Abstract

Abstract : Learning the story means the active action, interactive, and creative among (young) students with teachers in understanding the story as a medium of instruction, the stories read or recited by teachers for students. This confirms that the story as a learning medium used to establish interaction between pupils with the teacher, so that the active and creative interaction, children can gain knowledge related to an increase in intellectual, affective, psychomotor, linguistic, and social sensitivity of students. Creating the next generation of human beings who have a love for nature and the environment are important, one way that can be taken is to create contextual language learning that prioritizes the side effect of implanting the love to the environment since childhood. Abstract

Abstract : An approach that can be used to determine the quality of the educational process is a systems approach. Through a systems approach, we can see various aspects that influence the success of a process. Learning is referred to as a system because it contained the components that are interrelated and mutually influential. Teachers, students, materials, methods, media, facilities and infrastructure are components contained in the study. Availability and effectiveness of each component will then determine the success of a lesson. Key Words: System and Learning.

Abstract

Abstract : Mystical ethics established by Al-Ghazali did not distinguish between good-bad and right-wrong. He put it together in a concept of morality or Akhlak. He stated that the source of all goodness and righteousness is not the reason (rational) nor the public, but the revelation of Allah (al-Qur’an). While Habermas explicitly separates good concept and the concept of justice. For him, the question of the goodness is the subjective preferences concerning the ethics/personal choice (regarding the good according to religion, tradition, and certain belief) that is evaluative. While justice is the moral that is universally normative (human rights concerns as a human being). Achievement of universal justice in the midst of a variety of matters kindness (pluralistic) is within a theory of discourse ethics to achieve the universal consensual justice in a democratic society. Abstract : Contextual Learning (Contextual Teaching and Learning), which is influenced by the philosophy of constructivism, is a learning concept that links between the material taught to students’ realworld situations, and encourages students to make connections between the knowledge he has with the application in their daily lives. In the context in which the application pembeljaran involving seven major components, namely: constructivism, questioning, inquiri, learning community, modeling, and authentic assessment. Abstract

Abstract : Placement of human resources is a process of activities implemented by a human resources manager within an organization to determine one’s location and position to do a job. It is similar to placement of human resources or personnels in Islamic education conducted by the Chairperson. Placement may occur to those who occupy a really new job, who get promotion, transfer of duties, and demotion. High-quality human resources are expected to significantly be subject of development in order to be more successful in managing resources for the welfare of society. In order to manage educational organizations effectively and efficiently, personnel management that is able to put human resources in accordance with the qualifications and competence determined by the educational organization is highly required. Abstract

Abstract : Many issues related to the dynamics of education in Indonesia, which all it really comes down to one goal that is the great hope will be the realization of output quality education. To achieve this, various policies have been issued by either government related educator (certified), learner (model evaluation / UAN), the education process and substance of education itself (caracter building). Policies that too (although we believe well-intentioned) can not be separated from public attention, both the pros and the cons, because it is normal that people give different responses to these policies with their respective arguments. Various policies which have created over the pros and cons deserve identified and examined in depth, it takes clear thinking, rapid, precise, and accurate way to find the best solution in solving various problems that occur. Abstract

Abstract : Indonesia is a nation of multicultural nations; diverse in the religious (Islam, Christianity, Confucianism, Protestantism, Hinduism, and other faith schools), as well as in aspects of language, ethnicity, race, and other cultures. The important of Multiculturalism to invest in education, so that learners have the knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the diversity of people. Without the cultivation of multiculturalism, the learners will be isolated from the outside of her culture. Transformation of multicultural school level can be done through: (1) content integration), (2) knowledge construction process, (3) equity pedagogue, and, (4) empowering school structure and social structure. Abstract

Abstract: The inequality between educated job seekers and available employment causes a lot of unemployment. This is exacerbated by the number of universities that annually issue new graduates that make the number of educated unemployed. High unemployment causes the community is not able to maximize their welfare. The success of economic development can be seen from the high economic growth. Increased economic growth is expected to improve the welfare of the community and increase human development by Indicator of Index Human Development (HDI). It takes the government seriousness in addressing issues of human development improvement by reducing educated unemployment through entrepreneurial education with the potential to prevent corruption. Corruption in Indonesia requires extra thought for the government to overcome it. In accordance with the values contained in Entrepreneurship education, the government seeks to direct the Indonesian society from "finding a job" to "creating job" so that will affects in the prevention of corruption. Abstract

Abstract: The demands of life in this globalization era are full of information, fast changing and full of competition, and leading people to always do creative. As a result of various changes, new demands were born in the implementation of education. The speed of the changing world's development needs to be balanced by the ability to learn fast. Classical learning, which takes little account of individual differences, and less attention to the development of children, has not been able to keep pace with the speed of world development in this globalization. To plan for education in harmony with the development of children, it means preparing students to become students who are able to learn quickly and perfectly. This means that teachers are required to understand the procedures for presenting new materials for the development of students. Experiences involving visualization (color, shape, size), auditory (sound and rhythm) and kinesthetic (sense and feeling), need to be suited to the child's developmental stage, thus strengthening and enhancing learning outcomes in accordance with this globalization demand.
