Abstract

Since the world was hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, it had an impact on activities in Ubud. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics from Bali, the number of foreign tourists visiting from January to October 2021 has decreased by 99.996 percent. On October 14 2021 tourist attractions in Ubud began to reopen. Based on these problems, this research will carry out sentiment analysis from reviews on the TripAdvisor site on tourist attractions in Ubud using the Support Vector Machine algorithm with the Knowledge Discovery in Database method. The results obtained in this study resulted in 551 positive sentiment and 118 negative sentiment based on 669 data test, these results resulted in a positive value for tourist attractions in Ubud. Testing will be carried out on the Support Vector Machine algorithm using the Confusion Matrix which gets good results in conducting sentiment analysis with an accuracy of 84.01%, a recall of 89.83%, a precision of 90.40% and an F1-Score of 90. 11%.

Abstract

A suitable marketing strategy is very important to implement to develop a sustainable business and get a wider target buyer. The application of digital marketing is an effort that companies can make to get closer to consumers through the application of digital technology. The case study from this research is located in CV. Sinar Mas Jaya Permata which sells gemstones. This study aims to analyze strategies that can be implemented to increase the marketing and sales of gemstones through digital marketing. In addition, this research is descriptive qualitative with interviews and observation. This study also applies the STP strategy (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning), and SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to find out the results of the strategies that will be implemented by CV. Sinar Mas Jaya Permata. The results of this SWOT analysis can be used by CV. Sinar Mas Jaya Permata as a problem solving material, increasing marketing and sales.

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem informasi memberikan dampak yang baik kepada masyarakat sehingga peningkatan ini menjadi penopang dalam kegiatan operasional perusahaan berupa sistem informasi berbasis website. Salah satu perusahaan yang menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis website yaitu StartUp Panak.Id akan tetapi  bahwa sampai saat ini sistem tersebut belum melakukan pengembangan sistem dan belum melakukan survey terhadap pengguna terkait sistem tersebut, sehingga  penulis melakukan penelitian terhadap kepuasan pengguna dari sistem tersebut dengan menggunakan metode PIECES Framework. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini merupakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder dan primer. Data sekunder akan didapatkan dari artikel, jurnal, dan penelitian sebelumnya sedangkan data primer akan didapatkan dari  responden yang digunakan sebagai objek informasi dengan menggunakan 87 sampel pengguna yang sudah menggunakan sistem. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari enam variabel yang dimiliki PIECES framework memiliki nilai rata-rata yaitu nilai performance (4.31), nilai information and data (4.24), nilai economics (4.27), nilai control and security (4.40), nilai efficiency (4.38), nilai service(4.44). Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dinyatakan sangat puas. Berdasarkan hasil penyebaran bahwa responden memberikan saran agar adanya peningkatan dalam segi penanmabahan produk, pembayaran,  peningkatan pelaporan kepada pengguna, penambahan fitur chating pada website, dan penambahan mengenai video edukasi ternak.

Abstract

One of these micro-enterprises is a coffee shop. The number of coffee shops in the Mataram city area is currently approximately 50 coffee shops. Many forms and choices of drinks sell in coffee shops make buyers confused when choosing which beverage product to consume. Necessary to decide to choose beverage products with a Decision Support System Using the Weighted Products order to assist in the selection of beverages when placing an order at a coffee shop that suits the needs of buyers. Only 2 basic types of drinks are usually ordered at coffee shops, namely coffee, and milk. Produce the best alternative sequence used for decision-making. the decision to choose drinks in the city of Mataram using the Weighted Product (WP) with several criteria, namely price, composition, type of drink, and size. From the results of calculations carried out the type of coffee milk drink obtained the highest value, namely 0.016, then for the second rank the type of long black drink with a value of 0.0157, and third rank, the type of avocado milkshake drink with a value of 0.015.

Abstract

A systematic literature review (SLR) is a study conducted by collecting and examining relevant journals. This study uses the idea of human-computer interaction to provide design recommendations for an educational information system in STMIK Tegal. This work gave rise to the concept of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) which is used to describe SIA in STMIK Tegal but has not yet been implemented due to the incomplete effectiveness and efficiency of utility system functions. The authors recommendation is to design a web-based AIS focusing on the fundamental principles of HCI. HCI is the science that studies computer technologies that affect human work and activities. The goal of HCI is to make it easier for users to interact with their computers and get the feedback they want.

