Abstract

Abstract: Intelligence should be taught to children as early as possible. The importance of emotional intelligence to teach children to provide better opportunities for them in order to exploit their potential. Not a smart little kid academically failing in social life and others. That is, there are other factors beyond the intellect that support children’s success in life. Intellectual and nonintellectual intelligence equally important role in supporting the success of individuals, non-intellectual abilities is essential to predict the ability of individuals to achieve success in life. IQ and EQ capabilities are equally important and mutually supportive, although both have different ways of working. Of the expected ability is not one of them but the balance between the two. Intelligence that enables humans to think rational, logical, and consistent intellectual named. Meanwhile, another intelligence that enables human associative thinking, which is formed by habit and the ability to recognize emotional patterns, called emotional intelligence. Abstract

Abstract: One of the development strategies of Islamic education is to empower the community as a controller of teaching and learning that is collected in a container called the School Committee or Madrasah. The committee chose the other not as an application of the autonomy of education that is being raised by the government. Among the school committee / madrasa of these are: Giving consideration (advisory agency), Support (supporting agency), controller (controlling agency) and Mediator (mediator agency). The fourth role if it can run properly, then the quality of the school / madrasah will be achieved with ease. Keywords: participation, community, school/madrasah.

Abstract

Abstract: Character turns desperately need intensive attention in its building. Teachers can build the character of the students through the medium of folklore that contains the values of life in learning. Folklore can be delivered using storytelling methods. As a medium in character education, folklore can provide a variety of value of life as a means of forming the character of students. Folklore can be delivered by teachers when there is a pause in the learning and the ice breacking for lightening saturation during the study. Learners will feel comforted and expected learning outcomes can be achieved more effectively, optimal, and there is a balance of work between the left brain and right brain. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to observe the contribution of karate as an extracurricular activity to building the discipline of the upper class students in Negarahada 01 Public Elementary School, Bumiayu Subdistrict. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method. The data were gained by using interview, observation, and documentation. Afterwards, the data were collected by using technique and data source triangulation and were analyzed by using an inductive data analysis technique. The result of the research reveals that the karate training has positive contribution to building the discipline of the upper class students of Negarahada 01 Public Elementary School, Bumiayu Subdistrict. The students who join the karate training are more disciplined than the others who do not. The discipline is shown through some attitudes such as joining flag ceremony orderly, arriving at school punctually, dressing neatly according to the school’s regulation, obeying the teachers, keeping cleanliness, not playing truant, not involving in any affrays, not smoking, not being noisy during classes or recess, and obeying the school’s activity schedule. Abstract

Abstract: The concept of integration in Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah (MI) not only between religion and science, but also inter-component management, teaching, and personal development. The goal is to produce graduates who are intelligent, faithful and devoted, and able to compete. However, problems of madrasa education in general and specifically MI is still confined to the graduates who are not scientists nor a scholar. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the role of self-development component for students in basic education since or Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah. Model of self-development is the most appropriate approach to the development of integrative models-a comprehensive, unified meaning and guidance services are integrated with KBM to develop the potential of learners in a comprehensive manner. It is even stronger with the publication of the 2013 curriculum adopts a thematic-integrative. Referring to the basic strength of the curriculum in 2013 and the model with keterapaduan program guidance, energy, engineering and support system and its operation, the purpose of education to develop the whole person will be more easily achieved. Abstract

Abstract: This paper describes the vision of integrative learning paradigm PAI as an effort towards the development of a new scientific paradigm that integral (comprehensive). PAI-minded new paradigm of integrative learning is thinking and perspective constantly need to be developed through practice to integrate education between religion and science. At this paradigm, learning PAI wants to develop there are three things you want to develop. The first, which eliminates the educational process or there is no dichotomy between science and religion, and science is not value-free but free assessed. In addition, the teaching of religion with science and language not only teaches the traditional side, but also the rational side. Second, building science and advancement of integrative life between the spiritual, moral and material for human life. hird, humans are able to build competition and prepare a better life in the form of humans democratic, competitive, innovative based on Islamic values . Abstract: This paper examines the efforts to be made to build a climate of educational institutions of Islamic-oriented work ethic. The results showed that the performance of an organization is determined by the mood of the work environment in the organization. Similarly, the performance is determined by the educational institution or the atmosphere of the workplace climate at the institution. In developed countries, research on school climate at work has been developed with well-established and significant contribution to the establishment of effective institutions.
