Profitability uses the return on equity (ROE) indicator in its measurement, and solvency uses debt to total assets (DTA) in its measurement. This study uses a quantitative method with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistic 25 tool in processing the results of data calculations, then the sample used is the IDX20 state-owned company listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2018-2021 period by using the purposive sampling method as the population selection in this study. The results of this study found that the size of the company has a significant positive effect on the value of the company, then the financial performance of profitability which is proxied in return on equity gives results with no effect on the firm value and solvency which is indicated by a debt to total assets which shows the results which have a significant negative effect on firm value.

Abstract

The 2018 Riskesdas report states that the prevalence of DM based on the results of blood glucose levels in the province of East Kalimantan, especially in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, is 69.4%. This shows that DM cases in East Kalimantan, especially the Tenggarong area, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, are still a problem. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of carbohydrate consumption, physical activity and sleep quality with blood glucose levels during type 2 diabetes mellitus at Rapak Mahang Tenggarong Health Center. This research used a cross sectional study design. The results showed that there was a relationship between the level of carbohydrate consumption and blood glucose with a p value = 0.023 (p <0.05). There is no relationship between physical activity and blood glucose with p value = 1.000 (p > 0.05). There is no relationship between sleep quality and blood glucose with p value = 0.957 (p > 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the problems in the implementation of the recruitment of ad hoc election supervisors and the right strategy to produce quality human resources for election supervisors. Based on the existing phenomenon that the quality of human resources for election supervisors is still lacking, the public interest is lacking so in the recruitment process sometimes extensions are always carried out even if the number of registrants is lacking. So the process of choosing good human resources is not optimal because there is no choice. This research will use a qualitative approach, namely by collecting data in the field. The data collection technique that will be used is by interviewing 6 informants, direct observations, and analyzing documents collected from data and information starting from the recruitment of the 2015 Regent and Deputy Regent Regional Head Elections (Pilkada). Governor and Deputy Governor 2018 and Election of Regional Heads (Pilkada) of Regents and Deputy Regents 2020. The recruitment of ad hoc election supervisors has undergone several changes and improvements which have increased significantly because socialization and coordination processes have been carried out with local parties in the sub-district area so that the information process is widely open.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether through the application of a character-based quantum teaching model can improve learning outcomes, namely independence, skills, and student achievement in learning mathematics integral material in class XII.MIPA.5 semester 2 of SMAN 1 Tanjung academic year 2015/ 2016?. This research was carried out in two cycles of PTK with the activities of each cycle including planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research data uses primary and secondary data with test techniques in the form of descriptive tests and non-test techniques in the form of observing students' independence and skills. The analysis used a comparative description to compare the initial value and the results achieved with the classical target of 85%. Learning outcomes increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2 successively independence 70.59% to 100%, skills 64.71% to 100% and learning achievement 67.65% to 97.06% or each increased by 29 .41%, 35.29%, and 29.41%.

Abstract

Initiation of Early Breastfeeding and Exclusive Breastfeeding during the first 6 months of life prevents around 20% of newborn deaths and 13% of under five deaths. It can also reduce deaths from neonatal infections (sepsis pneumonia, tetanus and diarrhea) which contribute 36% to neonatal deaths. Early breastfeeding initiation (IMD) in South Asia remains low to varying degrees. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an effect of IMD on changes in the body temperature of newborns at RSUD.I.A.Moeis in 2022. The design in this study was quasi-experimental with a number of samples. The number of samples in this study were 17 infants with a purposive sampling technique. The paired samples t-test statistic obtained a value of t = -11.6 and p = 0.001 (p <0.05) meaning that there was a significant effect of implementing IMD on increasing the body temperature of newborns (BBL). From the results of the study it can be concluded that there are differences in the body temperature of newborns who have successfully performed IMD and those who have not successfully performed IMD.
