Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of live streaming, the perceived benefits on consumer trust, to know the direct effect of live streaming, the perceived benefits, consumer trust on purchase intentions. As well as knowing the indirect effect of live streaming, the perceived benefits on purchase intention sthrough consumer trust in the Tiktok Shop application. Data collection was carried out by collecting information through a survey with a questionn aire. Question naires were distributed using the Google form via social media such as Whatsapp WA), Instagram (IG) and Telegram.The population in this study are users who have used and shopped in the Tiktok Shop application in the Jabodetabek area. Question naires were collected by 145 respondents, the data was then processed using the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that live streaming has no effect on consumer confidence. While the perceived benefits have an influence on consumer confidence. Live streaming and consumer trust have an effect on purchase intentions. While the perceived benefits have no effect on purchase intention. live broadcast has no effect on purchase intention through consumer trust. Meanwhile, perceived benefits have an influence on purchase intentions through consumer trust. The contribution of this research results in consumer behavior, especially in the influencing factors, namely live streaming and consumer trust in the Tiktok Shop application.

Abstract

with firm size as a control variable (a case study on infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020). The data used in this study is an annual report for the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. The sampling method used in this study used a purposive sampling technique. From the results of hypothesis testing that has been done, the research results are obtained that liquidity is proxied by current ratio and cash ratio has no effect on dividend policy. Whereas leverage proxied by Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant negative effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

The complex, competitive, and ever-changing operational conditions and stakeholder expectations that characterize the business environment have motivated organizations to utilize social responsibility (CSR) as a strategic instrument that marks them as employers of quality employees. Some of the companies can carry out CSR well; one of these companies is PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. This research uses the associative method. The data collection technique uses primary data as a result of distributing questionnaires using the Google form. The population in this study is all residents who are looking for work in the DKI Jakarta area who feel the implementation of CSR carried out by PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. The sample method used in this research is non-probability sampling, with the sampling technique being purposeful sampling. There are 4 variables in this study, where the independent variables are CSR (X1), altruism (X2 Moderation), and organizational attractiveness (X3 Moderation), and the dependent variable is intention to join (Y). This measurement uses a Likert scale with a scale of 1–5. Data processing uses IBM SPSS version 23. Based on the results of hypothesis testing in this study, CSR (X1) has a positive and significant effect on intention to join (Y). The altruism variable (X2) does not strengthen the effect of CSR (X1) on intention to join (Y). Organizational Attractiveness Variable (X3) strengthens the effect of CSR (X1) on Intention to Join (Y). CSR, which is moderated by the attractiveness of a good organization, can increase the interest of the millennial generation in joining the workforce.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the growth rate, the effectiveness of collection, its contribution to local revenue and the trend of regional taxes in West Bangka Regency. To obtain the results, several variables were examined, namely PAD, the amount of local tax revenue, the realization of local tax revenue and the target of local taxes. The analysis used in this study is descriptive quantitative analysis, which is used to provide information about each research variable, namely by using research analysis of growth rate, effectiveness analysis, contribution analysis, and trend analysis. While the data on the variables used in this study are secondary data obtained from BP2RD West Bangka Regency for the period 2017-2021. The results of the study show that the average regional tax growth rate for 2017-2021 has not been successful, namely 11.62% per year. Then the average effectiveness level of local tax collection is quite effective, namely 89.92%. Local tax contribution to PAD is quite good with an average of 30.92% per year. Trend analysis in the prospect of local tax revenue for the next five years has increased every year with an average increase of 20% per year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of competence and organizational culture on employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Board of Enrekang Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Regional Financial Management Agency of Enrekang Regency as many as 75. The type of research used was quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique. The results of data processing research using SPSS.24 show that based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis there is a positive influence between Competency (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) variables on Employee Performance which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 14.390 + 0.302 X1 + 0.087 X2 + e and there is a significant influence between Competency and Employee Performance variables, which can be seen from the Sig value. of 0.017 <0.05 or in other words the significant value is smaller than the error level (0.05). While the Organizational Culture Variable has no significant effect on Employee Performance which can be seen from the Sig. equal to 0.479 > 0.05 or in other words the significant value is greater than the error level (0.05). The R Square value of 0.143 indicates that the Employee Performance variable is influenced by Competence and Organizational Culture by 14.3% while the remaining 85.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Brand Image, Corporate Social Responsibility and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on the Customer Loyalty of Charles & Keith Mall Senayan City. Brand Image, Corporate Social Responsibily and Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) as exogenous variables, then Customer Loyalty as endogenous variables. This research was conducted on the customer Charles & Keith Mall Senayan City. This is the reason behind this research to meet the increasingly fierce competition and the need for better distribution methods to reduce costs and increase profits in marketing. The samples in this study were taken using the Purposive Sampling method with a sample of 146 respondents. The analysis method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the strength of direct and indirect relationships between various variables. The results of this study prove that Brand Image affects Customer Loyalty, Corporate Social Responsibilty affects Brand Image, Corporate Social Responsibility affects Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) affects Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tax services, tax sanctions, knowledge, and income on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents who were distributed randomly. The sampling technique used in this research is accidental sampling. The data analysis used is the test instrument data including validation test and reliability test, classical assumption test includes normality test, multicollinearity and hesteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis testing includes t test, f test and R2 test. The results of testing tests that all of the variables tested have no significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Tax and tax variables have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes in Surakarta. While knowledge and income have no effect on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes in Surakarta.

