Abstract

Implementation of Management Curriculum 2013 at the Elementary School in the Tanjung Emas District. The purpose of this study to describe the management curriculum at the elementary school 2013, and knowing the causes of curriculum policy 2013 and its implications for management in the primary school curriculum.From the results of the study revealed that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum management in primary schools have not fully load a fundamental change of the curriculum. Fundamental change of curriculum in 2013 was the planting of religious attitudes and social behavior, learning developed through thematic integrative, Scientific approach, which requires authentic teacher assessment measure all competency as attitudes, skills, and knowledge based processes and outcomes, as well as the compulsory extracurricular Scout. This means that schools still require the maximum development of the 2013 curriculum management planning, implementation, controlling and evaluation of the curriculum should be implemented as well as possible.Keywords: management curriculum, curriculum 2013

Abstract

Work Culture Islamic Teachers of SDN Solok In Improving the Quality of Learning Outcomes. The study was conducted using a qualitative research approach with the types of qualitative research focus is to describe, analyze and interpret cultural groups. SDN object of this paper is ranked by the Solok, 06 Cape Nails SDN, SDN 16 and SDN Nan Balimo 15 Soil Salts, owns the speci schools provide educational services using principles of sharia.From the research that has been done, the Data Showed that at SDN 06 and SDN Tanjung Paku 15 Nan culture Balimo implementation work has been going well and is supported by the parents, while at SDN 16 Soil Salts implementation work culture has also been applied by the teacher but not yet Implemented perfectly Because parental background factors and are not supported by the parents.From the findings of the research, educational services become very important to the school as education. With services unit thus spake not only the nature of educational services related to meeting the needs of infrastructure, equipment and tools paced learning luxurious and sophisticated, but much needed school climate and environment / learning conducive, safe, and fun.Kata Kunci:  Budaya Kerja, guru-guru, mutu hasil belajar

Abstract

Management of education in perspective al-Qur’an. The Qur'an is the way of life of all time, which is relevant in every time, place and situation . In the Qur'an not only discussed the matter of belief, worship, morals, halal and haram , but there are also issues of science. Among them about education issues, including the scope of Management Education. Word "Yudabbiru " which means set, can be used as the basis that the Qur'an there memamng discuss management ( setting ) of God to his creation , including arranging all the affairs of His creatures. This can be understood from the fact that man as a vicegerent of God on earth has the duty and obligation to manage, administer and prosperity of this earth . Education includes administering and managing well education Management is the foundation of Islam Qur'an and Hadith with the principle of Tauhid, Khalifah and trustful. Furthermore, the function of which is popularly called management Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling, in line with the teachings of the Qur'an, that in life and life, man must have the planning , organization , unity and mutual cooperation. In addition it should also be able to move others to do good in the form of motivation, advice and guidance . Then needs to be controlled and monitored in order to get maximum results.Kata kunci:  Al-Qur’an, perspektif, manajemen pendidikan.

Abstract

Implementation of Islamic Education Management Functions In the Building of Character Santri MTs DMP Diniyyah Puteri Padang Panjang. MTs DMP college Diniyyah Puteri one educational institution that has a focus on character education program, in addition to character education is through every subject is also infused through character education activities in schools. The focus of this study, namely: (1) Planning character education, (2) Organizing character education, (3) Implementation of character education, (4) Control and Evaluation of character education, and (5) Cultivation of character education . The purpose of this study are: (1) To describe the implementation of management functions in the application of Islamic education character education students in junior college DMP Puteri Padang diniyyah length, (2) To know the cultivation of character education in college DMP Diniyyah Puteri Padang Panjang.Results of this study are: ( 1 ) aspects of planning include: designing schools and boarding conditions are conducive, integrating designing curriculum and extracurricular activities , and conditioning classes , (2 ) aspects of organizing , all the components involved in pembentuka character of students, (3 ) aspects implementation , as well as PBM also at the time of self-development, at the time of the flag ceremony , super camp students, training super students, out bound, home stay, scientific studies in and outside the country, and others, (4 ) Control and Evaluation, pengontolan done by all of the existing components, while the evaluation is done by subject teachers or teacher concerned. Cultures that support the implementation of character education here is: a culture of honesty, cleanliness, sunnah prayers, trainings and extracurricular activities.Kata Kunci: fungsi-fungsi manajemen, pendidikan karakter

