Abstract

Indonesia has a variety of religions or beliefs. The existence of this fact provides important attention related to a high attitude of tolerance in understanding all the differences that exist, including tolerance between religious communities. The purpose of this research is to explore social phenomena related to inter-religious tolerance of students in using social media. The research method used is qualitative by describing the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the existence of social media is very influential on aspects of religious tolerance. Social media is also an important media that plays a role as a means of sharing information about religious tolerance. Therefore, this article discusses religious tolerance in the digital era regarding student interaction behavior in social media.

Abstract

Religion and development can be seen from various perspectives, because the universal nature of religion means that it can be seen from various perspectives. The role of Islamic organizations in contributing to community development is clearly visible. The data can be seen from the work of Muhammadiyah as an Islamic organization that consistently carries out the development of advanced human resources through the al maun theological approach. This research uses a library research approach, by collecting various previous studies related to development, Muhammadiyah and al Maun theology. From the results of the research it can be concluded that the emphasis of al maun theology in the perspective of development science does not depart from economics and politics. However, development for Muhammadiyah citizens is an implication of the spirit of al maun to liberate, educate and advance Muslims as an implication of faith. The result is Muhammadiyah is able to build various hospital facilities, schools and social services.

Abstract

Digital technology has transformed the way children grow and learn, presenting new challenges in parenting. This study aims to investigate the role of interpersonal communication in managing children's use of digital technology and its impact on their social, emotional, and spiritual development. Using a qualitative approach, this study involved 20 parents with children aged 4-12 years in Kota Nunukan. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and direct observations, which were then analyzed using content analysis methods. The results showed that open and empathetic communication between parents and children is crucial in managing the use of digital technology. Parents who actively communicate with their children tend to see more positive social, emotional, and spiritual development. Strategies used include setting screen time limits, engaging in children's digital activities, and educating about digital ethics and online safety. The study also found that integrating spiritual values into children's use of technology can support better character development. The conclusions of this study affirm that effective interpersonal communication between parents and children, as well as the integration of spiritual values, can have a positive impact on children's development in the digital age. Practical implications of these findings include guidelines for parents, educators, and policymakers to create an environment that supports healthy and responsible use of technology.

Abstract

Indonesia, being the fourth most populous country in the world with a high consumption rate, has resulted in an increasing amount of waste generated from various sectors. One of them is plastic waste. Plastic, being a widely used material in daily life, has made the problem of plastic waste increasingly severe and a serious challenge for the environment. Ecobricks are one of the solutions that can be developed to reuse plastic waste by transforming it into useful objects. The aim of this program is to introduce and train students on waste management using the ecobrick method as an effort to reduce plastic waste and increase students' awareness of Clean and Healthy Living Behaviours (PHBS) in the school environment. This socialisation method uses lectures and direct practice of making ecobricks. The results obtained show that students can understand the importance of managing plastic waste into useful objects using the ecobrick method. It is hoped that this activity can continue in the future, and SDN Palasari can become a cadre of initiating plastic waste management in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik tata cara wudhu dan shalat siswa di SD Palasari 3 Bandung melalui pendekatan edukasi interaktif. Mengingat pentingnya wudhu dan shalat sebagai sarana pembentukan karakter religius, kegiatan ini menggunakan berbagai metode kreatif seperti video, demonstrasi langsung, tepukan, lagu, dan permainan edukatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan yang melibatkan siswa kelas III dan VI sebagai subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode interaktif berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam melakukan wudhu dan shalat, serta menumbuhkan sikap disiplin, kekhusyukan, dan tanggung jawab. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan keterlibatan yang tinggi dalam pembelajaran, terutama melalui pendekatan yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan agama yang variatif dan menarik dapat berkontribusi dalam pembentukan karakter religius siswa secara signifikan.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between Pancasila values and religious moderation in Indonesia, and how these values can promote a moderate, harmonious, and tolerant religious life. As the country with the largest Muslim population, Indonesia faces challenges in maintaining religious harmony amidst diversity. Analyzing the five principles of Pancasila, the study finds that the first principle (belief in One God) and the second (just and civilized humanity) lay a strong foundation for religious moderation. The third principle (Unity of Indonesia) stresses the importance of unity despite religious differences, while the fourth (Democracy guided by wisdom) encourages interfaith dialogue to resolve conflicts. The fifth principle (Social Justice) advocates for equitable welfare without discrimination, including in religious matters. The findings suggest that Pancasila can serve as a philosophical basis for religious moderation, promoting tolerance, dialogue, and respect for religious pluralism. The study also recommends expanding Pancasila values through education, government policies, and community empowerment to enhance religious moderation understanding. However, limitations in geographic scope and sample size suggest further research is needed for a more comprehensive perspective.

