Abstract

This paper aims to find out how the communication strategy of developing soldiers to strengthen the character of the new adolescent soldiers of the TNI AD Hubdam XIV/Hasanuddin as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the communication strategy of developing soldiers towards strengthening the character of the adolescent soldiers of the TNI AD Hubdam XIV/Hasanuddin. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The results showed that the communication strategy applied in strengthening the character of the new teenage soldiers of the TNI AD Hubdam XIV/Hasanuddin was in accordance with the steps of preparing the communication strategy expressed by (Anwar Arifin, 2015) which began with the stage of getting to know the audience, compiling messages, choosing the appropriate method. used. Abstract

This paper aims to determine how the influence of leadership style on the performance of the cooperative employees of PT. Bosowa Maros Cement. This study uses quantitative analysis methods, the population in this study are employees of the cooperative PT. Bosowa Maros Cement. The number of samples used as respondents in this study were 36 respondents. Based on the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient, obtained by 0.56. By looking at the results and the guideline table for the interpretation of the correlation coefficient, it can be concluded that there is a fairly good relationship between leadership style and the performance of the cooperative employees of PT. Semen Bosowa Maros, because it is in the correlation coefficient interval of 0.40-0.599 (good enough) which is 0.56. The calculation of the coefficient of determination shows that the influence of leadership style on the performance of the cooperative employees of PT. Semen Bosowa Maros by 31%. While 69% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Based on the calculation of the t test, it gets a value of 10,408. While the t table is 3.601. Because t count is greater than t table. Then the leadership style (X) has a significant effect on the performance of the cooperative employees of PT. Bosowa Maros Cement

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the leadership style of the village head. The research method used is a qualitative approach, which is to describe the phenomena that occur in the community towards leadership styles to encourage increased performance of village officials. The results showed that basically the village head in improving the performance of his apparatus used a charismatic leadership style, liazez faire and democracy in motivating his apparatus to work better. However, in its application, it is more dominant to use a democratic leadership style to encourage village officials to be more motivated in carrying out village government tasks. This can be proven by using an example (role model), namely a leader who becomes a role model and can set an example, is positive and optimistic about realizing (vision & mission), a leader who is able to meet the needs of his subordinates in carrying out village government tasks. Furthermore, in the aspect of alignment (discipline) that is being able to work together, synergize with each other in aligning the entire organizational system and empowerment (passion), a leader must be able to create a good work environment so that the organization can run well to achieve effective and efficient goals

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze how the government's level of satisfaction has so far been and how the inevitability of prospective leaders who will compete in the 2024 election celebrations for newcomers. The methodology used in this study uses a library research approach, starting with a search for articles using the keywords of government policies in the fields of economics, law, social and democratic and political dynamics ahead of the 2024 elections in the Scopus and Google Scholar the 2015-2022 period and then reviewedbased on four stages, including: 1) Search for articles, 2) Mapping discussion topics, 3). Topic analysis, and 4). Further analysis with the support of credible data that has been published by credible survey institutions. Abstract

This paper aims to find out how the level of education of sub-district officials with service performance at the Kajuara District office, Bone Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with a survey approach, which is research that takes a sample from one population and uses questionnaires as a data measurement tool. Data collection techniques through questionnaires (questionnaire) and documentation. This study used a sample of 100. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of sub-district leadership on increasing the work motivation of civil servants in Bontomatene District, Selayar Regency. This research was conducted in the area of ​​the Bontomatene District Office, Selayar Regency. In this study the authors used a survey research basis. While the type of research used was to obtain research data, the population used by the author was all employees of the Bontomatene District office, Selayar Regency, while the informants were the Bontomatene Sub-District Head and the Bontomatene Sub-District Secretary. The sampling technique in this study is the purposive sample method. To collect the required data the author collects data through: Library research, field research, interviews, questionnaires and online data tracking. The collected data will be analyzed using a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the leadership of the sub-district head which influences employee motivation seen from planning is quite good. This can be seen with an average score of 2.2 which shows that the planning carried out by the Bontomatene Sub-District Head is in the moderate category. All employees have been involved in planning the sub-district work program, but the resulting score is still in the moderate category. Therefore, employee involvement still needs to be improved. In addition to planning indicators, researchers also use indicators of effective communication. The communication carried out by the Bontomatene sub-district head to his subordinates still needs to be improved.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out what factors influence the low level of community participation and efforts to increase community participation in the construction of residential environmental facilities in Balannipa Village. This type of research is quantitative research with a population of 100 respondents using probability sampling. Data analysis techniques using the Chi-Square Test and SWOT analysis. The results of this study explain that of the 6 variables analyzed, the factors that influence low community participation are age (X1) and type of work (X4), so that efforts to increase community participation are formulated, namely budget transparency, overseeing and supervising the use of allocated funds, maximizing manpower and time owned, all forms of aspirations and ideas must be accommodated, considered, and evaluated, manage and maintain facilities, infrastructure, and/or public service facilities in an effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable and sustainable and responsible manner, in the process of exemption land, referring to the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 36 of 2005 Chapter II Article 4 (1) Concerning Land Acquisition, as well as constructing environmental facilities by paying attention to environmental sustainability aspects life.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out an analysis of how to build and strengthen the Oversight System in the Implementation of the 2024 Election Stages in Indonesia. The methodology used in this study uses a literature study approach, and data collection is carried out by examining and exploring reputable scientific journals and other supporting documents related to the focus of the study. The results of the study concluded that first, supervision must cover all stages of the election, starting from the preparation, implementation, to the announcement of the results. This will ensure that the electoral process is fair and transparent. Second, the surveillance system must be supported by sophisticated and secure technology. In this case, election organizers need to ensure that their system can detect and prevent cyber manipulation and attacks. Third, the oversight system must include active and involved public participation. This can be achieved by conducting training and providing sufficient information to voters and the general public about the electoral process, as well as providing easy access to election supervisors and observers. Fourth, the role of election supervisors and observers must be recognized and respected by all parties involved in elections. , including election administrators, political parties, and prospective candidates. This will ensure that election supervisors and observers can carry out their duties effectively and without pressure or threats and fifth, an effective monitoring system must be supported by clear and firm rules and laws.

Abstract

This papers aims to analyze how the supervisory function of the Sinjai Regency DPRD is carried out regarding the policies of the Sinjai Regent and what obstacles are faced by the Sinjai Regency DPRD in implementing the supervisory function of the Sinjai Regent's policies. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the supervisory function of the Sinjai Regency DPRD has not implemented a systematic oversight mechanism, meaning that even though the supervision carried out by each commission is scheduled by the secretariat of the council, not most of the monitoring results are not followed up according to the mechanism in the DPRD. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit of Satpol-PP in controlling immoral behavior in Sinjai Regency. The type of research used is qualitative. The results of the study show that from the point of view of handling complaint reports, action procedures, raids to the handling and resolution of asusia problems. In addition, the reduction in the number of reported immoral violations is currently based on the work system of the civil service police unit of the Sinjai district in involving community participation in providing information/complaints and how the activity procedure goes well.
