using a waterfall model starting from requirements analysis, system design, implementation or code writing, testing, and maintenance. This website utilizes Single Page Application (SPA) technology which is in the browser so that it does not require reloading when the website is used to switch pages. In this study, it has been tested using the BlackBox method with the results declared valid and the results of the SUS test with the results declared Acceptable so that it is feasible to use. Researchers hope that the information system designed can help the sale of MSME R-Dua Lencana Kudus.

Abstract

Governor Rohidin requested that the Bengkulu City Government should tighten housing development permits so that green open spaces are still available, improve the Watershed (DAS) with its ecosystem and routinely clean up garbage - to the point of blocking drainage in the city and floodgates entering from the river. which entered the city of Bengkulu which caused flooding due to rain upstream and the absence of early warning when the water reached the city of Bengkulu and the amount of garbage that clogs the floodgates further aggravated the situation. The prototype of the water level notification tool system for mobile communication that allows early notification when the floodgates increase in height so that people can be alert and also designed an automatic garbage collection tool with ultrasonic sensors that can detect garbage approaching at the water gate at a predetermined distance. The test results have notifications that have been carried out, can send SMS automatically to the destination number and issue an alarm then emit a speaker sound as a sign of the presence of water levels. Objects That Can Be Picked Up By The Conveyor In The Form Of Light Garbage That Is On The Surface Of The Water. Robot Information System in the form of an LCD that will display the results of the water level.

Abstract

Data Mining is a method for analyzing future patterns and characteristics as well as gathering unexpected, never-before-seen information from large databases. In data mining, clustering is one of the useful techniques for analyzing data. One of the data mining algorithms is the K-Means algorithm, which is a clustering technique based on distance division. The goal to be achieved in this paper is to analyze the clustering technique using the K-Means algorithm in data mining by conducting an in-depth review and searching through the literature selected based on the criteria and studies that will be selected to answer research questions. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is a method that aims to identify and find research results with techniques based on specific procedures from comparison results. Based on the literature on the selection of journal publications, Pattern Recognition, Knowledge-Based Systems, Applied Soft Computing and IEEE Access can be the main references related to the K-Means algorithm. The results of the comparison show that Euclidean Distance has the advantage of better distance calculation, so that this method can be used as the main choice related to the calculation theory of the K-Means algorithm.

Abstract

Agricultural irrigation is an effort made by farmers to maintain the consistency of water availability on agricultural land. However, the use of water, especially in the dry season, cannot be properly regulated so that the use of water for irrigating rice fields is not in accordance with the needs. Water regulation is made with the aim of being able to meet water needs evenly on each land, information from several Mattirobulu farmer groups in Dampang Village, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency, information is obtained that, until now the distribution of irrigation water through irrigation gates is done manually, so that the distribution of water in paddy fields didn’t go as expected due to the presence of several farmer groups and the presence of several irresponsible people or persons committing fraud in the distribution of water. So that problems arise such as the loss of mutual trust between farmers, to the occurrence of disputes between farmers. The purpose of this research is to design a prototype of a rice field irrigation control system using a microcontroller-based Rice of Intensification system. The results of this study are the use of a greedy algorithm to determine the lowest point that can function properly to determine the closest point in the water level detection system. Utilization of the water level sensor to detect the height of the water level in the fields can detect well with a low level of 1 cm, a medium level of 5 cm and a high level of 10 cm.

Abstract

The city of Padang has 11 thematic villages, one of which is the Eco Enzyme Thematic Village, which is held at the Andalas Sepakat Unit Waste Bank office in Andalas Village. The idea of the Eco Enzyme Thematic Village emerged seeing the problem of waste in urban areas, especially the city of Padang which has been piling up in Final Disposal Sites (TPA). In fact, if processed further there is waste that can produce useful products such as processing with Eco Enzyme. However, not many people are able and willing to manage their daily consumption waste into the Eco Enzyme product. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the community in managing waste into Eco Enzyme products to selling finished products and selling the waste itself. This application will consist of 3 excellent features, namely educational features, features for selling Eco Enzyme and waste products (the basic ingredients for Eco Enzyme), as well as interaction features between users so that later they can become an active community to encourage education to the wider community. This application is called the "Ecoduaction Application" which is made based on sociotechnopreneur. This research applies the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. The result of this research is an application that bridges the community in taking real action to solve the waste problem as well as being one of the solutions to economic problems in the city of Padang through the processing of Eco Enzyme.

