Abstract

This research is motivated by a shift in people's consumption behavior that leads to consumptive behavior towards impulsive purchases online. This study aims to identify and analyze studies on the influence of hedonic shopping motives and social media product searches on impulse buying of fashion products online among Gen-Z in Pangkalpinang. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 130 respondents, sampling using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research on hedonic shopping motives and social media product browsing partially have a positive and significant effect on online impulse buying of fashion products for Gen-Z in Pangkalpinang. Simultaneous test results show that hedonic shopping motives and searching for social media products together have a positive and significant effect on the impulse to purchase online fashion products for Gen-Z in Pangkalpinang.

Abstract

Employee performance has a dominant influence in the process of achieving company goals. Various efforts to improve employee performance are expected to enable employees to provide optimal capabilities for the benefit of the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, behavioral integrity and organizational culture on employee performance, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression using the statistic software. The results showed that transformational leadership had no effect on employee performance, behavioral integrity had no effect on employee performance and the organizational culture had a effect on employee performance at a laundry service company.

Abstract

With the increasing population of Muslims in the world, the need and demand for products that are guaranteed halal is very large. Every product that will be marketed to Muslims must have a halal certification issued by an institution that has the authority in halal certification. However, the offer of halal products is still very lacking. On the basis of these problems, the Provider Agency Halal Product Guarantee (BPJPH) makes a policy for a halal certification scheme with the "Self Declaring" category. This category needs to be studied further whether the scheme is the best solution to increase the number of halal certifications so that there is a balance between supply and demand for halal products. In this study, it will be discussed in detail about the mechanism of halal certification in the Self-Declare category. Then analyze the halal certification system for the declare cell category.

Abstract

Audit quality indicators play an important role in maintaining quality during the audit process, with audit quality indicators minimizing violations or fraud. Indonesia uses audit quality indicators published by the Indonesian Association of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI) in accordance with the IAASB International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) audit quality indicators. The method applied in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using secondary data. The results of the study show that IAPI has implemented and adopted several parts of the audit quality framework set by the IAASB. On the other hand, there are several items that are only owned by IAPI itself, such as the span of control of the engagement and the policy of compensation for services.

Abstract

The analysis of the theory behind tax planning, deferred tax liabilities, and current tax burden on earnings management is the goal of this study. A quantitative strategy combined with a literature review method is used in this investigation. The theoretical underpinnings, additional explanatory factors, and research findings from earlier literature are presented in this study. Positive accounting theory is the foundation of this study. Liquidity and corporate size are supporting factors that affect aggression. These findings demonstrate a significant relationship between business size and aggressiveness that helps to reduce current expenditures. The occurrences that occur are described in further detail in this paper.

Abstract

The Purpose of this research is to find out: 1) The effect of job placement on job satisfaction at PT X. 2) The effect of career deveplomet on job satisfaction at PT X. 3) The effect of job placement and career deveplomet on job satisfaction at PT X. The research method used was a survey method using a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 83 employees who were determined by the slovin formula. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 26 to process and analyze the data results. The results of this study reveal that there is a positive and significant effect of job placement on employee job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant effect of career development on employee job satisfaction, and there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of job placement and career development on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is entitled “Hanka Parfume Communication Strategy During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The purpose of this study is to find out how the communication strategy used by Hanka Perfume to survive the Covid-19 era and its obstacles. The theory used to explore this research is the 4P theory. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with the research informants used in this research being the owners of Hanka parfume and several consumers of Hanka parfume. The results of the study show that the marketing communication strategy through advertising has gone well because the company advertises through Instagram media and the promos are given so that it can be known by the public. Furthermore, personal selling activities carried out by the company are by placing marketing employees who directly offer promo packages to buyers.

Abstract

Along with the changes in the world of work that are affected by the existence of Covid-19, every company needs to minimize the risk that can arise from these changes. The presence of burnout syndrome can be a risk that threatens the quality of life of the company and the productivity of employee. The purpose of this study is to analyze burnout in employee affected by workload, work stress, and work family conflict. This research is classified as an associative type of research with quantitative research approaches. The research method used the census method (saturated sampling). The sample used was 60 respondents. The data collection process uses a questionnaire which is the analyze through multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the data obstained, it can be concluded that workload (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on burnout (Y) in employee of PT. X. Work stress (X2) has a positive and significant effect on burnout (Y) in employee of PT. X. Work family conflict (X3) has a positive and significant effect on burnout (Y) in employee of PT. X. Simultaneously workload (X1), work stress (X2), and work family conflict (X3) has a positive and significant effect on burnout (Y) in employee of PT. X.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing, viral marketing, brand prestige, brand loyalty, and lifestyle variables on purchasing decisions for local brand sneakers at Jakarta Sneakers Day. The method of data collection is using the survey method with likert type purposive sampling. The object of this research is 227 respondents who were visitors to Jakarta Sneakers Day in Jabodetabek. This research used SPSS software version 25 and SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) AMOS version 25 for data analysis. The result of this study suggest: 1) digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) brand prestige has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. (4) brand loyalty has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (5) lifestyle has a positive and significant.

Abstract

This study has the objectives, namely: (1) to determine the effect of work discipline on the work productivity of the employee of the production department of PT X, (2) to determine the effect of organizational commitment on the work productivity of the employee of the production department of PT X, (3) to determine the effect of work discipline and commitment organization on the work productivity of the employee of the production department of PT X together. The research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The sample used in this study amounted to 109 employees with sampling using the Slovin formula and using the simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study shows that: work discipline has a positive and significant influence on work productivity, organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on work productivity, and work discipline and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on work productivity.
