Event marketing was previously consideredas a complementary formarketing communications. Currently event marketing is increasingly recognized as one of the effective ways to build brand image of a company. one of the companies that use event marketing as one of the strategies is Mizone. therefore, this study aims to investigate the influence of event marketing to the brand image. Limitation of the studyis the respondents who attend the event or who purchase the product when the event took place. The samples were used as much as 210 people. using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument that used was a questionnaire, and simple linear regression analysis. This study shows there is positive effect between event marketing to brand image Mizone isotonic water

This study aimed to analyze the differences of bid ask spread and stock volatility before and after the announcement of stock split on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013 period. The samples are 30 companies chosen by purposive sampling method. This study used event period 5 days before and 5 days after stock split with descriptive statistical analysis techniques, the normality test (one sample kolmogorov smirnov test), and hypothesis testing (wilcoxon signed ranks test). The results of the descriptive statistics indicate that the bid ask spread after announcement of stock split has decreased while increasing stock volatility than before announcement. However, the results of hypothesis testing with the wilcoxon signed ranks test showed that both the bid ask spreads and stock volatility is not significant difference between before and after announcement of stock split.

Changes require organizational changes to its organizational culture as the culture as a reference to coordinate the behavior of employees to achieve organizational goals, and of the employees who adaptation back to a new environment. This study aims to describe and analyze wheter organizational culture and job stress employee job satisfaction. The study took place at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Persero Daop 8 Surabaya. Sampling technique that used was proportionate stratified random sampling. Methods of the statistical analysis that used were multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 1.8 software. the results showed that organizational culture have a significant positive influence on employee job satisfaction, job stress had not significant influence on employee job satisfaction, organizational culture and job stress have a significant simultant influence on employee job satisfaction.

Stock splits or stock split is to break a piece of stock into n shares so that the new price per share after the stock split is 1 / n of the previous price.This study aims to investigate the market reaction to the announcement of the stock split the company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2013. The market reaction is indicated by the presence or absence of abnormal return differences, trading volume activity, and bid-ask spreads before and after the stock split announcement.Type of research is a study of events (event study).The study sample as many as 17 companies based on purposive sampling.Testing is done with a period of 5 days before and 5 after the announcement of the stock split.The technique of data analysis performed using paired sample t-test on abnormal returns while Wilcoxon signed ranks test on trading volume activity and bid-ask spreads.

Business development at this time is very tight, this is caused by a number of actors emerging business. To be successful in the business world, companies must pay attention to everything relating to human resources. factors that affect a person's performance is a factor in the organization's ability and motivation factors. In addition, organizational commitment can also support the performance of employees in work. PT Orela Shipyard is a company engaged in the field of shipbuilding projects. PT Orela Shipyard employee population by 51 employees. This study uses the technique of probabilty sampling stratified random sampling as a sampling technique. So there are 45 employees in the sample. The results of this study indicate that the ability to significantly influence employee performance, motivation significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the ability, motivation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance.

Fuel price increase that happened on June 2013 for gasoline and diesel fuel. Fuel price increase policy should taken by goverment in order to decrease hyper subsidy that effected to deficit budget. This researchs aim is to dict the differences market reaction between before and after fuel price increase with measure abnormal return and trading volume activity. Analysis method that use in this research is event study with event period during 21 days by using market adjusted model. The result of this reseacrh with one sample t test are the average abnormal return is significantly positive values around the date of announcement of fuel price increases. The result of this reseacrh with paired sample t-test there are differences in average abnormal return and average trading volume activity significantly before and after the announcement of fuel price increases. It shows that the market reacts to the announcement of fuel price increases.

Human resource management system is the key to success right company to achieve its objectives. It required human resources who are competent for the performance of the resulting increase in accordance with the target company. To improve the performance of the employee, then the company must pay attention to the factors that can affect performance, such as personality and teamwork. This study use a quantitative approach. Type of research is causal research with personality variables and teamwork as the independent variable and performance as the dependent variable. The technique of sampling using a stratified random sampling with a sample of 51 permanent employees Production Department PT Apie Indo Karunia Sidoarjo and using software SMARTPLS 2.0 M3. The results showed theres positive and significant effect of extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness to experience variables on teamwork. Theres positive and significant effect of the variable teamwork on employee performance.

Autonomy support that given to employees is supported by the self-efficacy of employees, it will increase the employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment. With a sample of 97 employees at PT. Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) Surabaya, using SEM Smart PLS 2.0 analysis techniques. The result that is a significant effect of autonomy support on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, a significant effect of self efficacy on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, a significant effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction, no significant effect of autonomy support on job satisfaction mediated by organizational commitment and no significant effect of self efficacy on job satisfaction mediated by organizational commitment.Autonomy support that given to employees is supported by the self-efficacy of employees, it will increase the employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The indicators that often be used as an analysis tool for measuring financial performance are EPS, ROE, and NPM, that measure performance reflecting the company's ability to generate profits and returns on investment firms. Saturated sample method used in this study using a sample of seventeen companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hypothesis testing was performed by using the classical assumption test and linear regression analysis.The results of this study showed that the variable of economic value added, earnings per share, and net profit margin had no significant effect on the stock return of the property companies. Meanwhile, the variable of return on equity had a significant effect on the stock return of the property companies. Simultaneously, the analysis results suggested that the variable of economic value added, earnings per share, return on equity, and net profit margin had an influence to the stock returns of 11.9%, while the remaining of 88.1% can be influenced by other factors.

The success of this product is Indicated by the results of theTop Brand in 2011-2012 Pond's still ranked first with a larger percentage. With good quality and reliable brand image and an affordable price, pond's will always be embedded inside consumers. The population used is all consumers who are involved in purchasing decisions pond's flawless white as much as 110. Withdrawal method and the sampling was purposive sampling technique used is linear to influence the magnitude of the effect. These results can be seen from the adjusted R Square of 0.604 means that there are variables influence product quality, brand image, and price on purchase decisions by 60.4% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study was 39.6%. In this study the variable quality of the product is the dominant variable.
