<![CDATA[The training program is carrying out a process to change behavior or improve the abilities, skills, of a person and is implemented in a structured / systematic manner. The competency training program for prisoners is very necessary, with the aim that after leaving prison can easily live their lives, they can use the skills / abilities resulting from the training to be able to continue their life so as not to make the same mistakes, especially the status of ex-convicts often underestimated. by the community. The purpose of this research is to find out what kind of training program provided by the correctional institution to prisoners which aims to develop human resources. By using a qualitative descriptive research method approach, namely a study that describes and analyzes the phenomena or events that occur. The results of the study show that the training program for prisoners is very important in honing the competence of prisoners, many correctional institutions have facilitated this training program, but it is still considered not optimal with regard to the infrastructure that supports the implementation of the training, there are also other obstacles and roles. from other parties who are still lacking, this is very important to pay attention to because this training program can support the ability of prisoners who, after completing their criminal period, to re-enter with the community, can seek a better life. The author suggests that the facilities related to this training be improved, then it can provide an understanding to the surrounding community that prisoners are not trash and that they should be given assistance for their lives so that they do not make the same mistakes again.]]>

So, many interesting things happen in this phase. Including the brilliant achievements and deviations that occurred in this phase, and this is related to self-regulation. In psychology, the adolescent phase is a world where people are constantly looking for their identity, self-proof and the need for environmental recognition. In Islam, adolescence is the initial stage of a person to be able to determine the purpose of his life. Life experiences are used as a basis for practicing deciding, considering and processing information obtained in solving existing problems. <![CDATA[The issue of radicalism and fundamentalism is still in the news aimed at Muslims. The phenomenon of hijrah has become a trend among the Muslim community, Anis Baswedan responded positively as an indication of the awakening of Islam, but there are differences of opinion, according to Ahmad Muzaki that the phenomenon of hijrah must have assistance in order to avoid entering the door of their version of terrorism. One of the phenomena of hijrah is that many Muslim women use the veil / niqob. The formulation of the problem that is used as the limitation of this study is more focused on understanding Islamic law and perceptions of the use of the veil / niqob among the hijrah community. The research method used is through a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that there was a diversity of opinions regarding the use of the niqab / veil, giving rise to a diversity of beliefs about the perfection of Muslims (for Muslim women) in believing by using the niqab / veil. Muslim communities who are in the process of hijrah believe that faith is an absolute necessity and must be present in every Muslim. As a consequence of this faith, Muslims are obliged to carry out the stipulated syari'at, including in terms of dress.]]>

