This study aims to see and examine the leadership communication model in improving employee work discipline at PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk, Sembawa Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin III Regency, with a sample size of 75 people. The research method used in this research is quantitative with the aim of knowing the leadership communication model in improving the work discipline of employees at PT. Malindo Feedmill, Tbk using the product map formula, while the research instrument for obtaining data in the field is a school questionnaire that is created and developed by the author himself based on the development of relevant theories with research variables and research indicators. Trying to provide an overview of what is there, by researching, then analyzing it to find related problems. The results of calculations using the current product formula to see the leadership communication model in improving the work discipline of employees of PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk in Sembawa Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin III Regency is 0.769, while the determinant r (r2) is 59.13%, the remaining is 40.87%; by other factors not examined in this study.

The current COVID-19 pandemic has led to more social segregation among the world’s people, including in Indonesia. This pandemic has created social, economic, and political inequality. The turning point for getting out of this pandemic is when the COVID-19 vaccine is discovered. This article discusses how politics plays a role in the vaccination program in Indonesia. The vaccination program has already started to be implemented in January 2021, following the issues of an emergency use approval (EUA) permit by Indonesia’s Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (Indonesia: Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM)) and a halal (sacred) fatwa by the Indonesian Ulema Council (Indonesian: Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI)). At some stages of policy implementation, the government has not even been able to provide valid data related to the vaccination program. In this article, researchers explore the problems emerging concerning the COVID-19 vaccination program. Furthermore, researchers analyze the political agenda that is possible to become a health, social, and economic policy intervention in the corridor of the perspective of sociology.

The study aims to describe the role of parents in children who run in with the law. It employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the research objects. The findings showed that parents’ role in children who run in with the law is important because they are responsible for building children’s character and the communication patterns they apply to determine how close they are. The communication patterns applied by parents when talking with the children who run in with the law are various, including permissive and authoritarian.

This paper aims to find out how the communication strategy of developing soldiers to strengthen the character of the new adolescent soldiers of the TNI AD Hubdam XIV/Hasanuddin as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the communication strategy of developing soldiers towards strengthening the character of the adolescent soldiers of the TNI AD Hubdam XIV/Hasanuddin. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The results showed that the communication strategy applied in strengthening the character of the new teenage soldiers of the TNI AD Hubdam XIV/Hasanuddin was in accordance with the steps of preparing the communication strategy expressed by (Anwar Arifin, 2015) which began with the stage of getting to know the audience, compiling messages, choosing the appropriate method. used. The supporting factor in the communication strategy of developing soldiers for strengthening the character of the youth soldiers of the TNI AD Hubdam XIV/Hasanuddin is the positive perception of the coaches and senior soldiers towards the new soldiers who are believed to be able to carry out their duties and work well and can fill the positions left by the soldiers. seniors as a form of regeneration. This study aims to analyze students' financial literacy abilities in terms of Bugisneese gender differences (oroane, makkunrai, calabai, and calalai) in solving math problems using a survey method of 309 XI graders of public senior high schools in Soppeng Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The data collection techniques were carried out using a financial literacy test and gender diversity questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using ANOVA with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25 (trial version). The research results showed that there were differences in students' financial literacy abilities, especially between students with an oroane and makkunrai gender tendency. The financial literacy abilities of students who tend to gender with feminine roles (makkunrai and calabai) are better than students who tend to gender with masculine roles (oroane and calalai). These results construct the knowledge that differences in students' financial literacy abilities in terms of solving mathematics problems do not only occur in sex differences (binary gender roles) cases but also involve differences in non-binary gender roles. Therefore, gender role differences need to be considered in integrating learning mathematics with financial literacy.

Nature Republic is one company that uses brand ambassadors to attract consumer interest. Nature Republic is also one of the most famous beauty products among beauty enthusiasts. This study determined the effectiveness of using NCT 127 as a brand ambassador for Nature Republic skincare products among fans. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods by distributing the questionnaire to 100 respondents on social media Twitter who are followers of the @nctzenbase account with a Likert scale. The result of this study is that the NCT 127 brand ambassador is proven to be effectively used by Nature Republic by looking at the values in the ViscCAP theory. This study proves that the indicator power is the most effective VisCAP indicator on NCT 127 as a brand ambassador.

