Abstract

In this era of globalization, competition is so high. An organization will be able to survive, compete and even thrive if an organization's performance continues to operate effectively and efficiently. This study aims to examine and analyze whether job satisfaction to OCB with mediation effect on organizational commitment in PT. Pilih Utama. The population of this research were 52 PT. Pilih Utama employees and use all of the population for sampled. Methods of statistical analysis was used œPartial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SMART PLS software and œStatistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 17.0. This study was found a significant positive effect on job satisfaction to OCB, a significant positive effect on job satisfaction to organizational commitment, a significant positive effect on commitment organizational to OCB, and proves that organizational commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction to OCB

Abstract

Human resources is one of the elements that determine the success of an organization's goals. To achieve the goals of the organization then needs to be done is to give intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Referring to doing intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation then will result job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to know condition and influence intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction employee Human Resource Department in PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. either through partial and simultant. Samples taken by 31 respondents with a saturated sample technique. Instrument of analysis used is validity, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17 software. The results of research showed that the condition of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and job satisfaction top rated by employee Human Resource Department in PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. Abstract

Relationship marketing is a process of creating, maintaining and improving the strength of the value-laden relationships with customers and other stakeholders. In relationship marketing strategy there are several variables that can increase customer loyalty to the company. Among them are trust, commitment, communication and conflict resolution. This study aimed to examine the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty either partially or simultaneously. The sampling method used accidental sampling. Customer BTPN KCP Sepanjang the population, so the number of samples obtained by 110 customers. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS software assisted. Results of the analysis in this study shows that there is significant relationship between the variables of trust, commitment, communication and conflict resolution to customer loyalty either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

Job stress is a dynamic condition in which an individual is confronted with an opportunity, constraint, or demand related to what he or she desires and for which the outcome is perceived to be both uncertain and important. The result of job stress is employees become nervous, feel chronic anxiety, increased strain on the emotions, thought processes and physical condition. Further, work stress can threaten and disrupt the employee in completing the work. The purposes of this research are: 1) to analize whether job stress factors that include environtmental, organizational and individual partially have significant direct influence to job satisfaction; 2)  to analize whether job satisfaction have significant direct influence to job performance; 3) to find out whether job stres factor that include environtmental, organizational and individual partially have significant indirect influence to job performance. The result of this research are: 1) Job stress factors that include environtmental, organizational and individual partially have significant direct influence to job satisfaction; 2) job satisfaction have significant direct influence to job performance; 3) job stress factor that include environtmental, organizational and individual partially have significant indirect influence to job performance

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees and compensation at PT. AL. A total of 31 employees of the construction division involved as respondents. Data were obtained through a questionnaire containing closed questions with a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the organization culture and compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

This research is aim to investigate the influence of Work-family conflict toward work performance of firefighters office in Surabaya. Firefighters have uncertainty work hours and face high risk in every wildfire. They also have to safe other people life. Because of that Work-family conflict is easily happen to them. With Quantitative approach, this research using survey and distribute questionnaire to 190 firefighters in 5 firefighters office around Surabaya. The result is Work-family conflict and family work conflict have significant negative effect to employee work performance. Other findings there are variables that decrease the effect of Work-family conflict, supervisor support and spousal support. Supervisor support decrease the effect of Work-family conflict to work performance, and spousal support decrease the effect of family-work conflict to work performance

Abstract

The purpose of study is to analyze receivable management and profitability at KPRI KOPERGU Bangkalan in 2008-2012. The method used in this study is descriptive method. This study use credit standart, credit terms, credit policy, receivable turnover and credit  riskto analyze receivable management and use return on investment, return on equity and gross profit margin to analyze profitability. The result of this study is receivable tend to decline in 2008-2012 while the strategies of receivable collection is very efective to minimize uncollection receivable. Receivable turnover 1,3 time per year,  ROA 6,44%, ROE 9,47% and gross profit margin18,31%

Abstract

Sales of the BlackBerry (BB) in the global market continues to decline, but not so with the Indonesian market. The Indonesian market is unique. In this country, the madness of the BlackBerry is not like in other countries. In Indonesia, the BlackBerry dominates the smartphone market. Blackberry successful creating a trend, the BlackBerry boom in Indonesia due to the highly loaded BlackBerry messaging functions. This, along with the character of the people of Indonesia who love messaging, chat, and SMS. Consumers often compare their brand image with a picture of himself in making a purchase. The process of matching between the image of the brand with the consumer's self-concept is called the self-congruity. While consumers are trying to maximize the benefit (utility) in the purchase of products based on objective criteria such as price or performance of the product attributes influenced the functional congruity models. The purpose of this study to understand customer behavior Blackberry influence self congruity and functional congruity towards attitudes and customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach to test the hypothesis. Using 110 respondents consumer Blackberry, generation X and generation Y. Data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are self congruity significantly influence the functional congruity, attitudes and brand loyalty. Furthermore, self congruity direct influence on brand loyalty. While the functional congruity the variables significantly influence attitudes, and attitudes affect brand loyalty. whereas age did not moderate the users self congruity and functional congruity toward customer attitudes

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of Competence and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Inti Kebun Sejahtera located in Sorong - West Papua. This study uses a quantitative approach with causality analysis, sampling techniques using Propotionate Stratified Random Sampling of 155 respondents from each of the areas of work, namely Planting Group (planting, survey), Upkeep Group (Fertilization, Spraying and Slashing) and Harvesting Group (Harvest, Fruit Loose Collection, and Prunning). The result that the values of multiple regression in this study is Y = 7.280 + 0.437 X1 + 0.530 X2 + e. the results of this study indicate that partial and simultaneous, variable Competence and Work Motivation has positive influence and significant impact on Employee Performance of Contractor Workers in PT. Inti Kebun Sejahtera. It is evident from the results of the partial test (t test) Competency variable is 3.111 with significant value of 0.002, then the value of the variable Work Motivation t test was 4.569 with significant value of 0.000). Then the results of the simultaneous test (F test) variable Competence and Work Motivation is 156.911 with a significant value of 0.000.

Abstract

Restaurant in East Java last few years has increased significantly, where they come to offer a wide  selection  of  new  and  exciting  menus  to  satisfy  consumers.  On  the  other  hand  a  lot  of publicity to grow, both through print and electronic media about the composition of the food in them contain components harmful to the health of the body as well , including the types of food that is prohibited for consumption by religious law ( especially for Muslims ) widely circulated and highly troubling . This phenomenon is reinforced with only three restaurants in East Java that has a halal certification. Of course it is ironic that the majority of the population in East Java is Muslim. It should be noted by the company restaurant food is how consumer behavior in the  face  of  such  phenomena.  Where  the  risk  is  influenced  consumer  behavior  from  attitudes towards risk (risk attitude), risk perception, subjective norms and consumer behavior in the face of  possible  risks  that  would  happen  (risk  behavior  intention)  of  restaurant  that  havent halal certification. This study using a quantitative design with statistical tools Partial Least Square (PLS). The results found that the risk attitude, risk perception, subjective norm effect on risk intention  behavior.  While  the  value  of  religiosity  a  person  does  not  give  effect  to  the relationship of risk attitude and risk perception on risk behavior intention
