Abstract

Remaja merupakan masa transisi perubahan dari anak anak menjadi dewasa. Dalam prosesnya terdapat berbagai macam perubahan yang terjadi dalam tubuhnya baik secara fisik, psikis dan seksualitas. Selama fase ini berlansung remaja menjadi memiliki rasa keingin tahuan yang besar, menyukai petualangan dan tantangan juga berani mengambil resiko atas perbuatannya tanpa pertimbangan yang matang. Hal ini menjadikan seks edukasi penting untuk diberikan kepada remaja, akan tetapi anggapan bahwasannya seks edukasi itu masih tabu dan canggung untuk dibahas remaja terkadang kesulitan untuk bertanya begitu pun dengan orang tua nya, mereka kesulitan dalam memberikan informasi mengenai itu semua, termasuk remaja dan orang tua di Kampung KB Gugunungan Desa Jelekong Kabupaten Bandung. KP KB Gugunungan memiliki sebuah program yang mampu menyongkong kegiatan dalam memberikan edukasi kepada remaja disana mengenai seks edukasi, namun dalam penyampaiannya masih menggunakan Teknik presentasi yang sederhana atau konvensional tanpa alat bantu materi yang representatif Tujuan perancangan ini untuk memberikan edukasi remaja di Kampung KB Gugunungan mengenai pubertas dan cara menjaga kebersihannya selain itu untuk memberikan Kampung KB Gugunungan media yang mengakomodasi penyuluhan program BKR dalam menyampaikan salah satu materinya dengan menggunakan media motion graphic. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah metode deskriptif-kualitatif yang difokuskan dalam pembahasan analisa mengenai pubertas, remaja, KP KB, hingga perancangan motion graphic. Dengan adanya media edukasi motion graphic untuk media edukasi dalam kegiatan penyuluhan kepada remaja mengenai pubertas sehingga remaja dapat memahami perubahan pada tubuh dan mulai menjaga kebersihan tubuhnya.

Abstract

Ethnic and cultural diversity as well as a large number of urban districts does not make Aceh Province devoid of tourist visits, both national and foreign tourists. Each year there is an increase in the number of tourists, and it interests the author to find out more about the concept developed by the Aceh provincial government in developing existing tourist areas to be able to optimize every tourism area to attract tourists. This study used a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques by interview and literature study, interviews were conducted with the Head of the Communication Development and Marketing Strategy Section of the Aceh Culture and Tourism Office, Mr. M. Syahputra AZ, while a literature study done to add to the literature and data related to the research. This study found that the concept of developing a tourism area carried out by the Aceh Provincial Culture and Tourism Office is to divide the tourism area into three main areas, Area one includes Banda Aceh, Aceh Besar, and Sabang. The second area covers the central region, Aceh Tengah, Bener Meriah, and Gayo Lues, and the third area includes Simeulue and Singkil, where each area has its own tourist attraction.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the impact of leadership style, work discipline, organizational culture, and employee performance at CV. Indo Karya Teknik Pameungpeuk-Bandung, as well as to analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance in the company. The theory that will be used in this research is organizational communication theory. The data analysis will utilize regression and correlation analysis. The statistical calculations will be done using multiple regression. The research method employed in this study is a quantitative approach with a descriptive and verificative approach. The population of this study consists of a total of 69 employees at CV. Indo Karya Teknik Pameungpeuk-Bandung. Data collection will be conducted through questionnaire distribution. The results of the analysis indicate that leadership style, work discipline, and organizational culture have a significant impact on employee performance. This is evidenced by the coefficient of determination, which shows that the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance is 62.1%.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the drinks often consumed by the people of Indonesia. Nowadays, it become a lifestyle among communities. Manglayang Coffee is an SMEs founded in 2011 by Mr. Dadan R Wijaya, located in Panjalu Village, Bandung Regency. Manglayang Coffee is a product of collaboration between Manglayang Coffee and Forest Farmers Groups in the West Manglayang BKPH Perhutani area. In developing a company, a company must have a visual identity as a differentiating factor from other companies, which is emphasized in the form of perceptions, images and graphics. Three aspects must have characteristics that align with the company to become a high-quality and capable brand. This study applies a qualitative method using interviews, observation, questionnaires and document studies to obtain the data. The results of this study indicate that the existence of Manglayang Coffee Products lacks of interest to the public. According to the results of questionnaires in the community, 97% of respondents answered that they (did not know) needed to learn about the existence of Manglayang Coffee products, due to the weak visual identity of Manglayang Coffee products, seen from weak visuals and the use of long designs. Given the continuing competition, the Manglayang Coffee company needs to make changes or redesigns starting from the visual identity in the form of a logo, advertising media/visual communication media. That is an important thing attract consumers, improve the image and position of the company.

Abstract

Radika 100.3FM is a public radio station owned by the local government of Majalengka Regency. The broadcast content format is in the form of information about Majalengka district. Radika FM is present as a source of information and communication between the community and the government. Apart from functioning for the dissemination of information, there are also broadcast programs that function as education and entertainment. The purpose of this research is to find out the existence of broadcasting radio owned by the local government of Majalengka Regency as a medium for public disclosure information as well as a reference source of information for the community. The research approach uses qualitative, the form of presentation comes from the findings that are processed and interpreted. With data collection techniques including interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are that Radika FM has the main task of overseeing every policy and development of the Majalengka Regency local government so that information transparency occurs. In addition, in order to renew through the launch of the Radika.FM APK on the android system so that all Radika FM listeners can be accessed easily, cheaply, and quickly. This is a long process to continue to air and compete in the era of industry 4.0.