<![CDATA[The discourse that is always discussed from time to time is how the concept and position of madzhab in Islam. The beginning of the emergence of schools of thought has appeared since thousands of years ago. In the Tasyri Date, the madzhab tradition is a scientific tradition that has long been in effect after the Prophet Saw and generations of companions died. In Indonesia, it is undeniable that in general various sects have grown and developed, especially in matters of fiqh, both worship and muamalah. This is inseparable from the fact that the majority of Muslims claim to be Islamic schools of thought. Muhammadiyah as an Islamic missionary movement, amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, has since the beginning affirmed itself as an organization based on the al-Qur'an and as-Sunnah and does not tie itself to any particular Madzhab. If this statement is not read correctly and proportionally there is an impression that Muhammadiyah is truly anti-Madzhab. This paper intends to give one view that Muhammadiyah is not what they say. Through the method of reading or the perspective of the Tasyri Date with various sources, be it books, books, journals or other sources, various Fiqh patterns that developed during the Prophet's period, the Sahaba period, the Imam Mujtahid period, the Taqlid period and the period of Ijtihad reopening will be found. So that from these periods it will be found how the Muhammadiyah fiqh pattern and its position towards the opinion of the Madzhab.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is intended to understand the relationship between the term baldah thayyibah and the Islamic community which is the ultimate goal of the Muhammadiyah movement. Its main focus includes Muhammadiyah's views on Baldah Thayyibah, the depth of the meaning of the Islamic community, and understanding the country that Muhammadiyah means by Baldah Thayyibah.The research method used is descriptive correlational method, namely raising the problems, bringnig up research questions, collecting relevant data, analyzing data and answering research questions. The analysis was carried out in a correlational manner to answer the relationship between the term baldah thayyibah and the Islamic community. Muhammadiyah views that the Indonesian state is a final national consensus and binds all components of the nation. Therefore, Muhammadiyah focuses on building an Islamic community. <![CDATA[The clauses contained in the sharia financing contract deed are clauses that have become the standard form in making the sharia financing contract deed. In making contracts in Islamic banking, in general, a standard format applies where a draft has been prepared by the bank. Almost all contracts, including muasyarakah mutanaqishah financing contracts, then the format or draft becomes the basis for making a musyarakah mutanaqishah financing contract deed made by a notary, for this reason it is necessary to study and analyze the standard clauses in the muasyarakah mutanaqishah financing contract which is made in the form of an authentic deed associated with the principle sharia, especially in the clause on Guarantees, Defaults and Consequences of Defaults. This study uses a normative juridical approach by examining literature or secondary data, is a descriptive legal research analysis in order to find data carefully and completely about the characteristics of a situation or symptoms that can help find the Exoneration Clause in the Musyarakah Mutanaqishah Contract at the Bank. Sharia in the Form of a Notary Deed Linked to Sharia Principles. In this study, it was found that the contract made did not show conformity with sharia principles in the musyarakah mutanaqishah financing contract which was made in the form of an authentic deed. Musyarakah mutanaqishah financing contracts in Islamic banking are linked to sharia principles which are made in the form of an authentic deed manifested in the form of an agreement and the things that are agreed upon are based on an agreement, in a contract ratified by a notary that must be achieved freely without coercion by inserting a clause into the contract. made in accordance with the interests of the parties as long as it does not result in falsehood.]]>

<![CDATA[The law of art in Islam is hotly told on social media, Calls for the illegality of art echo on social media. Muhammadiyah began to pursue art by opening an art and design program at the muhammadiyah university, including at the University of Muhammadiyah Bandung. This is interesting to study, to find out the purpose of Muhammadiyah in opening an art program when the call for illegal art to go viral on social media. The purpose of this study is to find out the principles and laws of art in Muhammadiyah. This research method uses qualitative research by examining hadith about art. The hadith approach used is the science of riwayah hadith and the science of ma'ani hadith. In conclusion, there is a hadith that forbids images and statues, there is a hadith that allows making dolls for toys, draw clothes, and draw lifeless creatures. The law of art in Muhammadiyah is allowed if it is closer to monotheism and benefit. the law of art is forbidden if it leads to polytheism.]]>

<![CDATA[Interpretation is very necessary because everyone expresses their thoughts by conveying a series of sentences which sometimes cannot be understood clearly without being followed by explanatory sentences. Interpretation of the Qur'an plays a role in helping humans grasp the secrets of Allah s.w.t and the universe, both visible and hidden. Proper interpretation is needed to understand the Qur'an properly and correctly, it requires proper interpretation so that to achieve this purpose, it is necessary to have a good mastery of the methodology of interpretation. The science of interpretation continues to grow and the number of books of interpretation continues to grow in various styles. The scholars of later commentary then sorted the books based on the method of writing into four forms of interpretation, namely: the Tahlili, ijmaii, Muqarin and Mawdhu'i methods. This paper describes some of these interpretation methods and explains the strengths and weaknesses of each method.]]>

<![CDATA[The Qur'an was revealed using Arabic which is very beautiful, the friends and Arabs who know and feel the uslub-uslub Arabic understand very well what was revealed to the Prophet. But most of the people who are not from the Arab nation are very difficult to communicate in Arabic, especially to understand the Qur'an. Departing from these problems, understanding the rules of the Arabic language is very closely related to the verses of the Qur'an. Without the rules of Arabic, it is very difficult to understand the Qur'an. So the purpose of writing this article is to explain the rules of the Arabic language as an analytical tool in order to understand the contents of the Qur'an. The method used in this research is descriptive analytic with the type of library research. The results of this study indicate that, someone who will interpret the Qur'an is required to understand the rules of the Arabic language, even the scholars make the rules of the Arabic language as conditions that must be met for a commentator to understand the content of the verses of the Qur'an. - The Qur'an correctly in accordance with existing rules.
