Abstract

The background of the research was the poor performance of the elementary school headmasters so that their main tasks and functions had not been fulfilled yet. It was researched based on elementary schools teachers’ perceptions in Padang Panjang. The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of schools headmasters’ managerial supervision and working motivations towards their performance. The results of the research found that: (1) the schools Headmasters’ managerial supervisions had positive and significant influence  towards their  professionalism,   namely 17.70 %;  (2) their working motivations had positive and significant influence on  their  professionalism  namely 14.40%; and  (3) their managerial supervision (X1) and working motivation (X2) had positive and significant influences towards  the Headmasters’ performances,   namely 39.50%.

Abstract

The problem in this research was students motivation in Islamic education in high school 1 Salimpaung is well. Researcher suppose that this condition process. The purpose of this research was to know the correlation of reward toward student motivation, punishment toward students motivation and the correlation both of reward and punishment toward students motivation. This research is quantitative research that applied correlation method. The population in this research were all of the students in high school 1 Salimpaung in 2016/2017. It was consists of 417 students. While, the sample was only 81 students that was taken by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The variable data X1, X2, and Y collected by using questioner with liker scale. The first and second hypothesis tested by using simple regression technique. While the third hypothesis tested by using double regression. The result of this research indicate that the correlation of reward toward students motivation was 0,1%, then correlation of punishment toward students motivation was 10,3%. While the correlation both reward and punishment toward students motivation was 10,4%.

Abstract

In order to curriculum can be implemented as well as in classroom lecture, therefore a syllabus should be developed become instructional design. Instructional design containt of components; standard competence, basic of competence, indicator of competence, subject of lecture, and it’s materials, learning experience (teaching and learning strategy), media, evaluation, and reference. Abstract

This Thesis discusses the contribution of the implementation of leadership function of the Madrasah organization atmosphere toward work performance of MTsN teachers in Solok. The research is categorized as expost facto by using quantitative with correlational research as its approach. This research took all the teachers of the MTsN in Solok as the samples. In totalthere were193 persons and 78 of them were selected as the research samples by means of stratified proportional random sampling technic. The collected data used questionaire instrument by using Likert scale. The first and second hypothesis were tested by using correlation technique and simple regression. Meanwhile, the third hypothesis was tested by using double regression.The result of the data analysis concludes that : (1) The implementation of the leadership function of the Madrasah Headmaster contributes significantly 46.8% towards work performance of the teachers of the MTsN in Solok, (2) organization atmosphere contributes significantly 57.7% towards work performance of the teachers of the MTsN in Solok, (3) the implementation of the leadership function of the Madrasah Headmaster and organization atmosphere contribute significantly 63.3% to the work performance of the MTsN teachers in Solok.Key Words: Implementasi, fungsi kepemimpinan, iklim Organisasi, kinerja guru

Abstract

From research conducted data showed that transformational leadership has been executed well by leaders in MTI Canduang. This is evidenced by the changes better than ever, morale and motivation of teachers and employees. Factors supporting leadership in MTI Canduang of which is a strong leader, the majority are young, energetic and highly motivated, skilled in the art, the support of all parties. Whereas the inhibiting factor of which is the absence of a permanent dormitory, minimal finances. Models/styles of verbal and non verbal leadership shown by the variety of writing programs that have been created by the leadership as well as attitudes and daily behavior is an example for subordinates. From the findings of this study concluded that transformational leadership has done well in MTI Canduang. Factors supporting leadership more than the barriers. Abstract

Implementation School-Based Management: Descriptive Analysis In Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Pasir Lawas Kabupaten Tanah Datar. This research is aimed to describe the implementation of School Based Management (SBM) in which this research uses qualitative research. The background of this research is quality of education in MTsN Pasir Lawas is still low because learning and teaching process is still conducted in conventional method, learning and teaching processes still focus in teachers’ center. Meanwhile, in applying School Based Management (SBM) attains learning process based on students’ center.This study uses qualitative research methods by applying descriptive analysis to describe how the teaching and learning process in the implementation of the School-Based Management.Kata Kunci:  Manajemen berbasis sekolah, proses belajar mengajar

Abstract

Peran komite sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di pondok pesantren modern terpadu tuanku lintau kabupaten tanah datar. This research intent for revealing problem that gets bearing with schooled committee role in upgrade education quality at at Intergraited Muslim Boarding School Modern of Tuanku Lintau. To get observational problem answer that therefore formulated 4 focus sub that will be tested (1 ) Committee Role as Giving As judgments (2) Committee Role as Supporting As (3 ) Committee Role as Supervisor (4 ) Committee Role as Mediator. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to reveal how extend the correlations of Supervision by the Principal and teacher Competencywith job satisfaction at elementary schools in Baso districk Agam.This research used quantitative method which shows the reality and many problems appeared.The population of this research was 201 persons of all elementary schools teachers in distric Baso. Numbers of samples of this research were 60 persons.This research revealed are (1) Supervision by the principal correlated with job satisfaction significantly. The extended of correlation of job satisfaction determined by Supervision ofthe principal as 22 %. (2) Teacher competency correlated with job satisfsction significantly. Job satisfaction was determined by teachers teacher competency as 19,4 %. (3) The supervision by the principal (X1)and teacher comptetency (X2) correlated significantly with job satisfaction at elementary schools in Baso districk Agam, and the extend job satisfsction was determined by supervision the principal and teachers’ competency as 29,1 %.Key Words: Supervisi, kemampuan guru, kepuasan kerja

Abstract

This research is aimed to know deeply about how (1) implementation of planning of muslim boarding school in development of teachers’ professional competence. (2) implementation of organizing of muslim boarding school in development of teachers’ professional competence.(3) actuating of muslim boarding school in development of teachers’ professional competence. (4) implementation of controling and evaluating of muslim boarding school in development of teachers’ professional competence at intergraited muslim boarding school of Istiqamah Simawang Batusangkar. This resarch is conducted by using qualitative research. It is an effert to get description about implementation of management of muslim boarding school in development of teachers’ professional competence at intergraited muslim boarding school of Istiqamah Simawang Batusangkar. The technigue of data collection is gotten based on observation by using interaction model, where the data is obtained, reducted, and displayed and drawing conclusion.Key Words: Manajemen, Pondok pesantren, kompetensi profesional
