Abstract

Effect of Leadership Head Madrasah on The Performance Teacher In MAS se-Kabupaten Tanah Datar. The purpose of this research was to reveal how extend the correlations of of the school principal’s leadership and the teamwork towarthe teachers’ performance of Privat Islamic Senior High at Tanah Datar Regency.There were three hypotheses to be tested : the school principal’s leadership contributed significantly toward the teachers’ performance; of Privat Islamic Senior High at Tanah Datar Regency.Research population were all teacher of privat Islamic Senior High at Tanah Datar Regency of 386 teachers from which 59 teachers were selected as a research sample by means of the stratified proportional random sampling technique. The result of data analyses show that a) the school principal’s leadership contributed significantly (24,1%) toward the teachers’ performance;Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, kepala madrasah, kinerja guru

Abstract

Effect of Job Satisfaction, Motivation and Leadership Styles Of Employee Performance in Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Batusanggkar. Issues raised in this study is whether job satisfaction, motivation and leadership styles affect the performance of employees at STAIN Batusangkar. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, motivation and leadership style on employee performance at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Batusanggkar (STAIN) Batusanggkar.The results of hypothesis testing showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant impact employee job satisfaction on employee performance STAIN Batusanggkar the effective contribution of 6.3 % and 0.047 significance. (2) there is a positive and significant impact employee motivation STAIN Batusanggkar the effective contribution of 21.23 % and a significance of 0.000. (3) there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on employee performance by employees Batusanggkar effectively 6.5 % and significance of 0.044. (4) there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction, work motivation and leadership styles as perceived by employees STAIN Batusanggkar the effective contribution of 50.4 % and a significant 0.000.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan kerja, motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kinerja

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the activities, strategy undertaken as a form of religious culture school in SMANegeri 3 Batusangkar and supporting factors and penghambatn in the application of religious culture school in SMA Negeri 3 Batusangkar. This type of research used in this study is a qualitative research. Sources of data in this study is the Islamic Education teachers and principals and other data sources. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data-processing technique that is descriptive qualitative. Analysis of the data used, namely, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. While the validity of the data by triangulation technique that uses a variety of sources, such as interviews researcher with more than one respondent, observation and documentation. Strategy of teachers of Islamic education in the application of religious culture school that is embedded to the students well.Factors supporting the creation of religious culture school in SMANegeri 3 Batusangkar are internal factors (motivation) originating from within the students, the support of the assembly of teachers SMAN 3 Batusanggkar, their school programs such as FSI (Forum of Islamic Studies), the participation of alumni and the inclusion of some aspects of religious culture into the rules of conduct SMA Negeri 3 Batusangkar. While the inhibiting factor is the limited facilities and infrastructure, some students are still reluctant to implement some aspects of the religious culture of the school, existence of some aspects of the religious culture of the school that can not be required for students to do as well as the limitations of teachers to control students to his home and coupled with still the maximum parental controls to worship the child.

Abstract

Latar belakang  penelitian ini adalah kurang baiknya Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan kurangnya  Peran Komite Sekolah sehingga mengakibatkan belum terpenuhinya ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan berapa besar kontribusi  Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan Peran Komite Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif  yang menggambarkan kondisi lapangan  secara apa adanya dengan melihat berbagai masalah yang timbul saat ini. Hipotesis penelitian dalam penelitian adalah : (1) Terdapatnya kontribusi Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. (2)  Terdapatnya kontribusi Peran Komite Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. (3) Terdapatnya kontribusi Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan Peran Komite Sekolah terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru IPA SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto yang berjumlah 30 orang Jumlah sampel penelitian  sebanyak 30 orang. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini  dengan menggunakan metode “ Total Sampling”. Dari hasil penelitian ini, terungkap bahwa : (1)  Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan  terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto, sebesar 27,1 %. (2) Peran Komite Sekolah berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto, sebesar 26,2 %. (3) Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah ( X1 )  dan variabel Peran Komite Sekolah (X2) berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan  terhadap ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto, dan ketersediaan sarana Labor IPA pada SMPN di Kota Sawahlunto ditentukan oleh Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah  dan Peran Komite Sekolah secara bersama-sama sebesar 39,5 %.

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the effect of organizational climate on teacher performance, organizational culture on teacher performance and assess the effect of organizational climate and organizational culture together on the teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan. The sample of the study involved 48 teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan by using total sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaire. The findings revealed that (1) Organizational climate significantly influence the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan. (2) Organizational culture significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan. (3) Organizational climates and organizational culture together significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pariangan.