Abstract

As one of the national standard schools that goes international, SMAN 1 ENAM LINGKUNG must be able to improve the quality of its education to be better, one of which is by overcoming the problem of undisciplined students such as students who like to be truant (from home to school but not arriving at school), withdraw (go home before school hours end), and if a letter is given to call parents, students often do not convey it to their parents, even some of the students give the letter to the person they hire to represent their parents. Making this application is done on the basis of analysis and observations made at SMAN 1 Enam Lingkung with a focus on the problem of student attendance or attendance. The purpose of making this application is to be able to connect or facilitate between the school and parents in sharing information, so that parents can know the progress of their children's studies at school. This SMS Gateway-based academic application is designed using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) design method with the Waterfall approach. The steps taken in this research are system analysis and planning, requirements analysis, system design, implementation, integration and testing. The results of this study are expected to help facilitate the sharing of information between schools and teachers.

Abstract

People's need for electrical energy is getting bigger along with the development of technology and population. To meet this increasing demand, it is necessary to develop energy resources. Solar energy is an effective sustainable natural resource, because of its existence, availability, and sustainability, which are adequate and free from pollution. Solar energy can be used to produce electrical energy by using solar panels. The use of solar panels as a necessity for electric current has been widely applied, but of course there is still a static position that makes solar panels ineffective in getting sunlight which will be converted into electric current used. The purpose of this study is to make a solar panel controller that can move in the direction of the sun's position with a time-based method, so that the position of the solar panel is always facing the sun even though the sun's position is covered by clouds or obstacles, which makes solar panels store more solar energy as a source of energy. community needs in using electrical energy. The solar panel is connected by using a screw iron that uses a nut to connect it to the stepper motor, then the movement of this stepper motor will be controlled every 20 minutes using the A4988 Stepper Motor Driver, in addition to the rotation of the motor as a driving force for the direction of the solar panel..

Abstract

The type of personality possessed by a student belived affect their behavior, whether positively or negatively, and if left unattended, it will harm the student. Student guidance is necessary to provide appropriate guidance for the student. This study aims to predict student guidance based on personality by using student data at SMP 1 Negeri Tembilahan. The data collection process was obtained from the BK teacher at SMPN 1 Tembilahan for grade 8 and grade 7. Grade 8 will be used as training data and grade 7 will be used as testing data. 5 parameters were selected for the prediction process and 1 label as the target class. The method used is the C4.5 algorithm to build a decision tree and obtain prediction rules. The results of the study were obtained using Confusion Matrix testing with a prediction accuracy rate of 70%. The ultimate goal of the student guidance prediction process is to have a higher percentage of "Yes" (need guidance) than "No" (don't need guidance) in the prediction results. Therefore, it can be stated that the prediction process model with the C4.5 algorithm is suitable for determining good decision-making results in terms of prediction, and the researcher hopes that after obtaining these results, the BK teacher at SMPN 1 Tembilahan can provide guidance as soon as possible and provide necessary guidance to students who need it.

Abstract

Game is one of the entertainment that is often chosen by the general public to fill their free time. The game itself has different types and according to the interests of the community to play the game. Examples of types of games in general include MOBA, Strategy, RPG and several other types of games that are often played by the public, especially game fans. In this study, we will focus on the types of games that are very popular among the public by using the a priori algorithm as an analytical method. The Apriori algorithm was chosen because it can determine the shape of the pattern in the types of games that are of interest so that the results of this study will be useful for the game sales industry in determining the types of games to be sold at game stores and game sales platforms. This study will use a minimum support value of 50% and a minimum confidence of 70% and the results of the analysis show that the types of games from Action, Adventure and RPG are the most popular game types and have a confidence value of 82% compared to RPG game types. , Strategy and Battle with a confidence value of 74%. These results indicate that the a priori algorithm will greatly help make it easier to find out the most popular type patterns based on the values ​​of the frequent items that have been analyzed.