Abstract

contribution of leadership and cooperation climate head of madrasah to achievement motivation teachers Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) in the district Agam. Based on the first observation, the writer found that the motivation to show achievement for Islamic school teacher was low enough, especially in preparing and developing types of creativity/innovation of teaching stuffs. This result is related to the leadership of Islamic school headmaster and cooperation condition. This research is aimed to show about how big is the impact of leadership style of Islamic school headmaster and cooperation condition toward motivation to make achievement for Islamic school teachers.The results showed that: (1) The Teachers’ Competence contributed 62,3% toward the motivation of making achievement for teachers; (2) The cooperation situation contributed 16,1% toward the motivation of making achievement for teachers, and (3) The leadership style of Islamic school headmaster contributed 78,4% toward the motivation of making achievement for teachers in Aliyah State School (MAN) in Agam Regency.Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan, kerjasama, motivasi

Abstract

Developmen Management  of Human Resources in Islamic Educational: Case Study In SMA 3 Batusanggkar. The background of this research is the phenomenon of the existence of SMA Negeri 3 Batusanggkar which is a superior school in Tanah Datar . This school is one of the top schools very enthused by the Tanah Datar district because the school was able to create a quality output. This research focus school management excels in developing Islamic education resources in SMA Negeri 3 Batusanggkar, while the sub-focus is the planning , organizing, directing and monitoring in SMA Negeri 3 Batusanggkar. The purpose of this study was to determine the in-depth implementation of the implementation of school management excels in improving Islamic education resources, to know what programs are being developed to improve educational resources and how the application of the conditioning or habituation - cultural school in SMAN 3 Batusanggkar.From the research findings it can be concluded ahead of school management in developing the resources of Islamic education in SMA Negeri 3 Batusanggkar has done well but needs further development by running a key factor of all is hard work, smart work, exemplary, habituation and consistent cooperation between schools with parents, community and educational staff.Kata Kunci:  sumber daya manusia, pendidikan islam

Abstract

Relationship Between Interpersonal Communication Teacher and Motivation Work Teacher With Teacher Performance in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Barangin Sawah Lunto. The purpose of this research is to investigate the contribution of teachers interpersonal communication (X1) and teachers working motivation (X2) with teachers performance of Madrasah Aliyah Sawahlunto City (Y).The instrument which is used for questionaires, consist of 35 items for variable Y, 30 items for variable X1, and 26 items for variable X2. Testing of analysis requirement was performed by Liliefors. The result of analysis shows the following result: (1) the contribution of interpersonal communication to teacher’s performance is 30,5%, (2) the contribution of motivation to teacher’s performance is 10,5%, (3) the contribution of interpersonal communication an motivation variable simultaneously to the teacher’s performance is 31,5%. Conclusion of this research was interpersonal communication and motivation simultaneously has significant contribution toward teacher’s performance.Kata Kunci: komunikasi interpersonal, motivas kerja, dan kinerja guru

Abstract

Effect of competence and motivation work to teacher performance: research correlational in Elementry School State Saribu Labiah Gugus V Nagari Lubuak Jantan in district Lintau Buo Utara. Based on the first observations, it was found that the teacher’s performance is relatively low, especially in preparing teaching devices. It is presumably related to the techers’ competence and the work motivation. This study intends to reveal the magnitude of the contribution of techers’ competence and the work motivation of teachers’ performance.This research intent to know contributions of the techers’ competence and work motivation of teachers’ performance. The three hypotheses proposed are: (1) the contribution of the teachers’ competence of teachers’ performance, (2) the contribution of the work motivation of teachers’ performance, (3) contribution of techers’ competence and work motivation collectively on the performance of the teachers.The population of this study consists of 242 country elementary school teachers in Kecamatan Lintau Buo Utara. The sample of the study consists of 47 challenged people by using system makes a killing random sampling. The data were collected with a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested the validity and its reliable.Kata Kunci:  kompetensi guru, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja guru

Abstract

The purpose ofthis study to determinethe implementation of management program of the critical BKI, according tothe rules ofthe existing curriculum conceptsin MTsN panampuang with the fact that there are in the fiel das well asstudent achievementas a referencefor teachers in evaluating learning and improve student achievement MTsNpanampuang. Found some cases in which students MTsN Panampuang inhibit the learning process. The results of the interview panel of teachers and community leaders found some problems criterion mild, moderate, and severe that in habit learning objectives, such as sexual immorality, poor discipline and extracurricular school programs are rarely attended by the students. Moral character and the lower its value, and some cases of discipline such as skipping, no school extracurricular programs, as well as the difficulty of assembly of teachers in classroom management problems occur due to the number of student. The conclution is management in the Islamic Counseling MTsN Panampuang been effective because management has reached an ideal standard concept in schooll, but not efficient because it has not reached the goal of shaping the character and resolve student issues. Organizing theim plementation of theI CC in MTsN Panampuang management does not give effect to the number of student problems. Key Words: Implementasi, manajemen BKI, masalah siswa
