Abstract

Teachers as educators must be able to use the right learning media so that the desired learning objectives can be achieved. One of the learning media that is widely used is electronic media. The purpose of this study was to increase students' learning motivation in drawing regular pentagons by knowing one side and in a circle in class X BKP SMK Negeri 1 Bireuen through electronic media. The research was carried out for 3 months. The research subjects were students of class X BKP SMK Negeri 1 Bireuen for the 2016/2017 academic year. The number of students in class X BKP is 39 male students. The data obtained came from class X BKP students of SMK Negeri 1 Bireuen and teachers/collaborators who were collaborators in carrying out this research activity. Based on this research, it can be concluded that using Electronic Media can increase learning motivation for Basic Building Drawing subjects, especially the basic competence of Drawing Regular pentagons by knowing one side and in a circle for class X BKP students at SMK Negeri 1 Bireuen. 2016/2017 Academic Year. At the end of the first cycle, students who achieved complete learning were 46% (18 children), and 54% students who had not completed (21 children), while at the end of the second cycle, 92% (36 children) and 8% (3 children) have not achieved mastery learning. With an average grade of 67.07 for the first cycle and 83.79 for the second cycle. Meanwhile, in the initial conditions, the students' average score was 61.23 and only 23% of students completed. the results of non-test observations of the learning process showed changes in students being more active during the learning process

Abstract

The current era of digitalization 4.0 requires teachers to be able to present learning content that can help deliver learning materials and make it easier for students to receive material. The role of the teacher becomes the center of attention of stakeholders for the success of the quality of student learning. Mastery of ICT for teachers is the key to success in being able to integrate it into learning. This study aims to determine the use of learning media on the Central Java Smart portal, and factual studies on the use of ICT-based learning media on the Central Java Smart portal for PAUD level content as far as this research is used. The research method used in this study is a survey research design with qualitative descriptive techniques. This means that this study aims to produce data analysis through instruments including; questionnaires, interviews, documents, and observations. The results of the study indicate that the implication is that ICT service managers in the Central Java Province need to strengthen the socialization and training and mentoring of ICT for teachers on an ongoing basis. This outreach and training is necessary to ensure the integration of ICT in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the problems of learning urban biology and to explore the characteristics of learning urban biology at SMAN 1 Bojonggede. The research method used in this study is a case study which is qualitative research with a descriptive design, where the researcher conducts a detailed exploration of an event, process, activity of more or one person by means of interviews or observations with resource persons, with data collection techniques. in the form of interviews and observations of biology teachers at SMAN 1 Bojonggede in Bojong Gede District, Bogor Regency, West Java. The data analysis techniques used are 1) Data collection, 2) Data reduction, 3) Data presentation, 4) Data analysis, and 5) Conclusions. In the interview, the research team asked several questions to the informants, including 1) How is the process of biology learning activities in urban areas, 2) about literacy in urban areas, 3) about the practicum process carried out in urban schools, and 4) the use of the internet in urban areas. urban area. Most of the interviews that have been conducted on urban biology learning activities at SMAN 1 Bojonggede mostly use internet-related devices to support learning activities. The conclusion in this study is that the characteristics of urban biology learning activities at SMAN 1 Bojonggede use media related to the internet to support learning.

Abstract

The growing flow of globalization makes all countries and levels of society able to accept the entry and exit of outside influences on various aspects of life. The flow of globalization followed by technological developments can have a considerable impact on society, especially for teenagers who can affect their lifestyle and will have various positive and negatif impacts on these changes. This study aims to describe the role of teachers both at school and in the community in overcoming the negatif impact of social media related to juvenile delinquency at Sepaso Junior High School, Bengalon and what efforts have been made by the school and community leaders to tackle juvenile delinquency. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study utilizes data collection techniques in terms of interviews, document analysis, observation, documentation, and drawing structured conclusions as a support for the completeness of analysis and research so that it requires skills for researchers in terms of recording and collecting research data. The results of this study can be concluded that the role of teachers and the community in guiding a teenager is important so that teenagers are no longer wrong in terms of using social media as a means of broad information. The implication of the school is to hold regular socialization with students or parents of SMP Sepaso Bengalon students in order to find out the negatif impact of social media and how to use social media correctly and the information that is searched on social media can be according to the age of the students as well as an educator always guides and directs his students to always do positive activities. Meanwhile, the implication of the community is that community leaders always create a positive environment for teenagers with a minimal environment for crime and parents provide a positive environment in their homes and work together between schools and community leaders in guiding or supervising the activities of the students. teenagers to stay away from activities that are included in the juvenile delinquency section.

