Abstract

Pneumonia is a disease that attacks the respiratory system due to infection from viral/bacterial aspiration and radiation and other causes, if not treated properly it can worsen the patient's condition, causing an increase in treatment costs. In the era of the National Health Insurance (JKN), the Indonesian Case Base Groups (INA CBG's) system was an important element in the submission and payment of claims for payment of health services that had been carried out by health care facilities, based on the ICD 10 code for diagnosis and ICD 9 CM for the procedure in processing claim. Coder staff must proficient in codification and clinical pathways for each disease because the Health Insurance Administration Agency (BPJS) has rules for every diagnosis. Based on the dispute claim, the INA CBG claim problems in 2018 are determined for the diagnosis of pneumonia as follows: (1) pneumonia whose cause is not specified can be coded J18.9, (2) pneumonia with pulmonary TB must use the join code to A16.2, (3) pneumonia with COPD using the merge code to J44.0, except for acute exacerbations of COPD, coded separately (4) pneumonia with septicemia is coded separately unless medical investigations reveal Streptococcus pneumonia using combined code A40.3, (5) pneumonia with typhoid fever using the combination code A01.0† J17.0* and (6) pneumonia with asthma were coded separately. These provisions must be understood by coders in coding cases of pneumonia to avoid suspension so that the claim process runs smoothly and works efficiently

Abstract

The Health Information System (HIS) as one of the main components in the existing health system in a country is now starting to be implemented in health care facilities in Indonesia. Implementation of HIS in health care facilities has had mixed results. Many previous literature studies related to the implementation of HIS have been carried out. This study aims to determine how the implementation of HIS in health care facilities in Indonesia and the factors that can affect the results of HIS implementation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the factors that often affect the implementation of HIS in health care facilities are the lack of quantity and quality of human resources (HR) owned by each health service facility. In addition, the lack of facilities and infrastructure that supports the implementation of HIS can also interfere with the operation of the information system as a whole. Health care facilities that wish to or have implemented HIS should conduct training and socialization related to how to operate the system so that the benefits of implementing ICT in the health sector can be maximized.

Abstract

Rats are carriers and breeding grounds for a variety of parasites. The existence of a large population of rats can cause zoonotic diseases. This research is a survey and identification of the presence of rats in the Tarakan Class II Port Health Office Juwata Tarakan Airport and Port Working Area as an effort to prevent zoonotic disease caused by rat vectors. This research is descriptive with quantitative data types, measuring the presence of rats for 4 days and identification of rat species using survey and observation data collection methods. The results showed that the rats caught were still in low numbers with the types of rats caught being Rattus rattus and Rattus novergicus. Observation of the area showed that poor sanitation conditions, the density of piles of goods, sewerage, and the distance between the trash can and the canteen were opportunities for rats

Abstract

Various methods of vector eradication have been used to overcome the problem of Indonesian dengue fever with the aim of breaking the chain of dengue transmission, one of which is the use of larvicides to eradicate mosquito larvae. The commonly used larvicide is Abate 1G which contains 1% active substance in the form of temephos, but the use of insecticides continuously and in the long term can reduce the killing power of larvicides and resistance can occur more quickly. The aim of this study was to determine the susceptibility status of Aedes aegypti larvae to temephos. This type of research is experimental with post test only control group design. The population in this study were all larvae survey results of larvae in the buffer area of Tarakan City Harbor which will be used as research objects. The samples of this study were initial III and IV instar Aedes aegypti larvae which were the results of raising the first generation (F1) larvae of the survey results. The results showed 80-98% larval mortality at a concentration of 0.02 mg / l at a concentration of 0.02 mg / l with The 24-hour LC50 value was 0.012 mg / l, while the 24-hour LC99 value ranged from 0.035 mg/l. Larvae in the buffer area of the health port office Tarakan were tolerant of temephos and periodic testing should be carried out and if necessary larvicide rotation to avoid resistance

Abstract

Management of hospital services needs to be done properly. This is to improve the quality of service and minimize complaints from patients. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of BPJS inpatients, identify service barriers, and provide service solutions at Puri Asih Hospital Salatiga. The method used by researchers using descriptive methods, through a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, using a checklist interview guide with accidental sampling technique. The study was conducted from July to August 202. The samples used were 5 BPJS Health participant patients who received inpatient services, 2 authorized BPJS Health officers, and 5 inpatient service doctors through inclusion criteria. Some indicators of the service quality of inpatient BPJS participants for non-PBI health at RSU Puri Asih Salatiga in the poor category are the ease of achievement and adjustment of services, reliability and trust in BPJS service administration staff. Problems mostly lie in long service waiting periods, inadequate waiting room facilities such as small seats, and slow service speeds