Abstract

Akhlak dalam kontek modernisasi sudah sangat jarang menjadi pembahasan, karena kesibukan terhadap kemajuan teknologi sehingga manusia merasa tidak butuh lagi bagaimana berhubunggan dengan sesamanya bahkan sampai hubungan dengan tuhan. Seharusnya semakin modren zaman, makin sadar manusia pentingnya akhlak. Karena semua itu bisa mereka temui dengan kekritisannya terhadap dasar segala sesuatu, tapi justru itu yang hilang. Padahal kalau kita cermati akhlak adalah hal yang urgen dalam dalam modernisasi, karena selain sebagai pembentuk ikatan saudara yang telah tercerabut oleh kemajuan teknologi. Akhlak juga sebagai penjawab atas kehampaan dan kegersangan hati manusia sekarang ini. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan Masyarakat heterogen merupakan ranah akhlak yang bernilai tinggi, karena manusia tidak lagi berkumpul dari satu komonitas atau ras saja. Modernisasi juga ditandai dengan mobilitas masyarakat yang tinggi seharusnya menjadi alat penyebaran akhlak dalam kehidupanan manusia yang terus mencari tempat yang baru untuk ditinggali. Individualis merupakan corak tersendiri dari kelemahan masyarakan modernis karena pertahan manusia terbaik dalam bersaing dengan teknologi yang serbah canggih adalah koloni yang kuat.

Abstract

Perdebatan yang terus berlanjut seputar klasifikasi komunikasi strategis sebagai kerangka teori atau paradigma interdisipliner sangat penting bagi bidang studi komunikasi. Makalah penelitian ini akan mengkaji bagaimana komunikasi strategis menyatukan berbagai disiplin ilmu untuk menentukan apakah komunikasi strategis merupakan pergeseran paradigmatik dalam fondasi teoretis atau tetap merupakan kerangka kerja pragmatis tentang bagaimana strategi komunikasi menyatu dengan tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif berbasis literatur yang melakukan analisis tematik di seluruh kontribusi utama untuk memahami sudut pandang yang ada. Hasilnya menjelaskan dua sudut pandang yang berbeda: Ada yang berpendapat bahwa komunikasi strategis berfungsi sebagai sebuah paradigma, yaitu paradigma yang memahami kembali peran yang seharusnya dimainkan oleh komunikasi dalam pengembangan inisiatif strategis, sementara yang lain berpendapat bahwa komunikasi strategis merupakan sebuah pendekatan untuk mengawasi proses-proses seperti manajemen hubungan dengan pemangku kepentingan dan manajemen krisis. Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini berpendapat bahwa sifat dualistik komunikasi strategis sebagai sebuah paradigma dan juga sebagai sebuah kerangka kerja berguna dalam dua hal: pertama, dari sudut pandang yang lebih praktis, dalam hal membantu memahami bagaimana bermanuver melalui kompleksitas yang ada di lingkungan organisasi kontemporer, yang telah diintensifkan oleh dampak transformasi digital dan perubahan ekspektasi para pemangku kepentingan.

Abstract

Community service program carried out through digital marketing training for MSMEs located at the Khalifa Islamic Boarding School. This program aims to improve the skills of MSMEs in using digital technology as a tool to expand their market coverage. With an approach that integrates halal principles, this training not only teaches digital marketing, but also ensures that the products being promoted meet the criteria in accordance with religious teachings. At the end of the activity, it is hoped that a strong network will be created between local MSMEs and the wider market, as well as increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs through the use of digital marketing.