Abstract

From previous research, during the implementation of micro teaching students often experience several problems, such as lack of mastery of learning materials, difficulties in making lesson plans, inconsistent duration of time, feelings of pressure, low self-confidence and lack of teaching motivation. These problems resulted in the results of student practice being less than optimal. Based on the existing problems, researchers are interested in conducting further research related to the problems experienced by students when practicing micro teaching at STIQ Amuntai. The purpose of this study was to identify the problems that occurred to students in the implementation of micro teaching at the Amuntai College of Al-Quran Science (STIQ). The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques in this study used observation techniques, online interviews using google forms and documentation of STIQ Amuntai students. The results showed that there were several problems faced by students when practicing micro teaching, including lack of confidence, difficulty in speaking Indonesian, difficulty in determining strategies or methods, difficulties in conveying learning objectives, difficulties in choosing and using media, difficulties in apperception, difficulties in explaining. materials, and difficulties in making lesson plans.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the principal in building a public image, to know the strategis steps taken by the principal and to find out the problems and solutions taken in building public cintra at SMK NU Darussalam, Srono District. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is interactive analysis. The results of the research conducted are; Petama, SMK NU Darussalam, Srono District, has a very good and positive image in the eyes of the public. This can be seen from the many participations of the community who are willing to send their children to school at SMK NU Darussalam, Srono District, even though they are still new schools. Second, in taking the decision of the principal, always be firm and think openly, the thing that is no less important is that before finally taking a decision, the principal of SMK NU Darussalam, Srono District, conducts deliberations to find consensus so that the decisions taken do not reap conflicts, especially internal conflicts. Third, in general, the problems faced by SMK NU Darussalam Srono District are facilities and infrastructure and facilities that are still minimal, besides that there are still some teachers who are still pessimistic about other schools. Some solutions that must be done are that the principal gives motivation to teachers to continue to take a humanist approach to the surrounding community in the hope that the community will be more convinced that SMK NU Darussalam Srono District is the right choice.

Abstract

Mendeley is an application that makes it easy for us to create footnotes and bibliography on journal articles, make reports, coursework, theses, theses, dissertations, and others. Many applications are used to make it easier for someone to write in accordance with the rules / rules in scientific writing, such as Endnote. However, the Mendeley application is not only easy, it is also free to use or easy to download. This type of research is qualitative research. Qualitative research can be used to view data through in-depth observations of the research focus, interacting with implementers in the field so as to obtain information from informants. The research method is by observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the use of the Mendeley application for students in writing scientific works in the form of a thesis. From the research that has been done by researchers, almost all respondents understand how to use the Mendeley application, but there are still respondents who still do not understand how to operate the Mendeley application. This is because when attending training on how to use the Mendeley application there are still students who are not serious and also do not attend during the training process

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the entrepreneurial motivation of students who use the audio-visual e-module as a learning resource by utilization, the effect of using the audio-visual e-module on managing the business as a learning resource by utilization with learning outcomes, and the impact of entrepreneurial motivation on managing learning outcomes. By utilizing student entrepreneurial practice learning outcomes, a business can be used as a source of learning. Quantitative methods with questionnaires and tests were used to analyze the data. The research subjects were 50 students consisting of 25 control class students and 25 experimental class students. Linear Regression Test Technique using SPSS version 24 is used to determine the effect of student entrepreneurship motivation with student learning outcomes. This study concludes that (1) the entrepreneurial motivation of students using the audio-visual e-module to manage their business as a learning resource is in the very good category; (2) There is a significant influence from the use of the audio-visual e-module in managing the business as a learning resource; (3) There is a significant effect between the entrepreneurial motivation of students who use the audio-visual e-module to manage their business as a learning resource and their utilization of the learning outcomes of entrepreneurial practices. The findings of this study have implications for the discovery that the audio-visual electronic module on business management as a relevant learning resource is applied to learning Entrepreneurship courses.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to describe the planning of academic supervision, the strategy for implementing academic supervision and the evaluation of academic supervision carried out by PAI supervisors in increasing PAI teacher professionalism in public schools in the Malang district. The research design used was case study method with a qualitative approach. The participants enrolled in this study were PAI supervisors, PAI teachers, school principals, and curriculum representatives. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analyses used were based on Miles, Huberman and Saldana theory which consisted of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results show that: (1) the academic supervision planning which is carried out at the beginning of the year is based on the Pokjawas PAI programs and the evaluation results of the PAI supervisor program in the previous year; (2) the academic supervision is carried out individually and classically with a friendliness approach. In individual supervision, PAI supervisors conduct assessment of learning administration, RPP, learning implementation in the class, and learning assessment. In classical supervision, PAI supervisors provide guidance on the preparation of learning administration, IT-based learning models and media, and learning assessment; (3) the result evaluation of academic supervision is conducted by analyzing the results of academic supervision. The advantages and disadvantages of academic supervision findings are directly communicated to PAI teachers and principals to follow-up. Good findings should be maintained and improved, while poor findings should be corrected with the guidance of PAI supervisors.

Abstract

PAI values ​​were applied in SMP PGRI 05 Tirtoyudo, Malang Regency. This was inseparable from the participation of teachers, school principals and parents. This study aimed to describe the program, the implementation, and the factors that affect the implementation of PAI values ​​in students in SMP PGRI 05 Tirtoyudo Malang Regency. The research design used was phenomenological method with a qualitative approach. The respondents consisted of PAI teachers, vice principal for student affairs,  school principals and students. Data collection used was observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis included data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results show that the implementation of PAI values program ​​includes moral values, worship and muamalah. The program implementation is conducted in daily, weekly, monthly, annually, and incidental basis. The daily acivities include (greeting the teacher before entering the class, doing the Duha, doing the Duhur prayer, and praying at the beginning and the end of the lesson). The weekly activities include (wearing Muslim clothings every Friday, doing the Friday prayer and conducting the Friday infak). The monthly activites include (doing the istighotsah and spiritual recharging on Friday legi). The annual activities include PHBI and the incidental activities include (visiting the sick students and doing the takziyah when a family member dies). The factors that affect the implementation of PAI values ​​consist of internal factors (habits, awareness and motivation, students' ability to interact) and external factors (teacher’s exemplary, principal policy, parents, friends, facilities and infrastructure and the living environment)