Abstract

The problem of this thesis related to the emotional intelligence and personality of the headmaster in state of  madrasah at Agam Regency. The purpose of this thesis is to: 1) to know how much the influence of emotional intelligence in the leadership of the headmaster of Madrasah  in Agam regency, 2) to Know how much  the influence of personality of the headmaster of the leadership of Madrasah  in Agam regency, 3) to Know how much the influence of emotional and personality intelligence  in the headmaster of the leadership of Madrasah  in Agam regency. The research method used descriptive analysis with quantitative approach through the technique of correlation of the data analysis and regression by using parametric statistics. Data was taken by using questionnaire. The population of this reseaerch were MTsN teachers in Agam Regency, the total of  the population is 450 people, with the sample of  this research were 85 teachers. The results of this research , stated that  two independent variables of emotional intelligence and personality had a significant influence on the leadership of the headmaster of  madrasah in Agam regency. Thus the hypothesis which stated that there is an influence of emotional intelligence on the leadership of the headmaster of madrasah  is accepted. Likewise, the hypothesis that stated there is an influence of personality on the leadership of the headmaster is also accepted. Emotional intelligence and personality  had influence of the leadership of the headmaster in  madrasa at Agam Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the recruitment of educators at SDIT Sa’adiah Salayo. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The informants in the study were the chairman of the foundation, the principal, and the head of the administration of SDIT Sa’adiah Salayo. Data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model which divides data analysis into three namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing techniques using data triangulation and method triangulation. The results showed that the management of the recruitment of educators at SDIT Sa'adiah Salayo, began planning the recruitment of educators including: analysis of needs, preparation of recruitment, and determination of recruitment qualifications. Organizing the recruitment of educators also goes well in the process of recruiting new educators at SDIT Sa'adiah Salayo, which always maintains coordinated cooperation with one another from the foundation to the committee for the recruitment of new teaching staff. The recruitment of educators at SDIT Sa'adiah Salayo includes: dissemination of recruitment announcements for educators, acceptance of applications, selection of educators, and decisions on recruitment of educators. As well as conducting good supervision from the foundation and the principal of the recruitment committee, during the recruitment took place at SDIT Sa'adiah Salayo.Keywords: Recruitment Management and Educators.

Abstract

Research without the publication has not provided meaning about benefits and research results. Research results need to be published or disseminated to benefit the community. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of universities in the acceleration of publication of research results. The research method used a qualitative approach. Sources of data consist of interviews with lecturers and team of journal publications, document studies, and reports on the achievements of publications of scientific papers. This study uses inductive thinking. This research was conducted on journal team and publication of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia and research and publishing institute of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Abstract

Based on observation in the field, the researchers find that the pedagogic and professional competence all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency are relatively low. The researcher think that the lack of pedagogic and professional competence all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency was due to the low contribution about the implementation of the supervisor task. The study population were all PAI teachers  MTsN in Solok Regency as 190 peoples. The samples are 48 peoples obtained by using proportional startified random sampling technique. The data were collected using a questionnaire technique using a Likert scale. The first and second hypotheses were tested using simple regression techniques and correlation, while the third hypotheses with multiple regression technique and correlation. The result of data analysis showed thats: (1) the duty supervisur has contribution significantly 93,3% to all PAI theachers  MTsN in Solok Regency, (2) the implementation of the task supervisor contribute significantly 93,5% to all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency competence and professional, (3) the implementation of task supervisor has contribution to the supervisor simultaneously and significantly 93,5% the pedagogic competence and professional competence all PAI teachers MTsN in Solok Regency. It was concluded that the implementation of the task supervisor is an important one that can influence and professional compeence of all PAI teachers  MTsN in Solok Regency , beside other varibles not be examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of management aspects of education in: (1) personnel and student management, (2) curriculum management, and (3) infrastructure management in Lima Kaum 1 SLB. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection techniques used are: Observation, Interview Method and Documentation. The results of the study revealed: (1) in staffing and student management, it was found that the implementation of management had been carried out in terms of routine activities, but there were still a number of things that had to be corrected namely in terms of organization, function of school leaders and businessmanship , it was found that the school had made every effort in implementing the 2013 Curriculum, but still needed proper and accurate management in its implementation at school and the development of a typical school curriculum so as to improve school quality, (3) in the management of facilities and infrastructure found that administrative management in the procurement of infrastructure facilities it is good, but still needs improvement in terms of planning procurement of facilities that are right on target and management of existing infrastructure.