On YouTube, users can freely comment on various posts, making it a widely used social media platform. However, this feature can also lead to instances of hate speech and inappropriate language. A recent study aimed to analyze such instances of hate speech within the comments section of the Hot Shot account on YouTube SCTV. Specifically, the study examined the news content titled 'Exciting! Lesti Kejora Officially Reports Rizky Billar on Allegations of Domestic Violence. The researchers used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method and identified six comments that fell into the category of hate speech. These comments were found to be insulting and intimidating, such as 'Once domestic violence will always be domestic violence', 'No thanks', and 'Who is Lesti? God?'. Certain words used in the comments were found to promote hate speech, including 'human' and 'trash'. Such comments can have a negative impact on the individuals they are directed towards and perpetuate a culture of hate speech. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat representasi motivasi yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu “Sebusur Pelangi” karya NonaRia berdasarkan analisis semiotika Roland Barthes. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian dengan cara menganalisis guna untuk merepresentasikan interpretasi dari bahan tertulis yaitu lirik lagu. Berdasarkan konteksnya, dalam hal ini berupa pemaknaan dalam ranah motivasi yang berusaha disampaikan NonaRia untuk pendengar lagunya. Perihal motivasi, pada penelitian ini menggunakan salah satu bagian dari konsep yang dikemukakan oleh Abraham Maslow guna untuk menyatukan interpretasi antara peneliti dan pembaca terkait motivasi. Teori yang menjadi dasar penelitian ini adalah teori semiotika Roland Barthes dengan metode analisis yang berfokus pada tiga elemen utama yaitu denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, studi pustaka dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian didapat dengan menggunakan analisis semiotika Roland Barthes, dengan cara menganalisis setiap baitnya karena dalam penggunaannya lirik tersebut menggunakan kalimat sebagai perumpamaan. Penelitian ini menemukan hasil bahwasanya makna yang terkandung dalam lagu “Sebusur Pelangi” ini adalah suatu pesan motivasi untuk tetap selalu berpengharapan atas segala kesulitan yang terjadi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan oleh pelatih Sekolah Sepak Bola Lubang Buaya dalam memotivasi pemain pada saat proses latihan. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dan subjek dari penelitian ini adalah pelatih dan pemain Sekolah Sepak Bola Lubang Buaya. Adapun objek dari penelitian ini adalah proses komunikasi interpersonal pelatih dengan pemain. Teori yang digunakan yaitu Teori Penetrasi Sosial. Teknis Analisis Data dilakukan dengan cara Pengumpulan Data, Penyajian Data, Reduksi Data, serta Penarikan Kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Triangulasi yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu Motivasi yang diberikan oleh pelatih dari tim U-15 Sekolah Sepak Bola Lubang Buaya berjalan dalam komunikasi interpersonal meliputi empat tahap. Pada Tahap Orientasi yaitu tahap dimana pelatih melakukan pendekatan terhadap pemain baru dengan cara perkenalan mendasar seperti pengenalan karakter pemain. Pada Tahap Pertukaran Penjajakan Afektif yaitu tahap dimana pemain mulai berani menyampaikan permasalahan motivasi nya kepada pelatih. Pelatih juga cukup terbuka dan memberikan solusi terkait permasalahan yang dialami pemain. Pada Tahap Pertukaran Afektif yaitu tahap dimana pada saat peregangan pasca latihan, pelatih memberikan intruksi dan evaluasi terkait hasil latihan. Pelatih mengumpulkan beberapa pemain yang terlihat gugup, lalu pelatih memberikan semangat dan motivasi kepada pemain tersebut. Pemain pun lebih terbuka dalam berkomunikasi dengan pelatih. Interaksi terjalin dengan tanpa beban dan santai. Pada Tahap Pertukaran Stabil yaitu tahap dimana keterbukaan hubungan yang terjalin antara pelatih dan pemain secara keseluruhan. Tidak terjadi ketegangan atau kecanggungan dari hubungan pelatih dan pemain. Motivasi dari pemain berasal dari motivasi ekstrinsik, karena pelatih sangat aktif dalam memberikan semangat, dorongan, dan juga dukungan kepada pemain untuk lebih berprestasi.

Concern for disasters has become the consciousness of every individual, including the people of Cijengkol Village, Subang, West Java. Moreover, disasters can occur at any time and disrupt people's life patterns. This readiness continues to be communicated so that mitigation for all elements of society can be understood and implemented. Through the delivery of information and education in the form of counseling, it is hoped that it can build a culture of awareness of natural, non-natural and social disasters. This counseling method is carried out directly from the initial discussion of the problem to counseling and evaluation which is part of community service activities. As a result, the people of Cijengkol Village, Subang, West Java were cognitively able to understand disasters and their types and became a concern for joint anticipation. Meanwhile, effectively and conatively are not yet completely binding, elements of society should also act as saviors, not wanting to be saved as the main mindset. So that disaster awareness no longer belongs to stakeholders but to the general public who fully implement it.
