Jago Mentor is an acronym for Learning with Google Classroom, Google Meet, and evaluation with Auto Proctor. Learning in the 12th grade Network System Administration subject is conducted online using Google Classroom where the teacher uploads assignments and materials in the form of modules as well as learning videos and practical tutorial videos. Then the teacher reflects and controls with students on the material and assignments that have been given through Google Classroom through virtual face-to-face meetings using Google Meet. In the evaluation process, the teacher uses the Google Form application that helps Auto Proctor. The use of Auto Proctor can assist teachers in supervising students while working on evaluation questions, although not directly. The application of Jago Mentor makes students more disciplined in participating in online learning and students are more serious, honest, and responsible in carrying out the evaluation process.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the parenting pattern of parents towards their children. Parenting patterns are habits that parents do to their children such as nurturing, guiding and leading their children in the family. However, this is not the case with toxic parenting. In this toxic parenting style, parents will treat their children badly, for example, controlling their children too much, yelling at children, verbally abusing them, blaming children, criticizing and being selfish with the aim of being for the good of their children. But in reality, this condition will make children depressed, depressed, stressed, and not confident. The purpose of the study was to determine the characteristics of toxic parenting of children in the family by using the literature study method with data collection techniques in the form of information from written sources. Based on the results of research on toxic parenting, it can be concluded that toxic parenting is very dangerous and has a large negative effect on the development of children in the future. This is because this kind of parenting has a link that the child will do when he grows up and has children, because he thinks that the parenting style carried out by his parents is good. To avoid toxic parenting, parents must try to recognize their child's behavior, provide opportunities for children, control emotions and establish good communication with children.

Abstract

The ability to read is one of the aspects of language that students in elementary school need to learn. The success of students in learning is influenced by the mastery of students' reading skills at the beginning level. The impact of the Covid-19 virus makes it difficult for grade 1 elementary school students to read so that they have difficulty understanding the material presented by the teacher through online learning. For this reason, steps were taken to implement the strategy by holding "Reading Lessons". Through this strategy, it is hoped that: 1) the students' initial reading ability will increase; 2) understand the supporting and inhibiting factors of teachers in implementing strategies to improve students' early reading skills. The research design used descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were teachers and first grade students of SDN 1 Bawu Jepara. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) the "Les Reading" strategy can improve students' initial reading skills through: a) planning (teacher preparation in delivering materials and using learning methods and media; b) implementing strategies (learning steps and student participation); and 2) The supporting factors for the strategy are parents, school policies, and the availability of learning media. While the inhibiting factors for the strategy are internal to the students and the limited time for implementation.
