Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum places Dance as a subject that is given at the junior high school level (SMP) class VII at SMPN 1 Gunung Jati. The quality of dance learning is influenced by educational components in improving the quality of learning, one of which is by utilizing learning media. The subjects in the study were class VII students at SMPN 1 Gunung Jati who took the subject of Dance. The problems so far include; (1) Learning media for basic dance movements is difficult to display motion and sound in print media pages, (2) The impact of increasing the implementation of dance learning media with 2D animation videos. The purpose of this research is; 1) To display learning media for basic dance movements with 2D animation and sound, (2) To find out the increase in the implementation of dance learning media with 2D animation video.. This research method uses the ADDIE method which has 5 stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. ADDIE is a research method that is suitable for developing learning media because it is product oriented so it is suitable for developing 2D animated videos as learning media. The results of the normality test (Shapiro-Wilk) show a significant value of 0.082, this indicates that the results of the normality test have a significant value of more than 0.05. Therefore H0 is accepted, so that the application of 2D animation learning media has an impact on improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

Education means something that is crucial in life which aims to be able to improve the quality of human resources (HR). School is a learning home for students. Schools have a very important role and a sizable responsibility where schools must make students safe and comfortable and train all students in terms of discipline, one of which is the use of school attributes. All components related to the school must comply with all existing regulations. This study focuses on the use of attributes that should and must be used by all students every Wednesday in brown batik pants, using school symbols or logos, student names, flags, ranks and black shoes and socks. Based on this, this research was conducted to create a system with the clustering method to classify obedient and non-compliant classes and students in the use of attributes. The algorithm used is K-Means and data processing uses the Weka tool. The data generated and processed in this study were 61 data based on data on Wednesday 15 February 2023. The results of this study using the Weka processing tool showed that cluster 0, namely as many as 3 classes with indiscipline in the use of attributes, was absent and incomplete. While cluster 1 is as many as 23 classes with no and incomplete use of attributes. As for cluster 2, there are 35 classes with indiscipline in the use of no and incomplete attributes.

Abstract

The increasing public demand for chicken eggs has made chicken farming a business opportunity that many people are starting to look at. For now, chicken farmers, especially in the Kampung Baru Pungguang Kasiak Lubuk Alung area, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra, in collecting chicken eggs still use a manual method, namely by picking them up one by one from a chicken coop with an area of 50m x 8m, after which the eggs are then arranged in an egg holder, this is not effective and efficient in terms of time utilization. In this study, an egg collecting and arranging device will be designed to make it easier for farmers to harvest eggs, controlling it using Arduino Uno, infrared sensors, stepper motors, and limit switches. The results of the test on this tool are carried out by means of a tool that can arrange 30 eggs in a container automatically, then when the container is fully loaded, the container will stop automatically.

Abstract

Forum is a platform for exchanging information and ideas. In the digital era, information is highly valuable, and forums have become an appropriate means to obtain it. As a result, forums are now available in the form of applications. A forum application can provide numerous benefits to its users. In this study, a mobile forum application specifically designed for students of Paramadina University is developed. The presence of this student forum application is expected to enhance collaboration and foster discussions among students, thus enriching their learning experience at Paramadina University. The system development process of the forum application is carried out by applying object-oriented design principles, incorporating the creation of Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams. Consequently, the system design follows efficient and standard-compliant structures. The designed system is then implemented into a mobile application using the Dart programming language with Flutter framework. For the backend, the application is developed with Go programming language and MySQL relational database. The forum application developed in this study underwent comprehensive testing to ensure its accuracy and usability, using both blackbox and whitebox methods. The testing results indicated that the forum application functions well. Therefore, the forum application is considered suitable and can be used by students of Paramadina University to collaborate with each other.

Abstract

The election of the chairman of the Neighborhood Unit (RT)/(RW) is one of the democratic mechanisms carried out by the community at the RT/RW level to determine who will lead  of the community in the neighborhood where they live. Each (RT) and (RW) is led by the RT Chair and RW Chair. However, the process of selecting the head of the RT/RW Griya Satria Bukit Permata is still carried out by deliberation. A decision support system (DSS) is needed that can help the process of selecting RT/RW heads using the web-based Model-View-Controller (MVC) Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. Selection is carried out by analyzing and selecting the best candidates based on criteria namely loyalty, leadership, integrity, age and experience. The aim of this research is to create a DSS for the selection of RT/RW heads based on the TOPSIS method to assist in the selection of prospective RT/RW heads. The results of implementing can seek recommendations for candidates for RT/RW heads in an objective, directing a process for selecting RT/RW heads. Namely, with the result of Candidate A's preference value 0.896, Candidate B 0.756, C 0.477, D 0.432 and E 0.463. DSS for the selection of RT/RW heads using the TOPSIS method is suitable and can determine the results of the ranking of the five head candidates and five criteria and the implementation of DSS using the MVC TOPSIS method can work well to find out and make decisions about the RT/RW head candidates.

