Abstract

The study aim for know factors influence implementation development capacity Source Power Man Apparatus at the Luwu Regency Civil Service Agency. Study This held in region Regency Luwu with focus on Body Staffing Regency Luwu And In this research the author uses the descriptive type, Basic study is a survey. In study used technique data collection with method : Literature study (library research), Observation, Interview, namely interview direct with respondents who have determined, and Questionnaire. Population in study This is all over apparatus government Regency Luwuk is there on Luwu Regency Civil Service Agency . Sample In study This taken 3 Assistants, Head Part 12, Head Sexy 34 people with use technique purposive sampling. Data analysis for obtain description about condition every variable in a way single thing done with table frequency with analysis descriptive with determine range scale. The research results show that there are factors that influence the implementation of Human Resources development apparatus is a low level of understanding of Work Systems and Procedures, a lack of budget allocation, and facilities and infrastructure that are still lacking.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of professionalism of the apparatus on community satisfaction in providing services at the Manggala District Office and the influence of apparatus professionalism on community satisfaction in services at the Manggala District Office. This research uses a quantitative research type. The results of the research hypothesis test show that all the independent variables of professionalism (skill, readiness, and responsibility) have a significant effect on the level of public satisfaction in getting services at the Manggala Subdistrict Office, then the variable that has the most influence is the employee readiness variable, namely the ability of employees to adapt to the method. New ways of working in providing services, including readiness to use completely digital computer technology.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the leadership role of the Head of Service in increasing employee performance motivation at the Pangkep Regency Education Office and analyze the factors that influence this leadership. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and literature study. The research results show that the leadership of the Head of Service at the Pangkep Regency Education Service is reflected in the level of employee involvement in program planning, a moderate level of communication, consistent giving of rewards, low levels of punishment, and moderate supervision of employee activities. Factors that influence the leadership of the Head of Service include the level of education, experience, authority, and aspects of heredity. However, the majority of respondents considered that hereditary factors did not have a significant influence on the leadership of the Head of the Pangkep Regency Education Service.

Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of the National Education Standards Policy at North Luwu Elementary School using a naturalistic qualitative approach. The results show that the implementation of national standards is guided by government content standards. Even though the teaching staff and infrastructure are adequate, the main problem lies in inadequate funding. Educational assessment standards are uniform in all schools, including in student final exams.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen dalam peningkatan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara. serta faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen di Kantor Camat Malangke Barat Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Sedangkan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sample yaitu mengambil sampel secara subjektif yang dianggap representatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran penting manajemen dalam mekanisme suatu organisasi sangat tergantung pada penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang digunakan organisasi tersebut. Pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen dapat dioptimalkan melalui indikator-indikator sebagai berikut: Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan dan Pengawasan. Kemudian dari proses-proses pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen dalam peningkatan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kantor Camat Malangke Barat Kabupaten Luwu Utara, terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen, yaitu: sistem dan prosedur kerja, komunikasi, sarana dan prasarana serta anggaran.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze how implementation of e-Government policy in the Implementing Unit Technical Hall Testing And Certification Quality Goods, Service Trading South Sulawesi Province. Study This was carried out in the Implementation Unit Technical because Makassar, as the Mother city of South Sulawesi Province, has applied public-based electronic. Study This nature is descriptive. The population covers Implementation Unit apparatus Technical Hall Testing And Certification Quality Goods, services/agencies government area, as well member public. Sample taken with purposive sampling method. For collecting primary data and secondary, I used method observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Collected data was analyzed using technique analysis descriptive quantitative data supported by qualitative data. Results study show that the system service-based computer in the Implementation Unit Technical Hall Testing And Certification Quality Goods Service Trading South Sulawesi Province is functioning well based on some indicators used​ in the study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the recruitment of the 2024 Election Organizing Adhoc Agency, especially in the recruitment of PPK and PPS at the Sinjai Regency KPU, as well as to identify the obstacles and impacts that arise after the recruitment is carried out. This research uses qualitative descriptive-analytical methods. The results show that the implementation of recruitment for the 2024 Election Organizing Adhoc Body at the Sinjai Regency KPU has proceeded according to the stages regulated by the Indonesian KPU. Socialization has been done through social media such as Facebook (KPU Sinjai) and Instagram (@kpu_sinjai). However, overall, the implementation of recruitment has not been effective because the preparation of files and registration via the SIAKBA application (Information System for KPU Adhoc Agency Members) as well as the online CAT test are still having network problems, thus detrimental to prospective applicants. Apart from that, the results of the interview test are still influenced by the interests of insiders close to the selection team. Obstacles in recruiting an Ad Hoc Election Organizing Body at the Sinjai Regency KPU include the problem of an unstable internet network and the readiness of human resources for prospective organizers, not all of whom can understand the SIAKBA application and CAT test.

Abstract

This research​ aims to explain the draft from Service Empowerment Public And Village Regency Sinjai regarding the frame increase capacity apparatus village. Technique study is a method qualitative, study This in the data collection process includes observation, interviews, and documentation. As for the informant on the study the head of the Sinjai Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service, Head of Field Government Village, Governance Section​ Village, Sexy Development Capacity Apparatus Village, Apparatus Villages in the Regency Sinjai. The technique developed data analysis that is Data Reduction, Presentation Data, and Data Verification. The draft from Service Empowerment Public And Village increases the capacity of the government village with mentoring, training, and most importantly, building coordination between government villages in support of the governance process of managing government villages. Abstract

This research aims to find out how village fund management increases the economy of people in the village of The Moncongloelappara Subdistrict Snout Regency Maros.
