Abstract

Nutrition Industry, does not have a stock prediction system. So far, PT Sanghiang has relied solely on the warehouse manager's estimates to make decisions about inventory for the next period. This is a problem because stockouts often occur, and sometimes there are insufficient supplies to fulfill orders. Therefore, to avoid such issues, there is a need for a system that can help predict stock levels and make informed decisions in planning future sales strategies. The objective of this research is to develop a web-based sales forecasting system for PT Sanghiang Perkasa and implement the Single Exponential Smoothing method in the forecasting system. The results of this research indicate that the Single Exponential Smoothing method achieves the best forecasting accuracy with an alpha value of 0.2 and a MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) of 4.01%. The sales forecast for Fitbar Choco Delight 22 G Multigrain in January 2023 is 121,741. Therefore, this method is considered highly accurate as it has the lowest MAPE value.

Abstract

Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Purwakarta merupakan Kementerian yang bertugas menyelenggarakan pemerintahan dalam bidang agama juga mempunyai tugas menyelenggarakan urusan di bidang ke agamaan dalam pemerintahan negara. Pada saat ini penggajian di Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Purwakarta sudah terkomputerisasi dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excell. Namun dalam pengolahan data menggunakan Microsoft Excel tersebut sering menyebabkan terjadinya risiko kesalahan dalam memasukkan rumus bisa berdampak pada data yang dihasilkan. Misalnya perhitungan menjadi tidak tepat atau data tidak dapat terbaca. Lalu jika terjadinya resiko kesalahan dalam menginput data sehingga terjadinya kesalahan berkas dokumen dan keterlambatan dalam menginformasikan slip gaji kepada para pegawai. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi penggajian di Kantor Kementerian Agama agar dapat mempermudah sebuah hal untuk membantu pekerjaan dalam membuat, mengubah, menyimpan, menyampaikan informasi dan menyebarluaskan informasi secara cepat dan berkualitas. Laporan ini dibuat menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem dengan menggunakan metode Exreme Programming dengan tahapan-tahapan yang akan dilewati yaitu : Perencanaan, Perancangan, Pengkodean dan Pengujian. Dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman UML dan database MySQL. Hasil pembuatan aplikasi penggajian di Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Purwakarta dilengkapi berbagai fitur yang dapat diakses oleh dua aktor yakni admin dan pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UD. Rahman Mebel, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur furniture, dalam memilih pemasok kayu yang tepat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan produksi mereka. Memilih pemasok yang salah dapat menyebabkan berbagai dampak negatif bagi perusahaan, termasuk penurunan kualitas produk, peningkatan biaya produksi, keterlambatan pengiriman, dan reputasi buruk. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, pengembangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) diusulkan sebagai solusi yang efektif. SPK adalah alat yang menggabungkan data dan informasi dengan teknik analisis khusus untuk memberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan penalaran logis dan analisis data yang objektif. Teknik analisis multikriteria yang digunakan adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Diharapkan dengan adanya SPK ini, UD. Rahman Mebel dapat membuat keputusan yang lebih terinformasi dan tepat dalam memilih pemasok kayu terbaik, yang sesuai dengan kriteria harga, kualitas, pelayanan, dan pengiriman. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam menjaga keberlangsungan dan efisiensi perusahaan dalam era globalisasi dan persaingan yang semakin ketat.

Abstract

WhatsApp Business adalah aplikasi obrolan yang dirancang khusus untuk pengusaha. Sekelompok pengusaha yang beralih ke strategi pemasaran modern adalah UKM. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengukur keberhasilan aplikasi bisnis whatsapp di kabupaten Purwakarta khususnya bagi perusahaan UMKM. Model human organization technology fit digunakan sebagai model tujuannya untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan teknologi berdasarkan perilaku pengguna. Ada tiga variabel terlibat, yakni orang (human), organisasi (organization) serta teknologi (technology), mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna (user satisfaction). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, hasil pengelolaan data dengan SPSS, SEM memakai tools AMOS 24. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan variabel manusia memberi pengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan pengguna, variabel organisasi memberi pengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan pengguna, dan variabel teknologi tidak memberi pengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

The need for an online-based service system arises because of the competition that arises in the service business regarding the price that is a consideration in using service; The level of community mobility is very high, it becomes one of the problems in dealing with various electronic damage to household appliances and repairs to house building are found to be very difficult to handle quickly, it takes days to complate so that it becomes an obstacle if the use of service is not observant in choose a service.