Abstract

Rainfall is a very important factor in daily life, especially in agriculture and water resources management. Accurate rainfall forecasts are essential to mitigate the impact of floods, droughts, and water shortages. This study aimed to predict rainfall in Tegal City using data on rainfall, temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure. Explore association rules to define relationships between elements to predict weather. Then, the data is processed using a priori algorithms to find patterns of relationships between variables in the data. The results showed that a priori algorithms can be used to find ways of association that can be used to predict rainfall in Tegal City. Based on the research results and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the Association Rule method using a priori algorithm can be applied quite well in rainfall forecasting simulations in Tegal City. Based on the analysis, it was found that some association rules have a lift ratio value greater than 1, thus indicating that these rules have a significant level of strength and can be relied upon as a guideline in forecasting rainfall in Tegal City. This method can help predict weather conditions and provide useful information for the public and authorities to decide on outdoor activities.

Abstract

Students are one of the important pillars in the life cycle of a higher education institution. One indicator of the success of a study program can be seen from the accuracy of the student's study period. The accuracy of a student's study period refers to the time schedule that the student must achieve from entering the study program to graduating, according to the time span determined by the university. At the Diploma Three (D-III) level, it is said to graduate on time if you have completed the equivalent of three academic years of study and not graduate on time if you have completed more than three academic years. Study. This research aims to influence the quality of study programs, so that it is used as an assessment criterion for accreditation by (BAN-PT). The results of this research are presented in accordance with the research conducted. The data used in this research is academic data for students of the Informatics Management Study Program (D-III) Class 2020 – 2022. The categories used are gender, major, IPS 1 to IPS 4, credits, and GPA. The test results using 129 training data and 40 test data obtained an accuracy of 97.50% using the Naive Bayes method with forward selection. There were 12 students who made late predictions and 28 students made correct predictions. So it can be stated that the Naive Bayes process model is suitable for use in determining good decision results in terms of prediction and classification.

Abstract

Zacozi Fishing Shop is a shop that sells various kinds of fishing equipment, from small to large. Through direct research at the Zacozi Pancing Shop, the problem was found that from year to year sales of fishing equipment at this shop experienced an erratic increase and decrease in sales every month. This happens because many goods are not sold out and there are many goods that consumers need but the stock of goods requested by consumers is insufficient. This is also because the shop does not have a system that can predict sales, so many products are not available for a long time. Therefore, it is necessary to have a sales prediction information system using the Trend Moment method to be able to predict sales of goods in the following month. The data used is fishing rod sales data from June 2022 to June 2023. With a sales prediction system using the Trend Moment method which can produce sales predictions for goods at the Zacozi Pancing Shop with an average success rate of 90%, it can help the shop in picking Actions that should be taken, especially in controlling product availability using the Trend Moment method so that stock shortages and excesses can be avoided.

Abstract

The problem that is often faced is that many mothers of couples of childbearing age do not understand how to choose a contraceptive method that is suitable for use. To address this problem among couples of reproductive age in choosing the most appropriate contraceptive method, the Analytical Hierarchy Process  (AHP)-Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is proposed to be utilized. It is expected to be beneficial in aiding the selection of a suitable contraceptive method for users. The objective of this research is to implement the AHP-TOPSIS method in a decision support system for choosing contraceptive methods for couples of reproductive age at the Gunung Labu Community Health Center. The results of the analysis using the AHP-TOPSIS method indicate that the appropriate contraceptive methods for couples of reproductive age are Implan, IUD, Birth Control Injection, and Birth Control Pills. The combination of AHP-TOPSIS in contraceptive method selection yields the conclusion that the Decision Support System (DSS) built in this research is expected to facilitate midwives in recommending contraceptive methods for couples of reproductive age. AHP method is employed to calculate the weights of each contraceptive method criterion. The results of the priority weight calculations for all criteria used in this study yielded a Consistency Index (CI) of 0.07. The analysis using the AHP-TOPSIS method resulted in Implan, IUD, Birth Control Injection, and Birth Control Pills being identified as the appropriate contraceptive methods for couples of reproductive age.

Abstract

Genetic Algorithm speed is determined by computation time. Computing time in AG for finding the optimum value is strongly influenced by the following parameters: population size, crossover probability (Pc), mutation probability (Pm), and the selected selection method. Pc is one of the essential parameters in AG. A chromosome that will reach the best solution can be obtained from the crossover process of the two parent chromosomes. The Pc value strongly influences the crossover process. Determining the appropriate and correct Pc value indicates how large the parent chromosome will experience crossover.The method used to analyze the effect of Pc on AG performance is changing the Pc value between 0.80-0.95. The simulation used MATLAB R2012b to obtain the best computational time for each Pc value. Meanwhile, the other AG parameters remained the same: Pm=0.05 and population size=100 for each change of Pc value.The test results using MATLABR2012b show that the fastest computing time is in the range of Pc values between 0.85-0.95 with an average computation time of 0.14564s. This indicates that for the case of optimizing the scheduling of courses in the Unimed Electrical Engineering study program, the Pc value between 0.85-0.95 will provide the fastest computation time.
