<![CDATA[Prostitution is a disease of society as old as human life itself cannot be eliminated because it always exists in every age. It is a classic problem because it needs serious government handling in overcoming the problem of prostitution. It is undeniable that it can increase the economic growth of the people around the localization. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection method uses observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis using interactive models, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation. The results showed positive and negative views of the community about the existence of localization. The existence of localization will only cause bad impacts and harm people's lives. However, there are those who think that localization can be profitable from an economic point of view. The social impact of the existence of localization interferes with the mental development of children and decreases the level of religiosity. Meanwhile, the economic impact is felt by business actors who depend on their lives in localization areas complaining because income has decreased]]>

<![CDATA[Implementation of the principles of good corporate governance at the Banjar City Council Secretariat. Agencies are required to be more effective and efficient in their work, in order to be able to provide maximum service to the public. So we need a concept of good governance (Good Corporate Governance) for the sustainability of institutions in the long term. Based on this background, the formulation of the problem is how to implement the principles of good corporate governance at the DPRD secretariat of Banjar City. The research method used in this study is a research method using a qualitative approach. The research location is in the Banjar City DPRD Secretariat office. Data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the data analysis technique from Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study describes the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance at the DPRD secretariat of Banjar City. The implementation of Good Corporate Governance is based on five principles, namely: transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness and fairness. <![CDATA[Governance is aimed at creating quality public service functions. Quality public services are services that can provide satisfaction to the public. This can be seen from the 5 dimensions of public service quality which are the benchmarks in providing satisfaction to the community, namely, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The ethical standards of public service required here are the fulfillment or embodiment of the values or norms of attitude and behavior of the public bureaucracy in every service and action, which can be accepted by the wider community. This does not mean that the public service bureaucracy does not have service ethical standards at all, but it is the application of these ethics that may need to be improved. The method used in this research is qualitative with a literature study. The result of this study is that the existence of a code of ethics does not guarantee that the public service bureaucracy in Indonesia becomes an efficient, clean, and accountable bureaucracy. What is important is not just the existence of rules that are formulated in detail what are the ethical values of administrators but how these values are implemented. Two very important things in implementing ethics are the existence of standards (rules or norms) that must be obeyed and a strong will to carry them out.]]>

<![CDATA[This study focuses on a simple analysis of the public financial posture in Batam City. Fiscal decentralization in Indonesia is carried out by granting broad regional expenditure discretion supported by transfer funding from the center and strengthening local taxing power. Fiscal decentralization is expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of governance and public services in the regions. This is due to the proximity of the levels of government providing services to the communities they serve so that local governments understand their local needs and priorities. Furthermore, improving the quality of governance will encourage better access to public services and ultimately boost the regional economy and improve people's welfare.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is entitled "Analysis of the Lack of Political Participation of Balinese Women in Board Chairs from the Perspective of Social Relations of the Balinese Indigenous People (Case Study: DPRD Bali Province)". Patriarchal culture is often an obstacle for women in their activities, especially in the political field. As we know, women's participation in politics is arguably still minimal, and sometimes it can't meet the quota of women themselves. The limitations of women's participation can be seen in the social lives of people who are still infested by a patriarchal culture. From a socialist feminism standpoint, this paper aims to explore the underrepresentation of women in elected positions in the Bali Provincial DPRD. With the help of key informants and literature reviews, this study employs a type of qualitative descriptive research. By contrasting the data acquired from several different documents, the data triangulation procedure was carried out.]]>

<![CDATA[Bali kini telah dijadikan sebagai pusat pengembangan pariwisata di Indonesia. Keberlangsungan pariwisata Bali sangat tergantung pada kelestarian budaya, masyarakat, serta alamnya yang memiliki daya tarik tinggi. Maka hal ini harus dijaga dengan baik dengan tujuan agar pariwisata berkelanjutan tetap berjalan. Studi ini ditulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran serta fungsi DPRD dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat terkait dengan kepariwisataan di Bali. Dalam tulisan ini disimpulkan bahwa fungsi pengawasan DPRD memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam keberlangsungan pariwisata. Ada beberapa peraturan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah daerah dalam pengelolaan pariwisata ini. Terdapat banyak pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh wisatawan. Pemerintah Provinsi Bali melakukan kerjasama dengan kepolisian dan imigrasi untuk menindak lanjuti tindak pelanggaran ini. Dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasannya ada juga beberapa kendala yang dihadapi seperti waktu, kurang koordinasi dengan masyarakat, dan belum adanya standar pengawasan ke lembaga eksekutif.]]>

<![CDATA[Tulisan ini bertujuan menganalisis peran DPRD Provinsi Bali dalam pemulihan pariwisata dengan bekerjasama dengan pihak Dolanesia di Singapura yang dilaksanakan melalui kunjungan perjalanan dinas luar negeri. Metode yang digunkan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode kuantitatif dalam bentuk literatur review yang didukung data sekunder yang didapat melalui sumber sekunder baik berupa penelitian atau tulisan terdahulu yang memiliki keterkaitan. Berdasarkan ketiga tugas dan fungsi DPRD, perjalanan dinas ini menghasilkan rencana lebih lanjut terkait perjanjian kerja sama yang pada hal ini adalah Dolanesia, Fungsi Penganggaran melalui perencanaan, penyusunan dan penetapan anggaran yang diperlukan untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan pengembangan pariwisata mendatang yang mana hal ini masihlah menjadi proses pertimbangan dan pengembangan pada Komisi II dan fungsi Pengawasan melaui kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilaksanakan secara rutin maupun berkala yang akan terlaksana apabila peraturan lebih lanjut mengenai pemulihan pariwisata telah ditetapkan.]]>

<![CDATA[The state of danger is always associated with danger to the state. If the safety of the state is threatened, the threat is considered a danger to the state. This research is normative in nature, using a statute approach, namely by examining the constitution and laws and regulations relating to legal issues, as well as a conceptual approach. This study concludes that there are four legal rules that serve as the umbrella for the implementation of an emergency for the territory of Indonesia, namely Regulation SOB 1939, Law Number 6 of 1946, Law Number 74 of 1957 and Perpu Number 23 of 1959. The Regulation of SOB 1939 distinguishes the level of danger into two i.e. in SvO and SvB states. Law Number 6 of 1946 does not regulate the level of danger. This is different from the next two hazard regulations. Law Number 74 of 1957 distinguishes a state of danger into two, namely a state of emergency and a state of war, while Perpu No. 23 of 1959 distinguishes the level of a state of danger into three, namely the level of civil emergency, military emergency and a state of war.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the results of research conducted by researchers that the role of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council in facilitating the aspirations of the people in Banjar City has not been implemented optimally, this can be seen based on problem indicators, namely: the uneven distribution of e-aspiration information to secretariat employees, the limited development of technical guidance followed by general functional and still limited adequate human resources in the use of digitization. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Primary data was obtained from interviews with 8 (eight) informants. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study that: 1) The results of the study show that the role of the secretariat of the regional people's representative council in facilitating the aspirations of the people in the city of Banjar as a whole has been implemented but not optimal. 2) The obstacles faced are related to the still limited human resources and budgetary aspects, there are limited patterns of relationships that exist between the facilitator and the recipient of the facility, causing miss communication. 3) In an effort to evaluate the facilities that have been provided and add online-based aspiration facilities, as well as improve the quality of human resources for the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of the City of Banjar.]]>