Abstract

A web server is essential as a service so clients can access the WWW (World Wide Web) using their web browser. Apache and Nginx are the most widely used web server software in the world; apart from their easy integration into various web panels such as Cpanel, these two software have the stability that is capable of handling client requests. Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, as providers of Cloud Computing Software As Service (SaaS) and Platform As Service (PaaS) services, have different performances for implementation on web servers. This study aims to analyze the performance of Apache and Nginx web servers on the Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) platforms. From the analysis, the Apache web server is superior, with an average percentage margin of 7% on the Microsoft Azure platform, and Nginx is superior on the Microsoft Azure platform with a percentage margin of 8.21%.

Abstract

Traditional markets are markets set up by the state or the private sector to carry out business in the form of stalls, shops, or kiosks. One that is often found in traditional markets is coconut. Coconut is a type of plant that is found in almost all tropical countries, including Indonesia. a very popular commodity for the food needs of the Indonesian people, especially food made from coconut milk and grated coconut. Delivery of coconuts from producers to suppliers can take a long time; for this reason, market traders who sell coconuts do not bring them from the farmers themselves; stock coconuts are obtained from suppliers. This study aims to solve the problem of the optimal route for shipping coconuts in order to obtain the effectiveness of the minimum distance. In this case, the application of the TSP (Traveling Salesman Problem) is a solution to the logistics planning problem using a method, namely the Genetic Algorithm. This test uses two clusters: 10-8-2-3-9-5-6-1-4-7 and 5-1-3-4-2, with optimal results of 36.5935 km. This research covers the area in Mojokerto district.

Abstract

The savings and loan business in this current era is increasingly circulating in society, both online and offline or conventionally. There are also many companies that provide savings and loan services to their consumers or customers or are referred to as debtors who do not consider the ability of their customers to repay their loans. In fact, there are many algorithms that can be used to overcome or predict whether a debtor will be eligible to be given a loan or not. One of them is the k-nn algorithm, where this algorithm will later classify the basic variables of a debtor's assessment. However, the accuracy of the k-nn algorithm results differ in several existing cases. This time, in this study, the k-nn algorithm will find out how much accuracy it has using the k-fold Cross Validation if it is applied to the Debtor data sample at KSP Galih manunggal. The results of the k-fold cross validation will later be able to find out the average success of a system by repeating it by randomizing the input attributes so that the system is tested for several random input attributes.

Abstract

Every human being needs health facilities, both for those who really suffer from an illness or someone who only needs regular health checks. One of them is RSUD Waras Wiris Boyolali which is always crowded with patients. In view of the situation and conditions of the world that have been and are still dealing with viruses that spread easily such as Covid-19, the crowded and crowded conditions of these patients are very dangerous. Therefore, an online hospital reservation system was designed with the aim of making it easier to schedule patient arrivals to the hospital. With this online reservation system, patients do not need to wait in crowds in the hospital waiting room. The system created is based on the Android operating system which is widely used by patients so it is easy to use. The research method used uses the waterfall method which starts from the process of analysis, design, to implementation so that this system is expected to be in accordance with the needs of hospitals and hospital patients, especially to handle patient queuing processes.

Abstract

The development of software and hardware in the field of information technology makes access to information unlimited. A website is an internet application that can be accessed by almost all people today. The benefit of a contractor company like PT. Dinamika Indonesia Presisi using the company profile website is that it notifies service users of the company's existence while also increasing the company's attractiveness to potential users.The company profile website contains a menu about us, clients, services, a portfolio, and a contact us menu. Information system design uses the design science research methodology (DSRM) method. This method combines principles, practices, and procedures so that it can make it easier for researchers to focus on solutions to problems that exist at PT. Dinamika Indonesia Presisi and help design the creation of the company profile web application for the company. Web applications are built using the HTML and CSS programming languages to make the website look more attractive.