Abstract

In an increasingly advanced digital era, the use of information technology has become an important need for industries and companies, including automotive manufacturing companies such as PT Aisin Indonesia Automotive. Currently, the application for leave of employees in such companies is still done verbally or through manual submission, which can take a long time and lead to clerical errors. Therefore, the development of a web-based leave application application is expected to increase the efficiency of the employee leave application process, facilitate access and approval, and reduce the potential for administrative errors. By using the Waterfall method, it is expected that each stage of application development will be carried out in a structured and systematic manner, so that it can provide real benefits for PT Aisin Indonesia Automotive in managing employee leave and applying modern information technology.

Abstract

The phenomenon of abundant plastic waste is a global problem that has a broad impact, including on the recycling industry such as CV Breaking the Limit. The main challenge facing companies is the difficulty of predicting which products will be most in demand by the market. However, through this research, using historical sales data from the period April 2022 to April 2023, managed to identify ACR Mill products as the best-selling products that are most in demand by consumers. The application of the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm method in sales prediction helps companies to optimize production, manage stocks, and allocate resources more efficiently. The results showed that the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm rovides very accurate predictions, with accuracy, recall, and precision values reaching 1.0 in product classification, so it can be relied on in supporting the sustainability of the plastic recycling business amid global challenges related to plastic waste.

Abstract

When making the crucial decision to determine the outcome of a case. The goal of this study is to evaluate the potential for product sales. With the help of data mining, this study evaluates the potential for litigation by using data from several sources, including product, plan, and current data. The current study makes use of the linear regressive algorithm and the rapidminer data processing tool. The dataset that was used for this study was divided into two parts: one half of the data for teaching and one half of the data for research. Using a linear regression algorithm, the results show that the variables or attributes used in the current analysis (produk, actual and plan) did not significantly affect the results. Squared Error is 1313427569.481 +/- 5882150128.134, and Root Mean Squared Error is 36241.241 +/- 0.000. This indicates that the squared Error generates a higher number than the Root Mean Squared Error.

Abstract

Currently practicing general practitioner dr. SITI HODIJAH still provides services to patients manually which are recorded in a book starting from patient registration, examination, treatment, action, recording of patient reports, billing of fees and results of patient reports which can cause errors, inaccurate reports and delays in information services when processed. Therefore we need a web-based medical record information system to display patient medical record data quickly and easily and provide convenience in manufacturing. This system is made web-based, using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. In planning the system using UML and the waterfall method is used as a system development method and uses the Laravel framework. The results of the research are in the form of a web-based patient medical record information system that can assist in managing patient data and reducing the risk of losing patient data as well as displaying medical record data quickly and easily. In placing the system, you can use hosting or localhost, which can be adjusted to your needs.

Abstract

In the process of submitting new products from customers, they often experience process inefficiencies, especially in proposing product samples. In a manual system, many use forms whose steps can result in the process of making new products inefficient. A web-based new product request information system is an application that is used to facilitate the process of submitting and managing requests for new products in the Engineering department of PT. Leoco Indonesia. This system is designed to facilitate communication between the Engineering team and other departments, as well as speed up and increase the efficiency of the new product request process. In this study the authors formulate how to design a system that can overcome problems in the process of submitting requests for new product samples Engineering Department PT. Leoco Indonesia is web-based which can support and be integrated especially in the Engineering Department which can reduce the risks of errors and can speed up the flow of data activity.