Abstract

This globalization era, competition has significantly increased, which makes companies to work hard to ensure their businesses keep visible to the public. This study aims to determine how to manage entrepreneurial marketing through e-commerce to increase MSME performance. This study used descriptive qualitative methods. The results of marketing studies are a series of activities conducted by organizations carried out to satisfy the needs and desires of their customers by creating, offering, and exchanging products and services of value. Marketing will be more effective if marketers understand how marketing activities are carried out. The methodology in this study was based on strategic thinking, which summarized and explained all marketing activities, including production forecasts, pricing, profit targets, sales, and others. The advantages of e-commerce are that it can be utilized by both large and small businesses, allowing anyone to shop easily and quickly from anywhere and anytime. It enables users to navigate websites, search for and retrieve information quickly. Since most SMEs do not have physical locations and operate online, e-commerce is highly necessary to enable SMEs to operate, thereby reducing costs. E-commerce it also allows online businesses to expand their reach without limits and provides a very attractive online sales platform for their customers.

Abstract

The influence of globalization during the industrial revolution on companies has caused changes and competition has become increasingly competitive. Human resources are one of the most important factors in facing global competition, so it is necessary to pay attention to their quality. This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance as an aspect that needs to be considered by companies because it affects job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at the Shared Service Unit of PT. Telkom Regional VII Makassar with a total of 38 respondents. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach and is a population study. This study analyzes the effect of work life balance on employee job satisfaction. The results of the study show that work life balance as a whole is included in the High category. This shows that the work life balance of employees at the Shared Service Unit of PT. Telkom Regional VII Makassar has been running well as expected by employees at the Shared Service Unit of PT. Telkom Regional VII Makassar. Meanwhile, based on the simple regression results, the variable shows an R value (correlation) of 0.317. The R Square value of 0.317 equals 31.7%, so it can be concluded that the work life balance variable (X) influences the job satisfaction variable (Y) by 31.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research journal is to analyze the impact of inflation and sharia investment on Indonesia’s economic groth. The methodology in only based on written works, including results from published and unpublished research journals with the hope that research journal makers have much broader knowledge of the object of the problem being studied observed. So based on several sources of data obtained, the results of this research journal state that a good level of economic growth is considered as one proof of the success of development in various countries including Indonesia. Considering that Indonesia is a developing country that experiences unstable economic symptoms such as inflation and investment in the Islamic capital market which can have an impact on economic growth. Where there is a relationship between the inflation value factor and the level of investment in the Islamic capital market, which means that inflation has a negative effect on price increases in investment in the Islamic capital market and also on economic growth.
